"The body is like a bodhi tree, and the mind is like a mirror stand. I brush it diligently at all times to prevent it from causing dust."

The King of Light is fully aware of the realms his disciples have achieved by cultivating light. Although Shakespeare was placed as the first work, Luo Xiaofei still knew that he had not yet started.

At dawn the next day, the King of Light called for Lu Gongfeng. The painter came and asked him to paint images on the wall of the south corridor. Suddenly he saw a verse on the wall, so he followed and asked someone to follow him. Lu Gongfeng said that there is no need to draw here, "Raoer is coming from afar", I'm sorry for you.

There is a saying in the Guangming Sutra that all appearances, "all appearances, are all false." Painting on the wall the images from the first ancestor to his own King of Light, "are all false. But keep this verse, recite it with others, practice it according to it, and avoid falling into the evil path. Practice it according to this verse , there are big benefits.”

On the surface, it praises Shakespeare's stanza. All disciples should practice according to this stanza. This stanza will be of great benefit to your practice. It is said, "My disciples will burn incense and pay respect, and if they recite this verse completely, they will be able to see their true nature."

I can't help but think, the Guangming family doesn't lie. You clearly know that the King of Guangming is not satisfied with this verse, right? Why are all the disciples still asked to burn incense and recite it every day?

Later I thought about it, Shakespeare's stanzas were indeed of a higher level than other disciples. He did not regard cultivating light as a matter of obtaining blessings, not as a matter of seeking blessings, or as a matter of planting a field of blessings. Seeking blessings, but what? We must keep our hearts originally pure.

We should not regard our body as just the physical body, but also as the Dharmakaya, which is called "the body is the bodhi tree". Our hearts are originally very clean, which is called "the heart is like a mirror." But when the originally clean heart comes to the human world, the world is full of dust, and it is inevitable that it will be contaminated by dust. So what should we do?

“Brushing frequently” means constantly keeping our hearts clean and isolated from the dust of the outside world. "Don't stir up dust." This stanza expresses Shakespeare’s understanding of spiritual practice. Is there anything wrong with this understanding? We'll look at it later, but his understanding is already higher than that of other disciples, right? Taller.

So I tell other disciples to recite it every day. Privately, I took Shakespeare to the abbot's room and asked him if you had composed this verse? "Did you author the verse?" Shakespeare had already heard the Lord of Light's praise for him, so he acknowledged it. "It's really a show. I don't dare to ask for the ancestral position. I hope the monk will be merciful. Do you have any wisdom in this disciple?" Is there such a little wisdom?

The King of Light said it bluntly: "When you write this verse, you have not seen your true nature. You have only gone outside the door, not inside the door. With such a view, it is impossible to find the supreme Bodhi." This "Bodhi" is originally a tree, Sakyamuni. Mani attained enlightenment under the Bodhi tree, so what did the Bodhi tree become? The symbol of supreme enlightenment. Bodhi is the supreme enlightenment. The views expressed in this verse of yours are still far from Bodhi.

"Supreme Bodhi requires knowing one's own original mind and seeing one's own true nature. It neither arises nor dies. At all times, it can be seen by itself. All dharmas are not stagnant. There is one truth and all truth, and all realms are self-contained." This passage is a reminder to him and a teaching for him. "The heart of Ru Ru is the truth." Our heart, the ordinary heart, only seeks what we want. We must change the heart of Ru Ru to the heart of Ru Ru. This is a lot of words to say.

Our usual mind is called false mind just now - karma consciousness, right? What is the relationship with external things? We hope that external things will respond to our wishes and be as we wish. The relationship between each thing and us is this kind of satisfactory or unsatisfactory relationship. This is the usual false heart.

Unsatisfactory things are troubles, and troubles are unsatisfactory things. Our hearts are constantly troubled, because our false hearts are constantly seeking things that suit us. In the case of wishful thinking, the true meaning of things is not presented to us.

The meanings presented to us by everything are all false. Where is the falseness? Because we want that thing to be as we want it to be. When something is not what we want, we exclude it and regard it as a bad thing. Only things that are as we want are called good things. In this way, we cannot see the original and true meaning of things. arrive.

The right thing is to change the heart of wishful thinking to "the heart of Ruyi". "Ruru", what does it mean? To understand this thing as it is, it is called as it is, as it is, so this meaning comes. "The heart of Ruru is the truth." Therefore, our thoughts and ordinary hearts are all fake.

Therefore, this passage is very important and can be said to be a classic. "At all times, thoughts will manifest themselves." For every thought you have, look at its origin.

"All laws are without stagnation", laws are things, and all laws are all things. Everything in front of you is presented as it is. This is called "one truth, all truth, all things are as they are."

We are constantly in different situations in life, but we all distinguish them. This is called a good situation, that is called an adverse situation, this is called a good situation, that is called a bad situation. All kinds of distinctions are caused by our own hearts. It should be "at ease in all circumstances". The premise of "everything is at ease" is that our heart is a "heart of peace".

The thoughts of the Guangming Sect, the Great Guangming Sect, especially need to break the dualistic opposition. Dualistic opposition must be broken. The Dharma of Light is called the Dharma of non-duality, and should not be included in the "double". All our delusions come from "two", because we distinguish between good and bad, good and bad, pros and cons, gains and losses, pain and joy, in pairs, clean and dirty, in pairs, we must make them broken.

People who fall in love understand best that the situation comes from the heart. Last night, two people were crossing the road hand in hand. They were talking softly before the flowers and under the moonlight. I don’t know why we broke up. Before the breakup, the two of us were unhappy. After we were unhappy, we parted on bad terms. We definitely couldn’t sleep when we got home.

Because you are in a relationship, when you go to bed, you will review the entire evening with him outside, walking, talking, and what you said, review them one by one, and then you will feel uneasy, maybe thinking about going to work tomorrow. There is no other way, just turn around and sleep.

I woke up in the morning and arrived at the work. In fact, I was secretly expecting him to send me a text message, right? But you are very busy outside. 9:30 has arrived and the text message has not come. 10:00 has come and the text message has not come. You feel that everything around you is gray.

You know, the sun was shining brightly that day, but you felt like everything was gray around you. You think the expressions on the faces of those colleagues are wrong, but you can’t help it, so you just wait and wait. It hasn’t come yet at 11:30, but at 12:00, a text message pops in. Looking at Wen Yan from the past, Soft words, here they come!
