Naruto: Throne of the Holy Hand
Chapter 131 At your own risk
"What you mean is..." The leading agent frowned slightly, as if thinking about the proposal.
"If we can resist the enemy together, the Shield of Light will be more effective." There was a hint of hope in Leia's voice, "and you will become protectors, not pursuers."
"That sounds good." The agent finally spoke, his eyes flickering with thought, "but we need more evidence."
"You can send someone to follow us and see the true power of the Shield of Light." Star Emperor said firmly, "As long as you are willing to cooperate, we can face future challenges together."
The agents looked at each other, seemingly weighing the pros and cons. At this moment, a violent roar suddenly came from outside, and the entire rest cabin was shaking.
"What happened?" Gavin exclaimed and ran back quickly.
"There seems to be a bigger crisis outside!" Leah said nervously, "We have to make a decision!"
"Okay, we're willing to listen to your proposal." The leading agent finally nodded, with a hint of determination in his eyes, "But if you dare to deceive us, you will bear the consequences!"
"We won't." The Star Emperor nodded heavily and secretly breathed a sigh of relief.
"Let's go, we have to get out of here quickly." Gavin urged, knowing that time waits for no one.
A spaceship named "Star Hunter" was shuttling quickly. Inside the cabin, the atmosphere was as tense as a volcano about to erupt. Leah Thorne sat in front of the control console, holding the joystick tightly with both hands, staring at the starry sky outside the window. At this moment, the alarm of the spaceship suddenly sounded, breaking the silence.
"Leah, there is an unidentified spaceship approaching ahead!" co-pilot Milo shouted in panic.
Leia quickly adjusted her perspective and through the porthole, she saw a black spaceship approaching like a ghost, with red warning lights flashing on its hull. Her heart tightened, realizing that the origin of this spaceship was unusual.
"Space pirates! Prepare for battle!" Leia ordered loudly, her tone firm.
At this moment, a harsh voice came from the communicator of the black spaceship: "Star Hunter, give up resistance and hand over the Star Emperor's Shield of Light, otherwise we will show no mercy!"
Liya was furious. She knew that the Light Shield was the secret weapon of the Star Emperor and must not fall into the hands of pirates. "We won't hand over anything!" She responded coldly, her fingers quickly operating on the console, trying to activate the defense system.
"Humph, what a stupid choice." A sneer came from the communication, and then the black spaceship launched several missiles and headed straight for it.
"Milo, start the counterattack!" Leah gave the order, and the spaceship began to counterattack, with laser artillery fire fiercely shooting at the enemy ship. Her heartbeat accelerated, and every detail of her and her companions kept flashing through her mind. She must not let them get hurt.
Meanwhile, in the depths of the universe, Leia's friend Gavin was exploring a mysterious planet. He was wearing a black space suit and holding an ancient star map in his hand, trying to decipher the secrets on it. Suddenly, two figures walked out of the shadows and interrupted his thoughts.
"Gavin, hand over the blueprint!" Sean said coldly. He was tall and had eagle-like eyes, revealing unquestionable majesty.
"Who are you?" Gavin stepped back warily, his eyes scanning the two of them, feeling vaguely uneasy.
"We are members of the Space Agent Organization," Jack Stella stood next to Sean with a sneer on his face, "You just need to cooperate with us, and things will be much simpler."
"I will never hand over this blueprint!" Gavin gritted his teeth, and a courage to resist ignited in his heart.
"Oh? You want us to do it?" Sean's voice was low and threatening. "If you don't cooperate, we will kill your friend, Leah."
"You...you dare!" Gavin's voice trembled, anger and fear intertwined.
"This is your last chance." Jack's voice was like the whisper of death, "Hand over the drawings or accept the consequences."
Gavin hesitated, struggling in his heart. He thought of Leah, who must be worried about him, and he couldn't let her get hurt.
"I...I need time to think about it." Gavin finally said, silently praying that Leia would be safe.
Meanwhile, Leia's spaceship was shaking in the fierce battle, and Milo nervously controlled the spaceship, trying to avoid the enemy's attacks.
"Leah, the enemy ships behind us have strong firepower, we can't hold on for long!" Milo's voice was full of anxiety.
"We must find a way to fight back!" Leah responded loudly, her fighting spirit ignited in her heart. She quickly mobilized the energy of the spacecraft and prepared to launch a powerful attack.
Just then, the communicator rang again, and Sean's voice came through the static: "Leah, if you want to save your friend, Gavin will hand over the blueprint. Otherwise, you will lose him!"
Leah's heart suddenly sank, and she felt an invisible pressure coming. She clenched her teeth and thought to herself, "We must not let them succeed!"
"I won't let you succeed!" Leia answered firmly, with an unyielding light in her eyes.
"Okay, let's see how long you can last." Sean's voice was cold, and then he ordered a more fierce attack.
Inside the spaceship, Leia and Milo fought side by side, laser artillery fire and missiles intersected in the universe, forming a spectacular and thrilling picture. Leia's fingers flew on the console, controlling the spaceship to flexibly avoid attacks, silently praying in her heart that Gavin would be safe.
"Milo, get ready to fight back!" Leah's voice was like a battle horn, inspiring their fighting spirit.
"Understood!" Milo responded, his fighting spirit aroused.
