Naruto: Throne of the Holy Hand

Chapter 130 Crisis 4 lurks

Starport, a space station located on an abandoned asteroid, is floating quietly in the endless universe. Its exterior is gleaming faintly under the sunlight, but hidden behind this beauty is a long-hidden crisis - oxygen leakage. Gavin stands in front of the observation window, staring at the starry sky in the distance, with a lot of worries in his heart.

"Gavin, what are you thinking about?" Emily asked softly. She is the chief engineer of Starlight Company and is responsible for the daily maintenance of the space station.

"The oxygen leakage problem is getting worse, Emily." Gavin's voice was low, as if he was oppressed by an invisible burden. "We must find a solution as soon as possible, otherwise Star Harbor will face greater danger."

Emily sighed, walked over to Gavin, and looked out the window. "I know, but we have sent a maintenance team to check all possible leaks. But the results are still not ideal."

"This is not a simple repair job, Emily." Gavin turned around, his eyes flashing with anxiety. "If this continues, we will not only lose the space station, but also endanger everyone's lives."

At this moment, the communicator suddenly rang, interrupting their conversation. Gavin quickly pressed the answer button, and the project manager of Xinghui Company, Roger, appeared on the screen.

"Gavin, the situation is not good! The maintenance fleet has found a new leak in Area C, and the oxygen concentration has dropped sharply!" Roger's voice was hurried, and he was obviously in panic.

"What? Area C? We just checked there!" Gavin responded angrily, drumming his fingers on the table. "Is all the work we did in vain?"

"I don't know, maybe it's some hidden crack." Roger shook his head helplessly, a trace of fear flashing in his eyes. "We must send someone to deal with this problem immediately!"

"Time waits for no one, quickly arrange for the maintenance fleet to set off!" Gavin's voice was full of urgency.

"I'll arrange it right away, but..." Roger hesitated, as if thinking about something. "But we need more manpower, especially experienced technicians."

Emily interrupted their argument: "I can take a team to check Area C. We can't delay any longer."

"Are you sure, Emily?" Gavin asked worriedly, "It could be dangerous there."

"I know, but we have no choice," Emily replied firmly, with a gleam of determination in her eyes. "I'll make sure it's safe."

Gavin was silent for a moment, and finally nodded. "Okay, go ahead. But be careful and keep in touch at all times."

Emily quickly organized a team to go to Area C. As she left, the atmosphere in the entire space station became more tense. Gavin returned to his office and tried to sort out his thoughts, but his mind was full of the impending crisis.

A few hours later, the communicator rang again, this time it was Emily's voice. "Gavin, we have arrived at Area C, and the oxygen concentration has dropped below the warning line! We need to find the source of the leak immediately!"

"Understood, Emily. Stay calm and try to search within a safe range." Gavin tried to make his voice sound calm, but he couldn't hide his inner anxiety.

"We found some cracks that may be the source of the oxygen leak." Emily's voice was full of urgency, "but we need more time to repair it."

"Time waits for no one. If the oxygen concentration drops further, our lives will be in danger!" Gavin's voice became louder. "You must act as soon as possible!"

"I know, but we need more equipment to repair it." Emily's voice was helpless, "Without spare oxygen cylinders, we may not be able to complete the repair."

"I'll arrange for backup equipment to be sent over as soon as possible!" Gavin made a decision immediately, "You must hold on and not let the oxygen leak any further!"

At this moment, the communicator suddenly lost signal and the screen went dark. Gavin's heart tightened and he quickly pressed the button, but there was no response.

"Emily! Can you hear me?" Gavin shouted, but all he got in response was endless silence.

He hurriedly dialed Roger's number and waited anxiously for a response. "Roger, Emily and the others have lost contact! We must send someone to rescue them immediately!"

"I know, but we are also facing a crisis of insufficient oxygen." Roger's voice was helpless, "We must ensure the safety of other areas first."

"But their lives are in danger!" Gavin almost shouted, feeling powerless in his heart. "We can't wait any longer!"

"I'll arrange for someone to go to Area C, but I need you to give me more information." Roger responded calmly, although his voice was also nervous.

"Time is life, go!" Gavin's voice was full of anxiety.

A few minutes later, Roger finally sent a team of maintenance personnel to Area C. Gavin waited anxiously in the command room, thinking of Emily. He was very proud of her determination and courage, but at this moment he could not control the fear in his heart.

Finally, the communicator sounded again, and Roger appeared on the screen. "Gavin, we have arrived at Area C, but the situation is worse than we thought! The crack where the oxygen is leaking is larger than expected, and the repair work is progressing slowly."

"You must find a solution!" Gavin's voice was filled with anxiety, "If this continues, everyone will be in danger!"

"We are doing our best, but it will take more time." Roger's tone was full of fatigue, "Also, our oxygen supply is decreasing."

"You must stay calm and never give up!" Gavin tried to calm himself down. "I will find a way to provide more oxygen cylinders. You must hold on!"

"Understood. We'll do our best." Roger nodded and then cut off the communication.

