[HP Sirius] Sweet Potions

Chapter 048 The Observatory

That night, as they had done on every night excursion for six years, the four boys sneaked out of the portrait under James' invisibility cloak.A little different from a few years ago, the Invisibility Cloak almost couldn't cover the four of them at the same time.

As long as the four of them are together, they can never be expected to behave themselves - the professors at Hogwarts already know this.

Sirius felt that this would probably never change in his lifetime, and this was exactly what he expected.

"I just can't figure it out." Remus murmured while lying on the ground of the observatory, looking at the night sky. "It's so beautiful, but I just can't like it."

The other three boys knew what he was referring to.

A nearly full moon is hanging in the black velvet sky, eclipsing the bright stars around it.

"I'm afraid there are very few werewolves in the world who like the moon," said James, popping a cookie into his mouth.

"Except for those crazy ones." Remus frowned and said in disgust, "They wish there was a full moon every day. The full moon can bring power to werewolves. But I hate the feeling of transforming, it makes me not at all Like myself."

"This shows that you are a completely normal person." Sirius yawned and said lazily, "You are just an ordinary person with a little hairy problem."

His words managed to put Remus in a better mood.

Probably because a cloud covered the moon, Remus' expression relaxed a lot.He started to chuckle at one of James' jokes.

"It's a pity they closed the castle, otherwise we could go to the Forbidden Forest." James said, looking at the dark Forbidden Forest in the distance, "Remember what we did in the Forbidden Forest last year?"

"You mean the thing about you stepping in the feces of a cat or raccoon?" Sirius laughed mockingly.

Everyone laughed, including James.

"Speaking of which, you have done as many stupid things as I do." James bared his teeth maliciously, "Shall I list them all? Maybe I can reveal one or two to Miss Green?"

"Whatever you say." Sirius shrugged, "Anyway, she won't believe it."

At this moment, Peter suddenly whispered in horror, "There are people in the corridor."

The others instinctively tried to look back, but Peter stopped them, "Don't. I think the guy is eavesdropping on us."

Sirius raised his eyebrows, then stood up from the ground.

He hooked one corner of his mouth at the others, and said in a low voice, "Let's see what that daring eavesdropper looks like."

Then he turned around and strode out the door of the observatory.

A few seconds later, there was a painful howl.

Immediately, they saw Sirius walking in, grabbing a boy by the collar.

Remus immediately recognized the boy's identity, he asked in surprise, "Stone?"

"I'm not eavesdropping!" Stone yelled in a thin voice, "I'm just going to the bathroom!"

"Oh, yes, you didn't eavesdrop." Sirius said with a sneer, raising only one corner of his mouth, "You really walked far enough to go to the toilet. Could it be that the toilets in Hufflepuff's toilets are all blocked? Yet?"

Stone blushed and stared at them, seemingly unable to think of a rebuttal for a while.

"Tell me, since when have you been hiding there?" Sirius demanded, pressing his wand to his chin.

"I just arrived." Stone replied. His cheeks flushed even more.

"Why don't I believe you at all?" Sirius raised his eyebrows. He turned his head to look at the other three people, and lazily dragged out his voice, "What spell do you think I should use?"

Remus stared at Stone in silence, looking very disturbed because he wasn't sure Stone had heard the first half of their conversation. If other students knew that he was a werewolf, he would probably be expelled from school for it.

James obviously noticed this too.

"Damn it," he cursed, "what shall we do now?"

Four pairs of eyes looked at Stone at the same time.

Stone immediately panicked and exclaimed: "I won't tell anyone! I promise, I really won't say anything!"

"Oh, no. He knows," said Remus, pale.

"What an idiot." Sirius cursed with a sneer, and he deliberately poked Stone's cheek forcefully, "You followed us on purpose, didn't you?"

Stone shook his head desperately.

"Be honest," Sirius ordered with a frown, "if you don't want to try my newly learned curse."

"I..." Stone stammered, "I just—" He stopped.

"We can erase his memory," James said suddenly.

"Good idea," Sirius said.

"Wait a minute." Remus stopped them nervously, "Do any of you know how to use a Memory Charm?"

"I will." Sirius replied, and at the same time cast a silencing spell on Stone who was about to protest.Stone immediately shut his mouth tightly, unable to make any sound.

"But you never used it." Remus couldn't help reminding.

"Don't worry, I understand how to use it." Sirius said nonchalantly.

Remus pursed his lips and struggled for a moment, "Okay."

Stone showed a terrified expression, staring at Sirius with wide eyes.Sirius raised his wand, aimed it at his forehead, and muttered a spell, "Forgot all—"

But almost at the same moment, a woman's voice shouted: "Disarm you!"

