Pokemon Settler

A young man from the community time-traveled into the body of a soldier of Team Rocket. Before he could show off his talents, he was frightened by a blast of destruction and death and defected overnight, forcing him to start a life of reclamation in the mountains.
Opening up wasteland to build houses, self-sufficiency, and most importantly, a variety of magical elves. Adults who were numb in their previous lives lived wantonly and unrestrainedly in the world of Pokémon that they had loved since childhood.
