The professor in charge of night watch at Hogwarts tonight is Snape.

He had just come out of the cellar, probably because it was night, so he was dressed more casually than usual.

The inside should be his pajamas, and he simply has a robe draped over his shoulders. The robe is still black, but the texture looks softer than what he usually wears.

Only the candlelight was flickering in the huge Hogwarts.

Artes and Elise walked along the corridor one after another, and happened to pass Snape who was going upstairs.

Artes was silently grateful that his Disillusionment Curse worked very well, and Snape was relatively far away, so it did not attract his attention and vigilance.

No one knows the Potions Master's keen alertness better than Arthas.

Rushing in silence, they soon arrived at the library.

The library at Hogwarts is huge, with countless bookshelves filled with all kinds of books.

On weekdays, the library during the day is always crowded with smart and studious little wizards, and it is very lively.

But the library is different at night. Without the presence of the little wizards, the huge library looks particularly eerie and scary.

Aces didn't stop and took Elise straight to the forbidden book area.

The restricted area is even more eerie than the rest of the library.

The dark books and the evil magical aura made Elise stop and cover her chest, frowning.

Elise's bloodline was inherited from her father's mixed elf bloodline.

Elves love nature and are particularly resistant to black magic, so even if Elise is not a pure-blood elf, she will be affected a lot.

Seeing how uncomfortable Elise was, Asseth picked up the wand, waved it gently, and whispered:

"Spring comes out of dead trees."

At the tip of the wand, a soft silver light mixed with green light gently enveloped Elise.

Deadwood is a healing spell created by Arthas with the help of Grindelwald.

The positive emotions contained in it are very effective in resisting the mental pollution of black magic, and now it is also very effective in Elise's case.

Elise, who was wrapped in a magic spell, immediately relaxed and felt contented in her brows.

"It's amazing. What kind of curse is this?"

Elise praised.

"This is what I did before, eh."

Having said this, Asseth paused subtly, remembered the scene of the previous prophecy, and changed his words.

"It's a healing spell I studied before."

Elise looked at Asseth in confusion.

She liked this spell and wanted to learn it, but she knew that there was no reason for Asseth to teach her.

Asseth glanced at Elise's hesitant expression and said calmly:

"I can teach you, but you have to learn the Patronus Charm first."

"This is a necessary condition for learning this spell. If you can't learn it, I can't teach you."

Elise naturally knew what the Patronus Charm was, and she nodded solemnly.

"I can."

While the two were talking, Asseth had already found several bookshelves.

There are many books on the bookshelf involving black magic, but until now, Asseth has not found the "Advanced Black Magic Revealed".

Seeing this, Elise hurriedly stepped forward to help search for it. The two of them searched separately and soon searched all over the restricted book area.

Still not found, Asseth stopped searching and thought about what was wrong.

Suddenly he remembered something, turned around and greeted Elise who was still looking for her:

"Elise, please come here."

Elise walked over as instructed and looked at Asseth in confusion.

"Can you feel the barrier?"

Elise nodded, "I can feel it."

Aces probably guessed that elves have very strong senses, especially for things like barrier seals.

"Then you can feel it. Is there any barrier in the forbidden book area?"

Elise nodded, then closed her eyes, maximizing her perception.

At this time, in Elise's perception, everything from the boundaries of the library to the seals on the forbidden books were clearly visible.

After sensing for a moment, Elise opened her eyes. She pointed in one direction and said to Asseth:

"There is a strange enchantment in the space there."

Aces knew that the book over there should be there.

He turned back and asked:

"Elise, if you use your talent to break the barrier, will the person who set up the barrier discover it?"

Hearing this, Elise shook her head a little uncertainly.

"I don't know, but I can give it a try."

After saying that, she looked at Asseth inquiringly, would you like to try?

Aces was a little hesitant. If Dumbledore had arranged this barrier, it would be a bit troublesome if it was discovered.

But it’s here now, so we’ll have to figure it out later.

Ace decided to give it a try.

"try."

After receiving a positive answer, Elise stretched out her hands.

The talent release this time was different from the one demonstrated to Artes during the day. This time it was obviously more powerful.

Elise poured all her magic power into her hands.

Soon, huge runes were released from Elise's hands, and then she was held up by Elise's hands and approached the barrier.

The closer you get to the barrier, the brighter the runes shine.

After the runes come into contact with the barrier, the light begins to gradually disappear until the runes are completely integrated into the barrier.

Because the runes were too dazzling, Artes had to release several powerful confusion spells here to prevent them from being discovered in the forbidden book area.

After the runes were integrated into the barrier, the light disappeared. As the light disappeared, the barrier was broken.

Asseth watched helplessly as a book slowly appeared on the originally empty bookshelf.

In a cautious manner, he did not pick up the book immediately, but first used a floating spell to expose the front of the book.

The title of the book was revealed, with seven characters revealing the secrets of cutting-edge black magic clearly written on the dark and fishy cover.

Aces frowned, this book gave him a very strange feeling.

"Is that the book?"

Elise, who was pale and panting, asked.

Aces took out an alchemy product that sealed magic power and put the book in it. After making sure that there were no omissions, he spoke.

Elise instantly breathed a sigh of relief, she was still somewhat useful, and she could be considered helpful to her husband.

Aces gently raised his eyes to look at the tired Elise and thanked her seriously:

"Elise, thank you for your help."

Elise felt flattered by the thank you from Asseth, and she couldn't help lowering her head to avoid Assest's sight.

Then he couldn't help but proudly said:

"Sir, I can guarantee that no one will notice the change in the barrier."

"I felt it just now. I didn't destroy the barrier, but integrated into it. Theoretically, unless that person comes here and feels it carefully, he will not be discovered."

This was undoubtedly good news for Asseth. He raised the corners of his mouth slightly, looked appreciatively, and complimented Elise as she wanted.

After getting the needed books, the two of them didn't plan to stay long, so they walked to the lounge with the Illusion Charm on.
