The Urban Dao Child

Just when the pressure inside the elder hall was accumulating, the elders were shocked to look at the two children acting in sync with each other like it was a rehearsed act. Another bomb went off, Yang Dao looked at Dao Yin and asked, "Sir Envoy, why can the two people not go to the holy land?"

The Envoy was stumped but then he retorted, "Do you think getting inside the Holy Land is a piece of cake, that everyone can eat? Do you know how rare the resources are needed to cultivate ahead of the Immortal Soul realm? You couple of brats."

Dao Yin lost her senses after hearing the term couple. She stole a glance at Yang Dao who was lost in thoughts. The boy said, "Ummm, how about, we two brats team up, and fight with you at the same realm. If we lose, you can go back and blacklist us, but if we win you will have to take us both with you back to the holy land."

The envoy and the rest of the elders were shocked. Did the child just stake the whole sect without asking them? The Envoy was observing the elders and their actions did cause a circuit to fuse in his brain. The man started to laugh slowly, and then he burst up in laughter.

He said, "Have you all gone insane? Staking it all on a couple of children? Good, you all have guts of steel now. Very well, I will take on the bet. Hahahaha..."

Yang Dao and Dao Yin exchanged a glance and they smiled. They did not disturb the envoy, Yang Dao looked at the girl from head to toe and said, "Pardon me, but you look very beautiful."

Dao Yin smiled and said, "You also look very handsome. What weapon do you use?"

"I prefer a sword, but I can use, a spear and bow as well." replied the boy.

Dao Yin held out her sword and said, "I also like the sword, and can use a spear and a bow."

Yang Dao took out his sword and held it out. He asked, "May I see your blade?"

The two children exchanged a glance and with a nod, they used their hands to channel their spirit energy through the crystal ball. The envoy followed them and the three people vanished from the spot.

Elder Jing said, "What the heck just happened?" she could not understand what just happened.

Sun Eckhart said, "It is fine, trust him." he turned his head to the old demon and asked him with telepathic communication, "Is the girl also protected by four silhouettes."

Baracus was shocked and said, "What do you mean also? Is the boy the same?"

Sun Eckhart smiled and said, "Seems like, they are both fated."

The old demon also smiled and they gazed inside the crystal ball.

Inside the crystal ball, Yang Dao and Dao Yin stood side by side, with the envoy standing ten meters away from them. The envoy said, "This field is twenty meters wide on all sides. Anyone moving outside that range will be teleported outside and will be deemed a loser. Agreed?"

The children nodded with indifference, and the envoy spoke through clenched teeth, "Begin."

Yang Dao did not waste a single second, his sword fluttered and a sword beam was shot out. He exclaimed, "Yin, your blade is good."

Dao Yin smiled and she also cast a similar attack, and exclaimed, "This is also good. Feels no different than my own sword."

The two broke out in a chuckle. The elders were surprised to see them chuckling and able to execute the full strength of their weapons as if it was their own. The envoy was enraged at this ignorant behavior and he took out his own sword to counter the sword beam.

However, as the beam got closer he noticed the peculiarities. The sword in his hand was trembling too much, he mumbled, "Sword intent."

The two attacks overlapped perfectly and the power was significantly increased. The envoy revoked his own sword intent but he lacked in comparison to these children.

While the envoy was struggling, Yang Dao said, "Hmmm, he held on, how about I try close combat with him. What do you say, Yin?"

Dao Yin smiled and said, "I also want to see how strong he is. How about you follow my lead this time, Yang?"

Dao Yin hit the man on his chest, and waist area, due to her small height, but the number of palms she cast on him was ninety-nine. All that in a blink. Yang Dao appeared behind Dao Yin, who quickly shifted to the side and came to stand behind Yang Dao, the boy used his fist to rain down attacks.

The elders outside were surprised, and Elder Jing asked, "How is it that they are both so much in sync with each other. Their attacks are all overlapping. The envoy does not even have the chance to take a deep breath."

Sun Eckhart and Baracus spat at the envoy in their hearts and cursed him for being too cocky and standing against this duo with cultivation equal to them. Yang Dao had managed to trick the guy completely. However, they did not unveil the secret to anyone and gloated in secret.

The envoy stood in distance frozen in his place. Yang Dao's attack blocked the circulation in his body, at this moment the man was nothing but a target standing at a firing range.

The two kids condensed arrows of elements. While Yang Dao used fire source energy, Dao Yin used to wind. They shot the arrows at the same time and let them collide together in front of the envoy and then the two arrows exploded loudly leaving a trace of lightning in the void.

The explosion raised a dust cloud making it impossible to see what was going on. When the dust settled, everyone saw the envoy lying on the floor in tattered robes and looking nothing like his old self. Suddenly, the envoy was teleported outside the crystal ball.

Sun Eckhart and Baracus smiled and spoke up in unison, "The winner, Yin and Yang."