At this moment, Leia's communicator rang again, and Sean's voice was full of pride: "Your resistance is meaningless, and you can't escape from our grasp in the end."
"I won't give up!" Leah responded angrily, with a determined gleam in her eyes.
"Then let us see your determination." Sean smiled coldly and immediately ordered the final attack.
Inside the spaceship, Leah and Milo nervously controlled the spaceship, and the laser cannon fire shone brightly in the universe, as if shouting for their resistance. Leah prayed silently in her heart that the pirates would never succeed.
Meanwhile, Gavin is forced to struggle between two agents, filled with fear but unable to compromise. He thinks of Leah and silently vows to protect her.
"I will protect her!" Gavin said through gritted teeth, with a determined light flashing in his eyes.
"What a stupid choice." Sean sneered, a sinister light flashing in his eyes.
"I won't let you succeed!" Gavin roared, with an indomitable fighting spirit burning in his heart.
At this moment, Leia's spaceship finally found an opportunity to counterattack, and the laser artillery fire was suddenly released, heading straight for the enemy ship. Leia's heart was full of hope, she knew that as long as she could hold on, she would be able to save Gavin.
"Milo, prepare to launch!" Leah ordered loudly, her fingers moving rapidly on the console.
"Fire!" Milo responded, his fighting spirit aroused.
The laser fire streaked across the universe like a meteor, hitting the enemy ship and instantly causing a violent explosion. Leia's heart was filled with hope, she knew that at this moment, her fate was closely linked to Gavin's.
The flagship of the Star Emperor, the Glory, is like a dazzling pearl in the starry sky, but the atmosphere at the moment is like a volcano about to erupt, tense and depressing. Leah stands on the bridge, staring at the battle scene ahead, her heart filled with anxiety. Her companions are trapped by space pirates, and danger is imminent.
"Leah, the situation is not good." Her friend and deputy Alvin hurried over, the sweat on his forehead gleaming faintly under the light. "If we don't take action, the Star Emperor may be defeated by the pirates."
Leia took a deep breath and tried to stay calm. "We can't just sit there and wait for death. We have to find a way to rescue them." Her voice was firm, but the fear in her heart surged like a tide.
At this moment, the alarm on the bridge suddenly sounded, and the entire space instantly became tense. Leah turned around and saw Gavin and his men taking the opportunity to break in, holding laser guns flashing with cold light in their hands.
"Star Emperor, hand over the Shield of Light!" Gavin said coldly, with a cunning light in his eyes. Behind him stood several burly subordinates, all with stern expressions, pointing their weapons at Leah and Alvin.
"What do you want to do?" Leah asked angrily, feeling uneasy. She knew that the Shield of Light was an important item to protect the Star Emperor, and if it fell into Gavin's hands, the consequences would be disastrous.
"It's simple. Hand over the Shield of Light, or you will be destroyed." Gavin sneered, as if he was watching a good show. His voice was deep and powerful, with an unquestionable threat.
Alvin immediately stood in front of Leah and shouted angrily: "You won't succeed! We will never hand over the Shield of Light to you!"
"Humph, how ridiculous." Gavin sneered, and the laser gun in his hand was slightly raised, making a low humming sound. "Your resistance is meaningless. Today I will let you see what absolute power is."
Leah's heart tightened, knowing that if she didn't take action, she might lose everything. She tilted her head slightly and signaled to Alvin. Alvin understood and prepared to take action.
"Gavin, we can talk." Leah tried to calm her voice and stabilize the situation. "If you want the Shield of Light, we can make a deal."
"Trade?" Gavin seemed interested in the proposal, with a hint of doubt in his eyes. "What chips do you have?"
"I can provide you with information about the movements of space pirates." Leia's heart tightened, knowing that this was a dangerous gamble, but she had no choice.
"Intelligence?" Gavin sneered, "Do you think I will believe you? You are just a small character, and you have no value at all."
"I'm not a small character!" Leah's voice rose a few degrees, anger and fear intertwined. "I have a close relationship with the Star Emperor, and my intelligence is definitely worthy of your attention!"
Gavin frowned slightly, as if thinking about what Leah said, while his subordinates were whispering beside him, obviously curious about Leah's proposal.
"If your information is really useful, I might consider letting you go," Gavin finally said, with a sinister gleam in his eyes. "But I need you to prove your worth right away."
"Okay, I can tell you the pirates' plan." Leah's heart tightened, and she gritted her teeth and said, "They are planning a full-scale attack on the Star Emperor, and their target is the Shield of Light. If you can get this information in advance, you may be able to take the opportunity to counterattack."
"Interesting." Gavin's lips curled up into a smile, seeming satisfied with the proposal. "However, I still need to make sure you don't play tricks."
"I swear, I will never betray you!" Leah shook her head vigorously, with a determined light in her eyes. "I just want to protect my friends."
"Protect your companions?" Gavin sneered, "Unfortunately, they are in my hands now."
Leia's heart tightened, realizing that she had fallen into Gavin's trap. She had to find an opportunity to turn the tables. At this moment, the alarm on the bridge sounded again, indicating that the space pirate fleet was approaching.
"We are running out of time, Leah." Alvin whispered, with anxiety in his eyes. "We must find a solution quickly."