Sirius' wand flew out immediately.

Everyone looked at the door in surprise.

Professor McGonagall was standing at the door of the observatory, staring at the four of them, panting.

"What are you doing, Mr. Black?" she said in a tone of disbelief.

Sirius stared blankly at Professor McGonagall who suddenly appeared. He suddenly realized that he had no excuses to explain.

"No, Professor, it was just a misunderstanding." Remus said eagerly, "Sirius did that for me, because Stone overheard our conversation, and he knew I was..." He stopped abruptly. Don't go any further.

"So you cast a memory spell on Mr. Stone?" McGonagall raised her voice a little more, and she looked furious.

Sirius felt a thin layer of sweat on his palms, "I know, but—"

But Mag didn't want to listen to his explanation at all for the time being. She walked up to Stone and helped him up, frowning and asked, "Are you okay, Mr. Stone?"

"Okay." Stone muttered hoarsely.

Mag seemed slightly relieved, but her expression was still serious. Then, she turned to look at Sirius.

Sirius could clearly feel the disappointment in Professor McGonagall's eyes.He swallowed, "I did all of this, it has nothing to do with the three of them. If you want to fire me—"

"Go back to sleep." McGonagall suddenly ordered coldly, "We will settle this matter tomorrow. Also, Gryffindor will deduct [-] points because of you." She turned to look at Stone, He sighed helplessly again, "Thirty points will be deducted from Hufflepuff, because you violated the school rules like them, Mr. Stone."

Stone did not dare to refute at all, but just nodded awkwardly.

The next morning, Ersha finally received the message from her father.

"I'll be waiting for you in Hogsmeade until next Wednesday," said his Patronus. "I hope you change your mind."

He didn't blame Ersha, and his tone was unusually calm, but Ersha felt even more guilty. She had never tried to refuse her father's request.

At breakfast, she learned what happened last night from Professor McGonagall.

Erza was astonished.Sirius actually cast a memory charm on another student? In her impression, Sirius was not such a person. In her impression, he was indeed a bit informal, but he was not the kind of guy who would cast evil spells on others casually.

"They are simply lawless. In order to make them remember longer, I had to deduct a full two hundred points from my own college!" Professor McGonagall said to Ersa a little angrily, "As for Mr. Black, I think we must He has taken some necessary measures. Otherwise, he will never understand the importance of following the rules. If he doesn't punish him well, maybe next time he will get himself into Azkaban."

"What are you going to do?" Ursa asked a little uneasy. She knew being expelled from Hogwarts was disastrous for a wizard.

"I'm going to put him in detention for a month," said Professor McGonagall gravely.

Erza immediately breathed a sigh of relief.

"If you need help, I can let him go to your place for labor services." Professor McGonagall looked at Ersha and said.

Ursa was stunned, not knowing how to answer for a while, "Uh..."

"Anyway, I won't let him go into confinement with Hagrid." McGonagall said with a frown. "Being with Hagrid is not confinement for him at all."

"...It's conceivable." Ersha said with a guilty conscience.

On Monday evening, Ursa decided to talk to Professor Mulligan. On her way to Professor Mulligan's office, a boy hurried past her with his head down.

The boy didn't notice Ursa. His arm bumped Ersha's shoulder hard.

He gasped suddenly, and grabbed his arm suddenly, as if the impact just now caused him unbearable pain.

"I'm sorry, are you all right—Mr. Black?" Ursa said quickly, "Did I hurt you?"

The boy—that is, Regulus lowered his arms in a panic, and tugged at his sleeve.

"Nothing," he muttered. "Good-bye, Miss Green."

Ursa stared at his forearm, covered by the sleeve of his robe—for just a split second, she seemed to see a deep red scar above his wrist.

"Wait." Ursa stopped him.

Regulus turned and looked at her slightly puzzled.

Ersha suddenly realized that he looked very much like his brother, but he was thinner and paler than his brother, which made him less handsome.

Who did Stone take for Sirius Black?

——Professor McGonagall's question suddenly appeared in Ersha's mind.

"Are you hurt, Mr. Black?" Ursa asked suddenly.

"Oh, it's nothing, it's just a little burn." Regulus replied immediately, and at the same time shrank his arms subconsciously, as if to prevent himself from hiding his arms behind his back, "Is there anything else you need, Miss Green?"

"...No, it's nothing."

"Then goodbye, Miss Green." Regulus said coldly and politely, then turned and left quickly.

Ersha stared at his back in silence for a few seconds. Then she turned around and walked away quickly.