Gavin felt helpless, knowing that time was running out. He began to contact staff in other areas, trying to mobilize all resources to solve the oxygen leak problem as soon as possible.

At this moment, the communicator rang again, and Emily appeared on the screen. Her face was pale, and her forehead was covered with sweat, obviously she was under great pressure.

"Gavin, we found the source of the leak!" Emily's voice was filled with excitement, "But repairs will take time, and our oxygen tanks are running out!"

"You must hold on and never give up!" Gavin's voice was full of determination, "I will send the backup oxygen as soon as possible!"

"Thank you, Gavin." Emily's eyes sparkled with gratitude. "We will try our best."

"It's so lively." The Star Emperor narrowed his eyes slightly, feeling the atmosphere around him, and a smile appeared on his face.

"This is the center of space trade, so it's bound to be busy." Leia answered, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "I heard there are many rare resources and technologies here, it's worth our exploration."

"I hope we can find what we need smoothly this time." The Star Emperor nodded and thought to himself.

At this moment, there was a commotion in the passage ahead, and a group of burly and ferocious space pirates rushed out of the crowd and blocked their way. The leader of the pirates was named Gru, who was tall and had a face full of tattoos that made people shudder.

"Stop! Noble Star Emperor, we don't want you to pass safely today." Gru's voice was low and threatening, holding a laser gun that flashed with cold light in his hand.

Emperor Xingchen frowned and said coldly: "You dare to hinder me, aren't you afraid of paying the price?"

"Haha, the price?" Gru laughed, his eyes flashing with greed. "I heard that you have a shield of light on you. It is a priceless treasure! As long as you hand it over, we can let you go."

Leia's expression instantly turned serious. She stepped forward, stood in front of the Star Emperor, and said angrily, "If you want the Shield of Light, you must first ask me if I agree!"

"Hmph, little girl, you are just a nobody, how dare you yell at me!" Gru waved his hand, and the pirates behind him immediately approached Leia.

"Stop!" Star Emperor suddenly spoke, his eyes were like torches, staring directly at Gru. "Your greed will make you pay a heavy price."

"Hmph, you tough-talking guys! Come on, catch them!" Gru roared, and the pirates rushed towards Leia one after another.

A cold light flashed in Leia's eyes, and she moved, instantly turning into a stream of light, easily dodging the pirates who were rushing towards her. Her movements were as graceful as dancing, and she quickly counterattacked, with fists falling like raindrops. Before several pirates could react, they were already knocked to the ground by her.

"You bunch of rubbish! Hurry up!" Gru roared angrily, but Leia's speed made him feel helpless. Every attack she made was extremely accurate, and the pirates couldn't get close to her at all.

"Don't waste any more time, Gru!" Leah said coldly, her eyes like swords, "Do you want the shield of light, or do you want your life?"

"You..." Gru's face was filled with fear, and he secretly groaned in his heart. He had never seen such a powerful opponent before, and his heart began to waver.

"Give up, Gru." Star Emperor stepped forward with a firm look in his eyes, "You are no match for us at all."

"I... I'm not afraid of you!" Gru gritted his teeth and tried to maintain his momentum, but he began to retreat in his heart.

"Your greed will only lead you to destruction." The voice of the Star Emperor was like thunder, striking Gru's heart directly.

At this moment, the surrounding residents also gathered around and exclaimed when they saw Leia easily defeat the pirates. Some even began to cheer for Leia and encouraged her to continue fighting.

"Look! That's the Star Emperor's follower. She's so powerful!" a young businessman said excitedly.

"We should help her!" another person echoed.

"Don't attack, keep your distance!" Star Emperor shouted, his eyes swept across the crowd, thinking to himself. He didn't want innocent residents to be involved in this conflict.

"How dare you guys act wildly on my territory!" Suddenly, a loud voice came from the crowd, attracting everyone's attention.

A thin man walked out of the crowd, wearing a gorgeous space suit and holding a glowing scepter in his hand, looking very imposing. His name was Alpha, and he was the manager of Star Harbor, in charge of the safety of this area.

"Alpha! You're just in time!" Gru was overjoyed when he saw Alpha. "These people broke into our territory. Come and help me!"

Alpha smiled slightly, his eyes wandering between Leia and the Star Emperor, as if weighing the pros and cons. He knew the reputation of the Star Emperor, but he knew even more about the power of the pirates in Star Harbor.

"Star Emperor, you are truly impressive." Alpha's voice was filled with sarcasm, "However, I advise you to leave here. Star Harbor is not a place where you can wander around at will."

"Are you threatening me?" The Star Emperor's expression turned grim. "I came here to look for resources, not to get entangled with your pirates."

"Resources? I don't think you are qualified." Alpha sneered, "Unless you can come up with enough chips, please leave."

"I have the Shield of Light." The Star Emperor said in a deep voice, his tone revealing fearless determination.

"Shield of Light?" Alpha's eyes narrowed slightly, and he was obviously interested in this legendary treasure. "Do you dare to take it out?"
