Hogwarts in the shadows

Chapter 203 Draco and Harry?

Who is he?

He is Draco Malfoy.

He is a proud Slytherin and he will never be willing to fall behind.

He longed for power and wanted to become stronger.

He also wanted to obtain the shadow flame by relying on his own strength.

A smile appeared on Hephis's lips.

"Strength is not something that can be achieved overnight. I have not yet removed the shadow from your body. Go back and review the magic you have learned and feel the flow of magic."

"Thank you, Hephis." Draco nodded excitedly.

He believed that this was just the beginning, and when Hephis witnessed his transformation, he would definitely help him become stronger.

Throughout Hogwarts, Draco's glorious deeds began to spread among the young wizards.

Many young wizards thought it was a joke when they first heard it.

After all, how could a fourth-year student defeat an Auror with a legendary record?

But more and more little eagles came forward to tell their stories, forcing them to believe it.

Anthony Goldstein was the hardest-working of the bunch.

He talked endlessly about the battle, almost praising Draco to the skies.

He even asserted that if there were no age limit for the Triwizard Tournament.

Otherwise, Draco is definitely the one most likely to become a Hogwarts warrior.

Every time Draco passed by and heard such remarks, his face turned red.

He no longer had his usual arrogance, and became calm and reserved.

He ran to Hagrid whenever he had time.

He was no longer there to play with Novia, but to practice spells.

Sometimes, we even practice too late.

He just slept at Hagrid's place since Hagrid's house was big enough now.

Ron, of all people, was the only one who refused to believe that Draco could beat Professor Moody in a duel.

Whenever someone around him mentioned this, he would turn away with an unhappy look on his face.

Harry was probably the one who was most affected of all.

Gryffindor had Defense Against the Dark Arts that afternoon.

He had just witnessed Moody's strength in class, and then soon after class, he heard rumors of the duel.

His mouth was opened so wide that he could swallow his own head.

Harry eagerly asked every Ravenclaw he knew for details of the duel.

When he concluded that Draco won the victory in a crushing manner, he was shocked and began to doubt his life.

Especially when he went to take care of Novia.

Witnessing Draco's almost harsh self-training was undoubtedly another blow to his heart.

Draco is so strong, but he is still working hard to practice magic.

In comparison, he did nothing but play chess, chat, and play Quidditch. There was absolutely nothing good about him.

Draco finally stopped moving his wand, breathing heavily.

His collar was soaked with sweat, and his platinum-blonde hair was also wet and stuck tightly to his head.

He grabbed a towel beside him, wiped it a few times, and then started drinking tons of water.

"That Draco..." Harry slowly walked up to him.

"What's wrong, Harry?" Draco sat down on the ground and stretched his tired body.

Harry's voice was a little dry and he spoke a little embarrassedly.

"Can I...can I practice magic with you?"

When Draco cast spells, he used silent casting.

So he couldn't tell what spell Draco was using.

He was afraid that practicing together would involve Draco's family magic.

But he didn't know why he said such a thing.

There was a flash of surprise in Draco's eyes. He didn't understand why Harry came up with such an idea.

But since it was Harry who made this request, then...

"Of course no problem." Draco wiped his face roughly with the towel again.

He looked at Harry seriously and said, "You can always ask me any questions you have."

"Thank you, Draco." Harry drew out his wand and asked hesitantly.

"So, which spell do you think I should start practicing?"

"The lighting spell. Even though it's simple, it's the best way to feel the flow of magic." Draco answered without hesitation.

He once asked Hephis many questions about practicing magic.

What Hephis meant was that by practicing the lighting spell, you can quickly experience the flow of magic power.

And he also had a deep understanding of it, especially the time when Hephes used the illumination spell to produce the effect of a flash bomb, which made him believe in Hephes even more.

Because according to Hephis, all spells can be used in combat, it's just a matter of how to use them.

Harry nodded. He didn't think Draco would lie to him.

So he stepped aside, wand raised, and cast Lumos.

Draco gave careful instructions.

"Every time you cast a spell, you must carefully feel the subtle flow of magic power in your body, and try to gradually control its output, amplifying or reducing it. Finally, let your will guide the ball of light, leaving the wand and floating in the air."

After he finished speaking, he waved his wand, and a ball of light the size of a football broke away from the wand and floated in the air.

Harry looked at Draco enviously, then nodded seriously and began to practice repeatedly.

Draco didn't rest for long. He stood up and continued practicing the spell.

Hephis had already made him a promise as long as he could defeat a shadow soldier.

He will be able to get Shadow Flame, so he must work harder now.

As time went on, the two of them inevitably missed curfew.

"Draco, aren't you going back yet? It's already very late." Harry was also sweating profusely at this time.

Although he could already feel the flow of magic power, he was still a long way from being able to control the output of magic power.

Draco stopped changing his shape, his breathing a little rapid.

"You go back first! I'll sleep at Hagrid's place to save you the trouble."

Harry was stunned. "Have you been resting here at Hagrid's?"

"Well, it's more convenient, and I can go for a morning run in the morning and then go back." Draco explained.

Harry's eyes flashed with hesitation, and then he said firmly: "Then... I won't go back either. I'll go jogging with you tomorrow morning."

"But... Hagrid only has two rooms."

Draco was slightly stunned. He didn't expect Harry to be so determined to become stronger.

Harry was a little discouraged. "Well... I should..."

Draco interrupted Harry and suggested directly.

"How about this, let's go renovate the room and add a bed."

"Okay!" Harry smiled shyly.

Draco was stunned when he saw the smile.

He roared inwardly and gave his own wit thirty-two thumbs up.
