Coming down from the gunboats, many of the Republic saw the presence of the Duchess of Sardinia and Almec, with a dozen guards behind them standing at the entrance to the Domed City.

The new group walked towards the Mandalorians who were waiting for their arrival, and Satine stepped forward with an amused smile.

Daredevil stepped forward as he was asked to speak for the group first.

"The Duchess of Sardinia. Prime Minister Almec." He greeted them cordially, his head tilted slightly forward.

“Mr Murdoch. Good to see you again. The Prime Minister said.

“Same. I hope it gets better.

"The galaxy rarely operates on our whims and desires, Matt," Satine replied with a nervous smile.

"It's the way we stay strong that allows us to overcome these difficulties," Daredevil said politely.

"Well said." Almec said approvingly, staring at the other team members behind Daredevil, especially the four men. "Ah, so these are the famous Avengers in the galaxy. It's nice to meet you. Although it's a little late, I still want to thank you for keeping the Duchess safe while she was on Coruscant.

"Just doing our job," Spider-Man said, giving him a thumbs up.

"But it does come at a price," Ant-Man said seriously, laughing when the Wasp elbowed him in the arm.

"He's messing around." The Wasp said quickly. "Hi, nice to meet you, Prime Minister. I'm Hope van Dyne. You can call me Hope or the Wasp if you like.

"Nice to meet you."

"Peter Parker, Prime. Or Spider-Man.

"Sam Wilson, the Falcon."

"T'Challa. I am the Prince of Wakanda and now the Black Panther.

Hearing this, Almek frowned.

"You mean a prince? Traveling across the galaxy as a hero?

"Where are your people?" Sardin asked, looking at the prince curiously.

"As long as my father remains king, I have nothing to fear," said the Black Panther.

Satine nodded, until she turned to look at the group of Jedi, focusing on one in particular.

"You come with a host of followers, Master Kenobi," she said.

Obi-Wan stepped forward and gave the Duchess a small smile. "Given the circumstances of the upcoming convention, we need to gather as many as possible.

"Once again, my Jedi Knights come to my aid," Satine said with an affectionate smile.

Kenobi cleared his throat softly, only lowering his head to avoid her eyes. "I live to help in any way I can."

He heard some boos, and then the voices of the Avengers, who the Jedi Master really wanted to forcefully push off the platform.

"I admit, this is a rather large group," Almec said in a thoughtful tone. "Why bring such a large force when Mandalore has already been occupied?"

"Ultron," Falcon, Daredevil, and the Wasp responded bluntly.

"That metal bastard is rampaging across the galaxy, hacking into systems without anyone realizing it," Falcon said now seriously.

"We're here to make sure he can't get to Mandalore via cyber warfare," the Wasp added.

"We have our own AI to create a wall of defense to make sure Ultron doesn't catch you off guard." Spider-Man said confidently. "You know...unless he goes all out. Things like that.

Sadine just shook his head in confusion, looking at the stuttering teenagers and now at the rest of the Jedi.

"Skywalker, I'm glad to see you're well." Satine greeted. "This is..."

"Luminara Unduli," said the Mirialan Jedi Master. "And my Padawan, Barriss Offee."

"This is my Padawan," Anakin said, placing a proud hand on his student's shoulder. "This is Ahsoka Tano."

"It's nice to meet you, Duchess," Ahsoka said kindly.

"You all do." She nodded. "I know the last time I spoke to the Jedi and the clones, things were tense and not the best. But now? I appreciate all of you being here.

"The Republic will not abandon a nation like Mandalore," Obi-Wan declared.

Satine simply smiled at her former Jedi lover, someone she still held dear to this day, and turned away from them.

"Let's go," she said, starting to walk towards the domed city. "Our transport is waiting for us."

Once inside the Dome City, the group spotted two large open transport ships that would help transport them to their destination, the city's central palace.

"Wow," Spider-Man muttered, joining the others in the boat, which soon took off.

They flew with the Mandalorian over many buildings, bridges, paths, and the Clone Troopers scattered everywhere for all to see.

"I have to ask, Duchess, but how are you doing now?"

"It's... complicated, Mr. Parker," Satine replied. "Regulations regarding personnel have always been strictly controlled, and after Ultron attacked the galaxy twice. The people are uneasy, and sentiment and resentment towards the Republic are at an all-time high."

