Chapter 3053 C Mode

After the meeting, Meng Houkun followed Zhou Buqi to his office.

Zhou Buqi laughed at him, "What's wrong with you? Why are you as dark as a monkey?"

"Sunburn!"

Meng Houkun waved his hand, very proud.

Zhou Buqi was very curious, "Where did you get sunburned? Did you go to the construction site?"

Meng Houkun said, "I am the chairman of Yuanwei Group now. I plan to sort out the supply chain. I have traveled all over the country and suffered a lot."

"Is it effective?"

"Yes, at least the cost on the supply side has been reduced by 3%."

"You have to be more like it. Milk tea, beverages and the like are for people to drink. Don't lower the cost too much, otherwise there will be problems with product quality."

Zhou Buqi is not worried about others, but Meng Houkun is still likely to do such a ridiculous thing.

Meng Houkun felt insulted. "Am I that unreliable? Actually, it's simple. I just sold a factory. It doesn't involve food safety."

"Oh?" Zhou Buqi glanced at him. "What factory?"

Meng Houkun didn't need to be polite with him, nor did he need to go to the reception room to meet guests. He went directly to his main office, sat down on the sofa carelessly, asked the secretary for a glass of ice water, and said, "Carton factory."

Zhou Buqi asked, "Did you sell the carton factory?"

Meng Houkun said, "It was sold to another carton factory. In the future, Yuanwei Group will not produce its own cartons, but will purchase them from him. Professional people do professional things, which reduces the cost. The management chain of Yuanwei Group can also be shortened. I found that the longer the management chain, the more costs and the lower the efficiency. I have been studying the A-model management system recently, which is great!"

This is really a very cost-effective deal.

Selling your own carton factory not only reduces the burden and shortens the management chain, but also makes money. At the same time, handing over the carton business to more professional carton factories can also greatly reduce the cost of carton.

This is also the mainstream trend of the global manufacturing industry.

That is, the brand side should gradually divest the industrial line and hand over some non-core industrial lines to more professional OEM factories. When the brand side needs it, it only needs to purchase it, instead of producing all the links by itself.

This greatly improves production efficiency and greatly reduces management costs.

The so-called A model corresponds to the J model.

A is America, and the A model is the American model; J is Japan, and the J model is the Japanese model.

For a long time, the best companies in the world were either American companies or Japanese companies, so the world's business management masters and theorists have analyzed and studied the companies of these two countries and summarized two different business models: A model and J model.

In fact, there is a simple distinction to determine whether a company is doing A model or J model.

If it is "consulting" advocated within the company, it is A model; if it is "planning" advocated within the company, it is J model.

In the concept of manufacturing, the A model advocates the separation of production lines and focuses on branding. For example, the most typical Dell and Apple do not have any factories under their umbrella; the J model is to cover the entire upstream and downstream, doing everything from start to finish.

Each model has its own advantages and disadvantages.

Domestic companies are all latecomers, so there are two distinct factions.

Either the A model, such as Xiaomi and Lenovo; or the J model, like Huawei and Gree.

However, from a larger perspective, the main foreign capital that entered China in the early stage after the reform and opening up was Japanese capital. The business philosophy of the older generation of people who control the right to speak was deeply influenced by Japanese companies. Learning the J model is to advocate that a great company should do everything from upstream to downstream.

If you don’t do any link and learn the American way, you will be considered an empty shell, a comprador, and you lack core competitiveness.

However, some industries have already encountered serious problems after long-term learning of the J model.

For example, the steel industry.

The domestic steel industry was once too backward. The total steel output of the country in a year was not as good as the output of a Japanese steel company in a few months. The gap was too big. So we learned from the pain and learned from Japanese steel mills. In the late 1970s, we spent a lot of money to learn from them from top to bottom and from inside to outside. Japanese companies also owed China, so they provided many core refining technologies without reservation and sent technicians to guide them, so that China had modern steel mills.

But the sequelae have emerged in recent years.

Japan is an island country with no mineral resources. Their iron ore is imported from Australia, so the refining technology they developed is aimed at Australian iron ore. Domestic steel mills copied and learned everything, and they can only refine Australian iron ore.

You know, the domestic iron ore reserves are not worse than Australia, but the quality of the iron ore of the two countries is different, and the refining technology is also different... So domestic steel mills don’t know how to refine their own iron ore at all, and domestic iron ore can’t be used. After decades, they still have to rely on imported Australian iron ore to make steel.

