HP Shavings Wizard

Chapter 14 On the Road

Alison's face was like ice, her expression was cold and tired. After her disguise was torn off, she no longer concealed her malice.

"But I don't want to inherit... unless you want to give me your old subordinates as targets for the killing curse."

"They were part of the great cause that caused you and Albus's father to break up in the first place."

Grindelwald didn't comment, just stared at her, as if trying to see through her eyes into her soul.

Alison glared back at him wantonly, "I'm not going to waste my time with Albus's dad doing that!"

Grindelwald finally looked away, stood up, and looked down at her: "Have you forgotten that Albus is mine too."

Without deliberately bending over or squatting to suppress his height to take care of Alison, the skinny and tall German old man was full of oppression, and even when facing his own cub, he declared his sovereignty in a high-profile and domineering manner.

Alison felt a little frustrated.

It was obvious that her golden finger was already fully opened. She was confident that she had no rivals in the world after clearing several high-level martial arts game worlds, and her scheming and wisdom were not inferior to her parents. However, she was easily suppressed by her old father, who was not as strong as her, with words.

The hidden little secret of her origins was revealed, and she didn't even have the guts to refute that Albus's father was hers.

The blood alliance was born out of their original love, but was destroyed by their breakup.

Her deepest fear, besides the fact that they were killed, was that Albus had gone to great lengths to dissolve the blood pact.

Her gentlest father once wanted to kill her.

And she didn't even have the confidence to say that in the future, when her father Albus discovered that she was a complete dark wizard, he would love her instead of calmly planning to kill her.

It wasn't even murder, it was just the termination of a contract, something that shouldn't have existed in the world.

Stubborn Alison secretly vowed in her heart that when Gellert was not at Hogwarts, she would make Albus only think about her and Potter would have to stand aside.

Grindelwald observed his daughter's deflated look and smiled secretly.

After figuring that out, Alison's expression immediately changed. A well-behaved and sweet smile appeared on her face, like a clingy little girl who fits the public's stereotype of girls of this age: "...Daddy."

The Grindelwald family are all masters of turning their backs on others, but they are so sweet when they want to coax people when there is profit to be made.

Grindelwald paused, then smiled even more brightly, cooperating with the performance: "…good girl."

Alison hugged his arm very naturally, leaning her head against his arm to look at him, asking for the information she wanted to know, as if all the tension just now had never happened: "...Will Dad recognize the aura of the Blood Alliance that Dad just mentioned?"

Grindelwald said nonchalantly, "No, it would be hard to find unless he specifically checked."

Alison's smile faltered.

So you checked on me specifically for just one day?

But it might also be a guess, after all, Gellert and Albus were only together for two months, and the only one who merged their blood at the same time was the Blood Alliance.

Seeing that it would not affect her plan to go to Hogwarts, she rolled her eyes and invited him flatteringly: "Then let's go to the Muggle world in London? There is also the savior that Albus' father is hiding and preparing to train."

She did not explain in detail, but her old father must have known about the major events in Britain in recent years when he met his subordinates yesterday.

Grindelwald glanced at her with a half-smile: "...Aren't you afraid of being discovered?"

Alison pursed her lips and smiled elegantly. When she wanted to say something nice, she said it very beautifully: "The one being monitored is just a Squib. It would be enough to use Legilimency to modify the memory of such a person... Besides, if Daddy wants to see it, who can stop him?"

Grindelwald raised an eyebrow, choosing to tease her, "Me? I'm just a useless, stinky old man."

Alison remained calm and complained like a spoiled child, her eyes full of dependence and admiration: "How could that be? Who dares to say that the Saints' leader is useless? It's obvious that a word from Daddy can shake the whole world."

Grindelwald was amused by her coaxing, and his tone became cheerful: "...You little rascal, you are really good at coaxing people."

Alison pulled him out of the shabby house.

They didn't alarm anyone. Although Grindelwald still had a great influence in Germany, he was very different from the middle-aged man he was half a century ago.

There is no need to knock down bricks to open the door in Germany like in Diagon Alley in the UK. Only wizards can see and pass the pub at the end of the street that is cast with a Muggle-Repelling Charm.

Alison used Transfiguration to change them into Muggle clothes, and then took him along the Muggle streets of Berlin with ease.

She didn't know the way here, and she didn't have any Legilimency or technical geographical knowledge. She was able to lead the way purely by cheating, and her game map was still there.

Grindelwald let her pull him, his eyes casually scanning the surroundings, as if he was admiring the scenery.

Berlin is indeed completely different from what it was half a century ago. Not only in terms of weapons, but also in cars, public transportation, and everything else that has been infiltrated with technology...

He looked at the bustling, lively streets in front of him with great interest, and said softly, "…Muggles are developing quite well."

Allison Kopp: "This is just the livelihood of the people... In 69, someone from the United States landed on the moon."

"The nuclear bombs you've seen before... The five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council all have the ability to manufacture and locate nuclear bombs, but they restrict each other to use them as deterrent weapons. After all, if they all use them, everyone will be doomed."

"Muggles are constantly developing technology, and countries are competing and cooperating with each other... The big countries can't overturn the table, and at most they can mess with the small countries."

Grindelwald listened to her story quietly and sighed in an ambiguous way: "…Muggles are getting smarter."

Alison hailed a taxi, and when they looked at each other, she used Legilimency to modify the driver's memory to go to the airport.

Grindelwald did not comment on Alison's proficiency in the advanced magic of Legilimency, an eleven-year-old child, but just watched her with interest.

Berlin Airport was very close and they arrived soon. Alison used Legilimency and Transfiguration to steal for a while and used the passport she got to get two first-class tickets to London.

Allison's movements were smooth and flowing, and she was obviously a habitual thief. She had practiced this skill for a long time when she was trapped in the game world of Assassin's Creed.

Grindelwald raised his eyebrows, surprised by her skilled movements, and jokingly said, "It seems that you had a wonderful past?"

Alison responded ambiguously and took him on board: "Maybe?"

After checking their seats, they sat down in the double seat and enjoyed an airplane lunch at the end of the journey which started at 11:30. Grindelwald even ordered a glass of dry red wine to go with the meal.

As an eleven-year-old, Alison was not allowed to drink alcohol, except for a glass of juice.

After a smooth journey of more than an hour, they arrived in London, England amid the roar of the plane.
