The Urban Dao Child

Yang Dao and Dao Yin had a tactic understanding as they moved to the final phase of the treatment. They had finished removing the defective organ and cleansed the body of impurities. Now, they had to reconstruct the organ by using the elemental source energy, and they will have to come up with the amount that was lacking on their own.

The two people began to condense the elemental source energy in balance to create the organ inside. The process was not painstakingly slow, but it was also taxing on the mental prowess. One slight miscalculation and the process will be disrupted and it will harm Yue Ling more than help her.

The Dao Couple was working slowly, and they did not know when the sun had already begun to descend on the horizon. Yang Shan wanted to get inside the room, but a strong isolation barrier kept him outside.

As time passed, he was getting worried. At this time Mulan happened to come over and asked, "Shan, where is Ling? She did not come out today, is she okay?"

Yang Shan said, "I have no idea mother, the room is being blocked by some sort of isolation array. I want to go inside but I cannot. I am worried something is wrong."

Mulan looked around and smacked the back of his head. Yang Shan was surprised and complained, "What are you hitting me for?"

"Stupid, it is your son inside the room, did you not see the note?" as she pointed at a note stuck to the side of the door.

Yang Shan looked closely, and it said, "Treating mum, do not come inside."

The two people relaxed, while Yang Dao and Dao Yin had entered the most crucial phase of the treatment. The organ was formed, now they had to connect it to the rest of the body. Dao Yin said, "Yang, you ready?"

Yang Dao nodded, and said, "Yes."

The two people slowly began to connect the vessels of the organ to the rest of the body. As the vessels connected, Yue Ling sensed something changing inside her body. As a cultivator, she was aware of the things happening inside her body, however, the sensation she was going through now has never been present.

In the attack she suffered, her ovaries were directly affected. They were rendered useless, and by the time she got the treatment, it was useless. The herb Yang Shan fought for, gave her a chance to produce an Ova. That ova later bought her Yang Dao.

However, ever since then she has never sensed anything in that region of her body. She did not dare to look inside her because it would make her frown and she was happy with her child. She did not want more.

Now that the sensation had come back, she could not help but look inside her. She spotted the organ being connected with the rest of the body. It was surgery without any incision. She was shocked when she realized that this was all done by these two youngsters.

The sky had turned dark when Yang Dao and Dao Yin were finished dealing with it all. They told the lady not to worry about anything, and they left the room. Outside Yang Shan and Mulan had been waiting anxiously.

The old man asked, "Dao, is everything alright, what did you treat her for?"

Yang Dao squinted his eyes and said, "Won't you know if you ask her?"

Then he turned to his grandma and asked, "Grandma, I am hungry."

The old lady ignored him acting like a baby, and with a doting smile said, "Yes, my dear, I have made a lot of food for you two. Come."

Yang Shan did not care about the trio and entered the room. He walked up to Yue Ling and asked her in a hurry, "Ling, are you okay? What did that brat treat you for? Tell me. Do you need something?"

Yue Ling smiled at him, and at this moment, Yang Shan noticed the changes in his wife. She was looking like the day he had first seen her. He could not take his eyes off of her. The chamber bloomed with the love of the two.

The next morning, Yang Dao woke up with Dao Yin and they sensed something unusual in the surroundings. Walking out of the room, they looked at the horizon and when they found nothing, they mumbled, "Dao Pupils."

Their eyes changed and the symbol of eight trigrams appeared in them. Spinning slowly. Soon, they spotted a spaceship standing in the void, Yang Dao made out a white tiger engraved on the side of the ship.

"They must be from the holy land," said Dao Yin beside them.

The young man nodded and they appeared in the void.

In the sea of stars, a few old men were sitting inside the spaceship, they were here to inspect Yang Dao and Dao Yin. These old people were told by the envoy, Xerxes that the two children were amazingly talented and could even defeat him. They wanted to make sure if the claims were true.

They had just finished discussing how to test the two when a fluctuation in the void attracted them. Yang Dao and Dao Yin appeared in front of the people. The old men did not react in a rush, they needed to confirm the identity of the intruders. After all, not everyone could bypass the isolation arrays and the camouflage arrays around this ship.

Yang Dao said, "I am Yang Dao, and this is Dao Yin. We are the once you are looking for. May I ask the purpose of this visit?"

A grumpy old man raised his eyebrow and said, "Is this your juniors should talk to the seniors?"

Dao Yin said, "In the immortal plane, seniority is determined by the strength or in some exceptions, deeds. Strength, we can come in here as we wish, is enough to prove. Deeds? we have no idea what you may have done, so irrelevant."

Her voice was calm but the chill carried in it was distinguishable. The old men all sat up in alert. Yang Dao said, "Do not scare them."

Dao Yin turned to look at her and stuck out the tip of her tongue. An old man did not like this behavior and was about to rebuke them when Yang Dao used the Dao Resonance and said, "Calm down."

The ship was calmed down in an instant, all the old people knew, that these two were not easy to deal with.

Yang Dao and Dao Yin had come back to the mansion after dealing with the old men. They had bid farewell to everyone and only Yue Ling was left. Dao Yin was the first to hug her and tell her that she will miss her. Yue Ling patted her back and caressed her silky white hair.

After the two were done, Yang Dao came and hugged his mother, he said, "Be careful, the old man is getting ahead of his age, you must tell others if he bullied you."

Yue Ling smacked his back with a smile and said, "Do not make trouble out there. Try to visit more. Okay?"

Yang Dao nodded and snuggled closer to her for a second and then after breaking the hug he said, "Baba, look after mom, okay?"

Yang Shan winked at him with a smile and said, "Yes. Go now."

The Dao Couple stood gazing out of the spaceship window, it has been a month since they set off from the domain of the Yang Family. They were now within the limits of the internal immortal plane, and the spirit energy here was ten times denser than what they had in the outer immortal plane.

Yang Dao said, "What do you think will happen?"

Dao Yin shook her head as she leaned against him and said, "Whatever happens will happen, why worry about it?"

The young man smiled as he patted her shoulder gently. He asked, "Are you ready?"

Dao Yin nodded. An old man from the elder guardians came over and said, "Yang, Yin, we are about to reach the holy land."

The two people nodded and they followed the old man. They came to the observation deck and found the ship surrounded by clouds of celestial dust. This dust was formed by the destruction of planets and stars.

Yang Dao asked, "Why not go through a cleaner path?"

"Because the cleaner path has daemons patrolling it." said the old man.

Dao Yin asked in a cold voice, "What do you mean?"

The old man said, "Siant level Daemons are as common as flies in this region. We have to be safe, they target holy lands as we hunt them and those above them. You two are strong, however, you need to be stronger and wiser. You must know, when to take on a fight and when to avoid one."

As soon as the words dropped and the spaceship left the celestial dust cloud, Yang Dao and Dao Yin saw a planet that was so beautiful that they could not describe it with words. They have reached the holy land.