This is a major criticism of the J model.

It is too rigid, too inflexible, the industry line is too long, and the ability to change is too weak.

Not only the steel industry, but now all industries and all large companies in Japan are facing such a dilemma.

In contrast, Model A is much more flexible. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have technology. If you don’t have technology, you can just find a technical partner to help you. Therefore, many good domestic private companies, even if they learned the J model, are gradually improving and moving closer to the A model.

Everyone is innovating and researching a locally owned C model, China's model.

Haier model, Midea model, Huawei model, Xiaomi model, Lenovo model, Pangdonglai model, Haidilao model, as well as various Internet models, it can be said that a hundred flowers are blooming, and they all have strong market competitiveness.

Zhou Buqi hummed: "Model A and Model J are all old-fashioned theories. When it comes to business innovation, China is now the leader in the world! You don't need to learn Model A. If you want to learn For supply chain management, you can learn from Xiaomi, Huawei, Asda, Lenovo, Haier, Midea, and ZTE. Look at how they do it. It is much better than learning from foreigners. The theories from 20 years ago have long been outdated.”

"Well……"

Meng Houkun's expression was rather strange.

Zhou Buqi looked at him strangely, "What's wrong?"

Meng Houkun said: "The most mature and competitive model in China now is human outsourcing. This model can be said to instantly kill the A model and J model."

"Depend on!"

Zhou Buqi wanted to curse.

So I was waiting here!

Meng Houkun said with a smile: "Don't demonize outsourcing. After I sold the carton factory, I needed the carton factory's design to be connected with us in real time, so we also started outsourcing business. The carton factory sent five people to Yuanwei Group to do the work For outsourced services, all of them usually stay in business hotels, wear neat suits, and have more reputations than the regular employees of Yuanwei Group! The regular employees are very envious of them!”

Zhou Buqi said angrily: "You are the biggest supporter of He Yang's human outsourcing in the company, right? It must be you! I have guessed it a long time ago!"

Meng Houkun laughed and said nothing.

Zhou Buqi said: "Outsourcing is too bullying!"

Meng Houkun said: "I don't know why there is such a prejudice against outsourcing now. A few years ago, outsourcing was a better position. Only those who couldn't find a job went to work for Party A's company. The best talents are all Go to an outsourcing company. Outsourcers are business people. When traveling across the country, they stay in business hotels, wear suits, and do the most professional work. Even in many industries now, better talents choose outsourcing companies. ”

Zhou Buqi was a little annoyed.

What the hell, He Yang is done, are you still coming?

In order to carry out your manpower outsourcing plan, do you take turns brainwashing this boss?

Meng Houkun continued: "Just like lawyers, the best lawyers don't go to big companies, they all go to law firms. Some law firms don't take cases alone at all, but work with other companies to provide outsourcing services. This If the company needs it, it will send a few lawyers there to help Party A resolve the legal dispute. After the case is over, these people may be outsourced to another company. It's stable. If one company runs out of cases, you can still go to another company to pick up cases. If you join a company and become a regular employee, you won't be able to pick up cases for several months, and you can only earn a pitiful death. Not to mention wages, people are wasted.”

Zhou Buqi snorted: "What are you talking about? If Ziweixing extends an olive branch, which lawyer will reject Ziweixing and join a law firm?"

"That's different. Who says the Internet is so controversial? There are endless lawsuits every day. There is no shortage of work when doing business in an Internet company." Meng Houkun laughed and then said seriously, "Actually, the big boss of our company For some legal disputes, outsourced lawyers are hired. After all, there are specialties in the field. Some law firms are good at copyright litigation, some are good at economic disputes, some are good at dealing with state-owned enterprises, and some are good at dealing with state-owned enterprises. We are proficient in international legal affairs... Our legal department cannot cover every area in detail, and external outsourcing law firms are better.”

"Um."

"Those resident lawyers who come from outside are also outsourced employees. They also have different identity cards and permissions, and they are treated differently. So the question is, do you think they are discriminated against? If they are discriminated against, they are also discriminated against us!"

"Your ability to deceive is better than He Yang."

Zhou Buqi couldn't help but laugh.

Meng Houkun rolled his eyes, "Who lied? What I told you is the truth. When the outsourced lawyers came over, they all pointed their fingers and looked down upon our legal staff."
