### Cemetery on the Hill ###

Ah Fei arrived at his hiding place and walked straight to the entrance.

He was so lost in thought, so excited about the huge army he would soon have, that he was completely oblivious to his surroundings.

He kept walking until he kicked something. He looked down and saw that he had kicked an arm, a bloody arm.

"What's going on?" Ah Fei exclaimed and looked around, his eyes filled with shock, disbelief and anger.

This hideout was where the Uchiha clan lived, and that was why Afei chose to build another military base here.

However, at this moment, there were corpses all around the entrance.

Some of the corpses had turned into stone, with expressions of fear frozen on their faces, as if they had been petrified in an instant.

Broken limbs were scattered all over the ground, and Ah Fei could no longer tell whether they belonged to humans.

There were blood pools everywhere, the stench of decay was sickening, swords, kunai and shurikens were scattered on the ground, and the once solid walls were blown to pieces.

Even the ancient skeletons that had existed before Madara showed him this hideout were now reduced to ash.

Ah Fei noticed the astonishing number of petrified bodies. He roughly estimated that there were at least a hundred, and that was just the petrified ones.

He walked up to one of the corpses and took a deep breath - he saw the pattern of the three-magatama Sharingan on the stone statue.

Ah Fei quickly walked towards the entrance, only to find it blocked.

When he got closer, he found a line of words written in black flames on the wall:

"The Nine-Tailed Imp sends his regards to you."

Ah Fei read this line, his heart filled with anger and hatred. How did that little devil find his hiding place? Naruto, you will pay a heavy price for this!

Years of planning, destroyed in an instant! The Uchiha clan, years of training, all the supplies, all the preparations made for this plan over the past ten years, all gone!

"Ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah ah!"

A Fei roared to the sky, cursing Uchiha Madara and his grandson. This was not a battle at all... but a massacre!

### One Day Ago - Konoha ###

On a sunny day, Konoha Village was bathed in the warm sunshine. Merchants opened their shops and ninjas shuttled between the roofs. On the high walls, several ninjas were standing guard, vigilantly looking into the distance to guard against any potential danger.

"This is so boring." A Chunin complained, stretching and twisting his back. "I hate standing guard."

"Stop complaining and pay attention to the front," Ibiki scolded, and the chunin immediately stood up straight.

"Be careful!" Ibiki reminded again, and the Chunin turned to him in confusion.

*whoosh*

"Wow!" A blond ninja flashed past him, and the Chunin sat down on the ground in shock. "Who is that?" he asked, but the man was no longer in his sight. He didn't feel anyone approaching at all, he just caught a glimpse of a golden shadow.

"Uzumaki Naruto," Ibiki replied, and the Chuunin was stunned.

"What is he doing here?" the Chunin asked. Rumors about this descendant of the Senju clan were already common in the village.

"Morning exercises," Ibiki replied, and the chuunin swallowed hard.

"Is that the speed?!" the Chunin asked in disbelief, and Ibiki smiled.

"You won't become an S-rank ninja if you're lazy," Ibiki explained, motioning for the chuunin to back off as Naruto dashed past them again.

"This is too exaggerated." The Chunin muttered to himself, and Ibiki laughed again.

"Attention!" Ibiki said, and this time, the Chunin caught a glimpse of a purple shadow. He stared at the shadow until he became dizzy and sat down on the ground.

"What is that?" asked the Chunin.

"Hyuga Hinata." Ibiki replied.

"Hinata??" The Chunin was even more confused.

"You don't even know this? The whole village knows they're engaged." Ibiki said, unable to help but laugh at the chunin's shocked expression.

"That boy is only seventeen years old..." the Chunin muttered.

### Naruto and Hinata are here ###

"Why didn't you wake me up?" Hinata asked as she caught up with Naruto.

The two of them were running along the wall of Konoha, doing their daily morning exercise.

"You looked peaceful when you were asleep," Naruto replied, glancing back at her.

"How many laps do you have left?" Hinata asked.

"One more lap." Naruto said, raising an eyebrow because he saw Hinata smile.

"Let's see who gets home first?" Hinata said, then she ran away from Naruto and quickly disappeared from sight.

"Foul!" Naruto protested loudly and sped up.

### Thousand Hands Clan Compound ###

"I won!" Hinata said with a smile as she looked at Naruto who came late.

"You're cheating!" Naruto said with a pout.

"Say that again?!" an angry roar came from inside the house.

Naruto and Hinata walked into the house and saw a familiar yet strange scene.

Tobirama and Nao glared at each other with fire in their eyes, while Itachi sat at the table, accustomed to their antics.

"Senju!"

"Uchiha!"

The two roared at the same time, their chakra fluctuated violently, and it seemed as if sparks flashed in the air.

"Can't you just take care of her?" Naruto asked Itachi helplessly, and Itachi gave him a helpless expression in return.

"I've finally managed to get my peaceful life back, and I don't want to get into any trouble," Itachi replied calmly.

"Okay, you two stop arguing," Kushina said, but Tobirama and Nao ignored her completely.

"Don't force me to draw my sword!" Kushina said with a smile, but her tone was chilling.

Tobirama and Nao immediately stopped arguing and sat down separately.

This is how a day in the Senju clan compound begins.

*Bang*

After a puff of white smoke, a toad carrying a scroll appeared in the center of the room, attracting everyone's attention.

"News from the Lecherous Sage." Naruto said. Tsunade walked over to the toad and took down the scroll.

"Jiraiya has found the Uchiha clan's hideout, it looks like Nao's information was correct," Tsunade said as she burned the scroll and placed the map of the hideout's location on the table.

"Of course." Nao crossed her arms and said confidently.

"Jiraiya is waiting for us there, what should we do now?" Tsunade asked everyone.

"Attack," Tobirama said decisively, standing up. "According to Jiraiya's information, there is only one entrance to the hideout, located at the crater. We can occupy the high ground and catch them off guard," he explained.

"Are we being too hasty?" Tsunade pondered.

"Let your plans be as stealthy as the night, and your actions be as swift as a bolt from the blue," said Tobirama.

Tsunade also had to admit that for those of them who had experienced war, war was something engraved in their bones.

"So we're going to attack at night, and Naruto will be in charge of using the Kirin..." Minato nodded in agreement, causing everyone else to freeze and look at him.

"What's wrong?" Minato asked in confusion, and Kushina could only hold her forehead helplessly.

"Sometimes I don't know how you became Hokage." Tobirama said, speaking the thoughts of everyone.

"What happens after we ambush? What should we do then?" Hashirama questioned.

"Kill them." Tobirama said coldly, and Hashirama was frightened by his cold tone.

"Are you crazy?" Hashirama said in disbelief. "They are just following their clan leader. Some of them may be kind like Itachi and Nao." He pointed at Itachi and Nao.

The two remained silent, watching the two Thousand Hands brothers quarreling.

"We may not have a choice," Naruto whispered and everyone's eyes turned to him.
