Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

Chapter 450: Mistress Talzin's Method

On the red planet Datomir, in Mother Talzin's secret chamber, Mother Talzin, Asajj Ventress and Count Dooku were sitting together, plotting their plan to overthrow Darth Sidious.

"To defeat him is not simply to confront him with force, but to weaken his power and influence." Dooku's words hit the nail on the head. "His power is like a behemoth in the dark night. Perhaps only a few people like Master Windu, Master Yoda and Skywalker can contend with him."

Asajj crossed his arms and sighed softly, "The strength of the Avengers should not be underestimated."

When Asajj Ventress mentioned the powerful heroes on Earth, Dooku frowned and turned his gaze to Talzin.

"Where is Wanda Maximoff now?" Dooku asked.

Count Serenno was slightly surprised to learn that the willful Avenger had been hiding on this planet. For him, this was not only a mission assigned by Sidious, but also an opportunity to pull the Earthlings into their camp. However, a series of recent events have subtly changed the situation.

"She is elsewhere at the moment, Count." Talzin's voice echoed through the room. "I would advise you not to engage in a confrontation like the one we had when Asajj first met. You are enemies, and a confrontation at this moment would be unwise."

Ventress continued, "Master, she is unwilling to join us. Her powers are beyond our imagination, and she can easily peer into the minds of others, and this intrusion is unsettling. It is best for us to fight Sidious together while the Avengers and the Jedi Knights remain at a distance from us."

Dooku's frown deepened. His apprentices' description of the "Scarlet Witch" and her abilities made him mentally regard her as a major threat in the future. Although Sidious and Ultron were powerful, the Avengers were always a thorn in the eyes of the Sith, the Separatists, and all those who opposed their "heroism."

Still, the title "Scarlet Witch" was strangely familiar. He swore he had heard of it somewhere before. He pondered silently in his mind. Was it during his years as a Jedi Master in the Jedi Temple? When he left the Jedi Order and explored the galaxy on his own? Or was it in the materials Sidious had collected over the years?

"Dooku." Talzin's voice was like a stream of fresh air, breaking the Sith Lord's deep thoughts. He turned to her expectantly, waiting for her answer. "Perhaps I have a way to find you a replacement for Ventres's fake death." There was a sense of confidence in her voice.

He nodded silently, motioning for her to continue.

"Are you familiar with Sidious' former apprentice, Darth Maul?" Talzin asked.

At the mention of the name, a trace of bitterness flashed across the Count's face. The memory of Darth Maul stabbing his former student Qui-Gon Jinn in the chest was like a sharp blade slicing through his heart.

"Yes, he killed my former apprentice, Qui-Gon Jinn." Dooku slowly recounted the story.

"His bloodline is not broken," Mother Talzin revealed to Dooku. "They live on the other side of Datomir. If I could offer you a warrior of his kind, would you be interested?"

This proposal caught Tyrannus's attention.

"The same warrior?" Dooku asked, a curious glint in his eyes.

"Yes," Talzin replied, "but I must warn you that this person is easy to find but difficult to control."

"That's right, Master." Asajj nodded. "Darth Sidious will not accept a barbarian unless he can be an exact replica of Darth Maul."

"Although they share similar bloodlines, they can be distinguished at a glance by those who are familiar with them," Talzin explained.

"It will take time to reach Maul's level of strength and skill," Dooku said after a moment's contemplation. "I will need the help of the Dark Acolytes to bring my new assassin up to the level I desire."

"Master, I will help you choose the right candidate." Ventres said with his head down.

"Remember, what I want to see is stability and loyalty. I don't want to see your 'successor' wavering under Sidious's control." Dooku solemnly warned.

"He will not submit to Sidious's control," Matron Talzin promised firmly.

"With the protection of our magic and your abilities, this new apprentice will become a great helper in our cause." She continued, her eyes revealing anticipation for the future.

"I leave this important task to you, my apprentice. I must return to Serenno as soon as possible, lest Sidious become suspicious due to my long absence."

As the words came to an end, the earl's figure quickly disappeared from Datomir's sight.

And somewhere in this corner of the galaxy, a new journey is about to begin.

"So, where can I find this night brother with the blood of Darth Maul?" Asajj asked anxiously, standing beside Talzin, his eyes following Dooku's spaceship as it went away.

Mother Talzin smiled slightly, as if she had known everything. "As I told Dooku, he is on the other side of this planet. In one of our quasi-clan." She paused and continued, "When you have completed all the preparations, I will give you the exact coordinates."

Asajj nodded, but still seemed a little uneasy. "What about Maximoff? Where is she now?"

"She is temporarily out of our sight." Talzin's voice revealed a sense of confidence. "Her deep friendship with Rose Lai of Clan Zalem has allowed her to focus on the reconstruction of Zalem's territory."

Asajj frowned. "When will she be back? What if Count Dooku suddenly comes to visit?"

"We will handle it properly." Talzin's words revealed a calm confidence.

However, Asajj didn't seem to fully believe this answer. She looked at Madam Talzin in confusion and said, "Why did you leave that woman here? She is our enemy."

“Perhaps to you she is an enemy,” Talzin explained slowly, “but to us, she has a different value.”

"What if she betrays us? She has the power to destroy us easily." Asajj's tone was full of confusion.

Matron Talzin was well aware of these doubts and hostility, but she remained calm and confident. "I understand your hostility towards Wanda, but please trust my decision," she assured. "I am doing this for our clan."

Asajj's eyes revealed dissatisfaction and confusion, but he ultimately chose to remain silent.

"Who is that person you are talking about?"

Talzin seemed to see a young Datomir half-breed, and murmured, "A man of unimaginable power..."

Asajj Ventress asked, "Is he a Jedi? A Sith? A Force user?"

"You'll know when you find him."

Asajj glared at Matron Talzin before heading in the direction of his own hut, ready to head to the Nightbrothers.
