Chapter 882 There are Living People

The plane was a real plane, but it was just a light passenger plane.

The wings of this aircraft are small and straight, with a conspicuous large propeller on the tip of the front face. There is only one door on the fuselage, and there is no partition between the cockpit and the cabin. The two rows of seats behind the driver's seat allow people to sit opposite each other.

In Lanxing, such small aircraft are usually used for minor purposes such as observation and sightseeing.

But Antonio was content.

He saw Lin Fan tumble onto the cockpit, looking through the glass, leaning against the door that couldn't be opened. He pounded on it but felt nothing, but now his legs suddenly felt like they were about to break: "Can it be opened? Is there anything broken inside?"

The plane was parked in a small open space. Although it was covered with weeds, it looked good and was not damaged. It was parked there quietly, as if it was waiting for them to come.

Antonio chuckled, feeling that good days were just around the corner.

"The dashboard looks normal," Lin Fan stood up. "We need to find the key to start the plane before we know whether we can start it. We don't know how long the plane has been parked. Even if everything is normal, the circuits and parts are in need of maintenance, and we don't know if the fuel tank is empty. It will take some time."

"It's worth it!" Antonio has been in a good mood since he saw the plane. "I hope it's good. I hope it's good. I don't want to walk anymore. I'll vomit if I walk."

Lin Fan didn't want to leave anymore. After living in the open air for several months without even a proper house, she felt a little tired psychologically.

This place might have originally been a private airport or a small tourist area. There was a maintenance cabin and a three-story small tower not far ahead.

"Let's go," Lin Fan said as he jumped off the plane, "Let's go find the key first, maybe there will be other surprises."

"Go, go, go!" Antonio followed with a smile on his face.

The iron door of the maintenance warehouse was locked. The two could not open it from outside, so they went to the small building next to it. The door was still locked, but it was made of glass. Antonio broke the glass with his fist wrapped in his shirt and easily entered the door.

"Tell me," he shook his shirt, disdaining the glass shards that might be on it, and threw it on the ground with a curled lip, "Are there zombies here?"

Lin Fan rolled his eyes at him unhappily. Unfortunately, even wearing an old man's shirt and shorts, it was hard to hide this idiot's handsome appearance.

He sighed softly: "Do you know that in the supernatural world there is a supernatural talent called Crow's Mouth?"

Antonio immediately covered his mouth with his hands and looked like he was wrong.

Lin Fan didn't bother with him and walked into the hall, stepping on the broken glass.

The first floor's facade used a lot of glass windows. Although they were light-transmitting, they were covered with dust, so the light inside was not very transparent. The dust brought up by the air circulation rose and fell under the sporadic light, making the shadows behind the wall even darker, revealing a kind of quiet horror.

After listening to Antonio's words, Lin Fan felt a little uneasy.

She wasn't afraid of zombies. She had seen them so many times that it was no longer surprising. What she was afraid of was something that suddenly jumped out from nowhere.

Perhaps because she had seen ghosts and monsters before, she was more and more afraid of these unknown things. She didn't know how long she would have to wait to build up enough immunity.

Lin Fan walked slowly and lightly, passing through the rows of fairly neatly arranged metal chairs in the hall.

There is an LCD screen on each side of the hall, which may be a TV or something else. There is a water dispenser next to the wall, but the bucket has long been empty and covered with dust.

On the stand next to the front desk, there were many beautiful paper posters neatly arranged, and there were some scattered papers on the desk. At a glance, it was the airplane tour disclaimer. In the folder further in were various signed documents.

It seems that this place is really like what they thought, a travel agency. Before the end of the world, it was still operating normally, and judging from the date of the document, it had quite a lot of customers.

Logically, there should be talented people here.

Lin Fan turned around and didn't see Antonio, but he saw a huge map on the wall behind him.

map?!

Isn't that what they need?

She walked quickly towards the map, but suddenly stopped when she passed a large LCD TV standing against the wall.

Everything in the room was covered in dust, but the dust on the floor in front of the TV... seemed lighter?

Lin Fan squatted down and rubbed the light-colored ground with his fingers. After rubbing with two fingers, there was very little dust left. Then he touched the side and found that the dust was much heavier...

This is……

"who?!"

