Mrs. Gbeining didn't know what to say. She took a step back hesitantly, suddenly wanting to be somewhere else. She no longer felt welcome, especially since the princess was uncooperative.

Miss Ge Bening also grew up in the palace. She should have been pampered, but she was not.

Instead, she prided herself on being elegant and generous, everything a princess was rumored to possess, but for some reason, Lady Gebening could not see that.

In her eyes, the Crown Princess was too confident.

"Princess, you have worked hard." Mrs. Ge Bening finally spoke.

"Beginner's luck." Li Xueyue smiled. She realized that it was not good to show off too much. For a moment, her pride got the better of her.

Li Xueyue raised another arrow and placed it in the correct position. She adjusted her elbow to match the angle that Mrs. Ge Bening had criticized earlier. However, her aim was obviously off to one side, although it did not appear so to the naked eye.

Li Xueyue pulled the arrow to its limit and pulled it hard, leaning her body and deliberately making the mistake of a novice. Her whole body was tense and her knuckles turned white from exerting too much force.

Finally, Li Xueyue shot an arrow. The arrow was very powerful at first, but very weak when it fell, and landed right in the center of the point.

"Alas..." murmured Mrs. Gobernian. She put her hands on her chest pitifully and smiled at the princess.

"Perhaps the wind is against you," Mrs. Gbenin pointed out, her tone sympathetic.

Li Xueyue sighed miserably, "Is that so... I'll try again."

Lady Gbein nodded. Perhaps this was the Crown Princess's arrow of salvation. She stood patiently by as the Princess loaded another arrow. This time, the arrow flew just above the target before falling to the ground.

"Well, this is boring." Li Xueyue complained.

Mrs. Gebening suppressed her smile, frowned, and walked forward.

"Princess, should I pray for the same good fortune to happen?" she asked.

Madam Ge Bening was suspicious of the Crown Princess. Her posture was exactly the same as when she hit the bull's eye just now. Why was she making so many mistakes now? Was she really new to this?

"unnecessary."

The Crown Princess put the bow on the table sullenly, using a little too much force, causing it to make a "bang" sound. A hint of impatience flashed in her eyes, and she turned to look at Mrs. Ge Bening.

"It's time for me to have lunch with the Crown Prince."

Mrs. Gebening's smile almost froze. She suppressed her stuttering and nodded.

"Enjoy your meal, Princess. If you need someone to practice with you, allow me to volunteer to provide that opportunity," she said.

The Crown Prince nodded. She looked disappointed. "I will consider your thoughtful suggestion."

Mrs. Ge Bening lifted her skirt, knelt down again, said goodbye to the princess, and watched the princess's petite figure disappear in the distance.

She finally breathed a sigh of relief. Without the surveillance of her superiors, Mrs. Ge Beining could finally practice with peace of mind.

"It's exhausting," was all she said before she raised her bow.

Unfortunately, after being interrupted by the Crown Princess, Madam Ge Beining had no intention of practicing anymore. She looked at the arrow that pierced her body warily, with the corners of her lips curled up.

"Beginner's luck..." She trailed off, thinking about the princess' words.

"Why should I doubt it?" Mrs. Gubening said to herself, vaguely remembering what the princess had said.

"I didn't know you were good at archery." These were the Crown Princess' exact words.

Mrs. Ge Bening touched her lower lip and fell into deep thought. Is the Crown Princess pretending to be weak? Why?

She couldn't accept this stupid behavior. Better to behave like a strong woman, especially if she was destined to rule the country.

"This is a warning that should attract the Queen's attention...it would be pitiful if the Crown Princess couldn't even learn such a useful skill."

Mrs. Ge Bening nodded with satisfaction. The queen was always curious about the rumors around the princess and any new news was very welcome.

Li Xueyue hid behind a pillar. Although she couldn't see the entrance to the training ground, she was close enough to keep an eye on it. She waited for a few minutes. Just then, a familiar vibration shook the ground...

Some people have already quit the training ground.

Li Xueyue knew who it was without even looking. She smiled slightly and decided that everything would go according to plan.

She disappeared into the hallway without another word. It was time to go see Yu Zhen's estate. Okay, it was hers, too, but it felt a little weird to say that.

"I heard that the prince's mansion is very big." Li Xueyue said to a maid.

"Are you familiar with the layout of his estate?" she asked.

The maid became anxious. She lowered her head, her shoulders shaking. "Princess, I am sorry, but she didn't know. She never had the chance to serve him."

Li Xueyue hummed, this is good, the adventure will be more interesting. After walking for a while, they finally arrived at his manor, which was as quiet and peaceful as ever.

It seems that Yuzhen doesn't like flowers. White pebbles are neatly placed on the ground, replaced by small wooden structures such as cabins and lanterns. Bamboo is neatly trimmed and grows in suitable places.

“It’s relaxing here,” she thought as she touched the bamboo leaves.

Li Xueyue noticed a bridge leading to a place she had never seen before. Curiosity drove her to step onto the wooden path.

She looked over the edge and noticed a long stream. It was a man-made river that ran from one end of the estate to the other. Different species of fish could be seen swimming around. It was a beautiful sight, with white, red, orange, and black.

"The scenery here is much better than most places," Li Xueyue said to herself. She admired the beauty of the manor, which contrasted sharply with the rest of the palace.

Li Xueyue was tired of these gardens. They came in all shapes and sizes, but in the end, they all looked the same.

Despite the opulence of the Crown Prince's palace, natural elements such as wooden structures and bamboo were retained. She admired the greenery in this part of the palace.

Yu Zhen’s manor is much quieter. The air here feels different. To her, the air is fresh and cool. But to others, it’s cold and dreary. Of course, this is true considering the man who lives here.

"I wonder where this road leads to." Li Xueyue said to the maid, who nodded in agreement. She crossed the bridge and heard a slight commotion.

What the hell is going on?

"I really like to cause trouble." Li Xueyue thought to herself. She walked towards the direction of the sound without hesitation. Sure enough, she understood the source of the sound.

A tiger is roaming around. It strides with its head held high and proud. Its fur gleams in the sun, giving off a healthy sheen. The most striking thing is the broken chain it is dragging on the ground.

Little Orange escaped from the cage.
