The Wind and the Eagle Wings at Hogwarts
Chapter 89 089. Money Bag Order Girl
Faced with Scott's question, Milton smiled and said, "I really can't hide it from you."
Scott felt that his smile looked a little complicated and not purely happy.
"What happened?" he asked.
Milton shook his head and looked around.
"Mr. Filch is here," he said softly. "Let's talk about it later."
Scott looked at the crowd around him and nodded clearly.
"It's up to you, Milton," he said. "Everyone has his own secrets."
"Yes." Eddie on the side also nodded.
Scott and Milton turned to look at him at the same time.
"What's wrong?" Eddie shrugged innocently, "I've been here listening."
Milton took a deep breath, seemed to have made a decision, and then genuinely smiled, "I do have something to tell you, but not now."
Scott said: "Then wait until we get back to the dormitory at night."
Milton nodded.
At this time, Filch came over with the key.
"You guys only get active when you hang out and break discipline!" he complained with a straight face.
No one paid any attention to him.
After he opened the door, he started shouting again, "Quick! Get in line! I want to check your permission to go out! Students below the third grade cannot sneak out!"
His protruding bulbous eyes patrolled the crowd, as if he was about to rush out at any time to catch the junior students who wanted to sneak out.
But this had nothing to do with Scott and the others. They quickly passed the inspection and walked out of the door.
They walked through a snow-covered road and arrived at Hogsmeade, which looked like a Christmas picture.
"Where do you want to go first?"
Roger, who was walking ahead holding Caccini's hand, turned around and asked.
"You should want to go to Mrs. Puddifu's Tea House?" Eddie smiled teasingly, "Don't worry about us, go on a sweet date."
Kachini blushed a little when she heard this, but Roger smiled proudly and led her away.
"So where are we going now?" Eddie looked at Scott and Milton.
"I have to go to Honeydukes Candy Store and get my purse," Scott said.
"Okay." Eddie nodded immediately.
Milton looked at them confused.
But Scott just smiled and said, "You'll find out when you go."
They walked to Honeydukes Candy Store, and through the transparent window, they could see that the candy store was already crowded with students.
"We'll wait here for a while," Scott said.
Not long after they waited at the door, Fred and George came out of the store.
"Here comes my purse."
Scott said to Eddie and Milton.
Then, he reached out to the twins and said, "Bring me my share, or I will lift you up and scratch your belly."
"Hey guy!"
"We are not the Nifflers you raised!"
Fred and George said pretending to be angry.
"Isn't it?" Scott showed a surprised expression, "If that's the case, why did you come here from the hole?"
"You won't understand!"
Fred took out a money bag, shook it, and put it in Scott's hand.
"This is a sense of ritual." George emphasized.
Scott opened the money bag and looked at it, smiling with satisfaction, "It looks like the business is pretty good."
"Of course." Fred said happily, "Ever since the Duel Club, everyone has been very interested in your Transfiguration Notes."
"There's absolutely no shortage of sales," George said.
He showed a regretful expression, "It's a pity that you authorized the business of Ravenclaw and Slytherin to this boy Eddie, otherwise we would have made more money."
"Hey! I'm here!" Eddie said unhappily, "Ravenclaw is my territory! Moreover, I have more connections in Slytherin than you do."
"That was before."
Fred retorted with a smile.
"Scott isn't exactly popular in Slytherin right now, and you're his roommate."
"That's because you don't know me well." Eddie raised his head and said proudly.
"Seriously, Eddie." Fred hugged Eddie's neck closely again, "How is your business over there?"
"Absolutely." Eddie grinned, his words seriously inconsistent with his expression.
Seeing this, Fred quickly took him aside, and George followed him, and the three of them got together to talk about business.
Scott shook the money bag in his hand, said hello, and walked into the candy store with Milton.
He had no interest in wandering around the crowded store, so he went directly to the counter and simply signed several orders——
As long as you pay a few more silver coins, the clerk will wrap the candies on the order into gifts in Scott's name on Christmas and send them out according to the list he left.
Scott likes the hassle-free service.
Of course, these perfunctory gifts were all aimed at gift-giving recipients who had a normal relationship with him.
After quickly solving most of the gift problems, Scott walked out of the candy store refreshed.
By this time, Eddie and the Weasley twins had gone somewhere.
After Milton came out of the store, they went to the Devis and Bans stores, and the Literary Quill Store, where Scott signed several more orders.
"This takes care of most of the Christmas gifts I need to prepare this year." He said to Milton, "You should ask me to learn from you, Milton."
Unlike Scott, who was looking relaxed, Milton was carrying large and small bags in his hands. He insisted: "I think gifts sent by hand are more meaningful."
Scott shrugged, "Of course, I will personally send the gifts to you."
"I'm looking forward to it," Milton said with a smile.
"Well, Eddie should be at the Three Broomsticks, and we should go over and have a butterbeer to warm up," Scott suggested.
He helped Milton sort out the things he bought, and the two of them used the shrinking spell to successfully merge many bags into one.
Then they headed towards the Three Broomsticks pub.
When they passed Mrs. Puddifu's Teahouse on the corner of the street, Scott stopped.
"That person over there is Roger's ex-girlfriend."
He whispered, motioning Milton to look ahead.
A girl was standing motionless outside the glass window of the teahouse.
Milton nodded, "It's Miss Mill of Hufflepuff."
At this time, the girl was standing there quietly looking into the teahouse.
"Come over and take a look," Scott said.
As they got closer, they could see couples sitting at small tables in the teahouse making love to each other.
Roger and Caccini are one of them.
At this moment, the two of them were holding hands and looking at each other. Roger seemed to be talking about some interesting topics, which made Caccini laugh non-stop.
Maybe it was an angle problem, or maybe they were too involved in the date. They didn't realize that Mir was standing outside the window and staring straight at them.
And Mill didn't notice the approach of Scott and Milton.
It wasn't until Scott and Milton got closer that she was suddenly awakened by the sound of their footsteps on the snow.
She looked back at the two of them with an expression as if she had seen a ghost, then turned around and ran away in a hurry.
Scott looked at her back and said helplessly: "I always feel that the Dupin incident last time is not a big deal. Roger may learn a bigger lesson in the future because of his overly rich love history."