Antonio's voice suddenly rang out: "Stop!"

Lin Fan suddenly stood up, kicked over the chair next to him, stepped on it, pulled out a metal pipe with brute force, and rushed out quickly without caring whether it was convenient or not.

Antonio's figure disappeared at the end of the corridor. When Lin Fan chased him, she found that it was a staircase. She heard a series of "bang bang" sounds from upstairs. She grabbed the handrail and climbed up directly.

On the second floor, Antonio was kicking the doors one by one. The wooden doors hit the wall with a loud noise and bounced back, and were kicked apart by him again.

I heard a noise approaching quickly behind me, and when I lifted the mop in my hand back, it was blocked by a metal pipe.

"It's me," Lin Fan pushed away his strength, "What's going on?"

Antonio was relieved when he saw Lin Fan coming. “Just now, I looked to the other side and saw a figure flash by at the end. I chased after it and saw it was a staircase, so I followed it up.”

"Are you sure it's a human?" Lin Fan frowned slightly.

"I'm not sure if it's a human, but it's definitely a living creature." Antonio confirmed, "Although I didn't see his face, I can't be mistaken about his head and hair. He doesn't look like the zombies from Tiandu Star. I think there are other people here!"

Although the zombies of Tiandu Star are also humanoid and can be considered living creatures, they are still very different from humans. Their smell, life cycle, and appearance are all different. The biggest difference is that they will not hide when they see living creatures.

Lin Fan did not rush to draw a conclusion, and exchanged information with him first: "I also found traces of people walking down there recently, and the dust on the ground is distributed in different depths."

"He's really a talented person," Antonio looked at the unexplored area ahead with a vigilant look, "It's been several months since the apocalypse, and he's still alive and well? I'm curious."

"We haven't seen what the zombies here look like yet. They may not be the same as those on Tiandu Star. We'd better be careful." Lin Fan realized the fragile metal tube in his hand at this time and smiled helplessly.

Antonio also reacted, looking at the mop in his hand and smiling innocently, "This... I still feel more comfortable with something else in my hand, I'm afraid I can't change it for a while."

"It doesn't matter whether it's modified or not." Lin Fan shook the stick in his hand but didn't throw it away. He raised his foot and walked forward. "It's fine as long as it works well."

"If there are still people alive," Antonio whispered, "it proves that there are at least enough supplies here."

The two men broke into the doors of each room one by one but found nothing until the last room, which seemed to be the staff locker room, when they heard a noticeable unusual noise.

There were two rows of metal lockers along the wall of the locker room, which looked empty at first glance. But the slight metal knocking sound was not too obvious to the two of them.

They found the location by following the sound. Lin Fan gave Antonio a look, and quickly poked the metal stick in his hand through the cabinet door and pulled it out.

I saw a person curled up in the closet and shivering constantly, and the metal buckle on his butt bag kept rubbing against the closet...

"Come out!" Antonio ordered unhappily.

"Don't kill me! Don't kill me!" The man fell to the ground, his hair turned gray, and he raised his hands to kowtow, "Don't kill me!"

"Wait!" Lin Fan took a glance and was inexplicably surprised, "Look up!"

When Antonio saw his face clearly, he was also shocked.

"why you?"

Guess who this is? I guess you can't guess, hahahaha.

I spent a lot of time on JD.com tonight to get discounts. It's really overwhelming. It's more expensive to buy them together, so I split them up and looked at the discounts. I still haven't bought a mechanical hard drive yet, and I haven't decided between Western Digital and Seagate. Seagate seems to be not as stable as Western Digital, and Western Digital seems to be noisy...

I waited a long time for a discount on graphics cards, but they were out of stock overnight. I went to other stores and found that the price had increased by 600. What a crap, I was angry.

Can't these people give proper discounts? I waited for several days in vain, huh.

I will receive the parts gradually tomorrow, and at least I can assemble the machine. I need to record the unboxing video first, and then assemble the machine and the system.

I haven't used the win10 system yet, so I need to get used to it. It will probably take a few days. I have to buy a mechanical hard drive within a week, and as for the graphics card... I don't know how to make it, the price is too high. Anyway, the computer can be turned on, so let's do it this way for now.

Hope all parts are good, Ami Tofu.