"Many of our people left Mandalore together before Ultron," Almec revealed grimly. "From what I've heard, some actually chose to join the Death Watch, while most flocked to the Old Mandalorians."

"Old Mandalorian?" Anakin parroted.

"We call them protectors," Almec clarified. "The protectors follow the ancient rules, the old ways of our people."

"I've heard rumors that they outnumber your Mandalorians and Death Watch by a considerable margin," said Black Panther, who had learned about the situation in the galaxy before they arrived.

Satine sighed and lowered her head slightly. “Yes…it’s true.

"Is this why you called them here?" Anakin asked.

She didn't respond at first, but silently raised her head and stared ahead with a serious expression.

“We can only hope and see what happens…the summit.

As they continued to fly towards the capital's central building, the Avengers noticed some rather unique and common traits that many of the citizens of Mandalore possessed.

"Uh…I can't help but notice all the blondes here," the Wasp pointed out.

"Very Aryan," Falcon commented.

"Aryans?" several in the group repeated in confusion.

"This is a description from a very dark place in our planet's history," Daredevil replied cryptically. "It would take a great deal of time and effort to explain."

"Attention, we're here."

Soon, the group arrived at the central palace, where transports were parked on multiple platforms.

There, waiting for the group was another group of guards and several young teenagers.

"Corky," Satine greeted warmly, approaching the leading teen, a young man with blond hair and blue eyes.

"Auntie," he replied, smiling at the Duchess as the two embraced.

"Corky?" Spider-Man whispered. "What's that nickname?"

He was nudged by Ahsoka's shoulder.

Satine turned back to the group and put her arm around her nephew.

"Everyone, I would like you to meet my nephew, Corky Kryze," she said to them all. "He is a student at the Royal Academy of Mandalore."

“Greetings everyone.” Corky bowed in respect. “It’s great to meet you all. Thank you for being here during this time of crisis for Mandalore.”

The young teen then spotted Kenobi and his eyes widened slightly.

"You are Obi-Wan Kenobi," Corky said in surprise.

The Jedi stared at the teen curiously.

"Do I know you?"

Corky shook his head. “No, but I know you. Aunt Satine owes you her life. Thank you for saving her life so many times before.

Satine's cheeks heated up slightly, but she remained strong and patted the young man on the back.

"I took Corky in after the Civil War, following his parents..." She struggled to get past the little memory that flooded her mind before she composed herself. "He's basically my son."

"Hehe," Spider-Man mused with a faraway look in his eyes and a slight smile on his face.

"Let's go." Satine motioned for the large group to follow her. "We have prepared dinner for your arrival.

The group saw no reason to refuse and they went after Sadin, while the clone officers chose to separate and learn about the occupation over the past few months.

They all sat in the main hall of the palace, eating some exotic looking food that was somewhat familiar to the Avengers by now.

"Hey~" Spider-Man said, "I didn't realize pizza had made it to Mandalore."

"Oh?" Corky, who was sitting next to Spider-Man, perked up. "You eat that too?"

“Eat it?” Spider-Man hummed. “Korky, my planet is where this slice made of gods was invented.”

"Really?!" the young Mandalorian boy asked in surprise.

“It’s nice to see some hometown food finding its way here,” Falcon said, holding up the closest thing to the Milky Way, the Chicken Alfredo Pasta.

"Excuse me," Almec spoke up now. "But are you telling me that this whole string of new dishes and foods coming out of Coruscant were all made by the Avengers?"

"Well, not exactly," Spider-Man said.

"It's more like we took what we knew from our home planet and brought it to the rest of the galaxy," the Wasp explained. "Music, food, some customs, games, and so on."

"Oh!" Corky perked up and pulled out a datapad he had on him. "Music like this?"

He turned on the song he had loaded onto it and the familiar guitar riff of the Earth Band began to play.

"ACDC." Daredevil nodded approvingly. "Good choice."

Corky then launches into a near endless stream of questions about everything the Avengers have introduced into the galaxy from Earth, which the heroes answer with what they know.

Overall, despite the circumstances at hand, dinner was a pleasant and peaceful affair.
