Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Chapter 49 That’s your biological sister
It was very rare for Professor McGonagall to say something like this in such an aggressive tone.
At least Anriel hadn't seen it many times.
Snape took over the conversation and said in a harsh and sarcastic tone:
"Of course, of course, our Professor Lockhart must have known all this a long time ago.
Didn't you say you regretted not being able to fight the monster before Hagrid was captured?
Hogwarts will be closed tomorrow and no one will... well, disturb your duel with that thing.
We look forward to your taking that thing's head off and adding to your brilliant biography."
When it comes to sarcasm, Snape has always been at the T0 level.
From Anriel's perspective, Snape's face perfectly blended together the emotions of contempt, disdain and sarcasm.
Lockhart was certainly good at making people dislike him.
"Just go ahead and do it, Gilderoy."
"We promise that no one will come to hinder you."
"Tonight is a great time for you to show off your skills."
The professors also began to denounce Lockhart, and the discussion ended with "Lockhart leaving the staff lounge in disgrace."
As soon as Lockhart left, all the professors' terrifying expressions disappeared instantly, as if they had agreed.
"Hmph, well, finally got rid of this...this...hmph!"
But Professor McGonagall still looked very angry.
But she quickly adjusted her mood.
This made Ron and Harry look at each other in confusion, and both felt as if they were dreaming.
"Anriel, if it's you, there must be a way, right?"
Professor McGonagall's tone was now filled with worry.
"You can't rely entirely on me for this matter."
Anriel responded, but suddenly turned his head towards Harry.
"So, you two, have you found the entrance to the secret room?"
Anriel's wand flew between his fingertips, and he looked at Harry and the others.
The two looked at each other and nodded firmly.
"very good."
Angel stood up and walked straight out of the staff room. Harry and Ron swallowed nervously and followed him out quickly under the gaze of the professors.
In this case, Harry thought, it would be right to trust Anriel.
If Hermione were here, she would remember what Anriel said to her last year:
“…You can think of me as a 12-year-old professor. Although it’s hard to accept, except that I can’t teach and need to attend classes, my other work activities are basically the same as those of professors…
Of course, I am definitely much kinder than other professors. If something big happens and you can’t find a professor, you can consider coming to me.”
Hermione no longer regarded Anriel as an ordinary senior.
In addition, this time, she was petrified on her way to Ravenclaw Tower with a Ravenclaw prefect...
She originally went to find Anriel with clues.
......
After a moment it occurred to Harry that they were not on the road to Myrtle's abandoned bathroom.
On the contrary, it's more like...
"Lockhart's office!"
"boom!"
Anriel kicked open Lockhart's office door and raised his hand to put the tip of his wand against his pointed nose.
"Goodnight, Professor Lockhart - say goodbye to your memories?"
"Everything is forgotten!"
Under Lockhart's confused and friendly gaze, Anriel left with satisfaction.
He really felt that this was the best outcome for Lockhart, the arrogant hypocrite.
To be honest, after losing his memory, Lockhart did become a kinder person...
Harry and Ron watched all this in amazement.
"What are you still standing there for? Let's go.
The things that needed to be done along the way have been done, and now it’s time to get down to business.
Come on, you two."
The three of them went downstairs and headed straight for the abandoned women's restroom.
Myrtle was floating on the ceiling in boredom, and when she saw Anriel and the others, she fell down in surprise.
But she was a ghost, so she quickly regained her balance and floated in front of the three of them.
"Hello, Myrtle."
Anriel said briefly.
Myrtle twisted around twice, let out a short scream, and dived into the toilet cubicle, headfirst into the toilet bowl.
Anriel shrugged and leaned over to check the first faucet.
Harry and Ron looked at each other and quickly leaned over to fumble with the faucet.
Soon, Ron exclaimed:
"Found it! There's a relief here!"
Harry walked over quickly, lowered his head and took a look. Sure enough, there was a bronze hollowed-out snake relief on the side of the faucet.
"Leave it open."
Anriel said from behind him.
Harry nodded:
"Open."
Anriel and Ron looked at him speechlessly.
"We understand what you just said."
Anriel's words were a little more tactful.
"This...is like this."
Harry, somewhat embarrassed, remarked that he had only accidentally spoken Parseltongue before when in the presence of a living snake.
Anriel thought about it on his heels and felt that this matter was a little unreliable.
"You two should step back, the farther the better."
Harry and Ron didn't understand what was going on, but they took action immediately.
Two heads hid outside the bathroom door, peeking inside. After a moment, another translucent head appeared above the two heads, and the three had the same expression.
Anriel took out the magic wand from his arms.
"Daisy Cutter!"
After a creepy loud noise, the entire circle of sinks disappeared. The only traces of their existence were the big black hole on the ground and the broken porcelain pieces around it.
Anriel whistled briskly:
"It works well."
Harry and Ron exchanged surprised glances, with a hint of fear in their eyes.
The phrase "it works well" doesn't seem very convincing in this mess.
"Alright you two, what do you want to do now?"
The two were stunned and for a moment they didn't know what Anriel was talking about.
The next second, Anriel slapped his forehead and continued to talk to himself:
"Oh, no, I almost forgot, it's not that both of you are useless."
Angel shook his wand, grabbed Ron's collar with lightning speed and lifted him up.
then……
He leaped into the bottomless water pipe hole.
"Ah ah ah ah ah----!"
This extremely shrill howl came from Ron.
Harry stood alone at the entrance of the cave, stunned, letting the screams shake off circles of dust in spirals from the entrance.
No...you're not taking me with you?
Soon, there was a "bang" and it sounded like Anriel landed steadily on the ground.
A rebuke came from the cave entrance:
"Why are you screaming? That's your own sister. If you don't come down, I will kick you down."
