My Rebirth and the Strange Adventure of Black Zhen

As one of the more intelligent proto-dragons, Ysera was able to speak some fragmented words during her proto-dragon period, unlike her beastly counterparts. Ysera was born smaller than the average proto-dragon, she was weak and sickly, and her color was pale yellow. Ysera, her brother Drellad, and her sister Alexstrasza were the only three survivors of her race. Although a weak individual like Ysera would most likely be killed at birth, Alexstrasza still took good care of her.

One day, a large group of proto-dragons were hunting reindeer. Ysera met a blue-white proto-dragon named Malygos. She asked Malygos about the body of her brother that he and Alexstrasza had found together, and said that she and Alexstrasza had found another body. However, Alexstrasza blamed her for telling these things. The two's argument was interrupted by the sudden appearance of Galakrond. When the dragon flew away, a gray proto-dragon named Neltharion laughed at their cowardice.

Ysera and Alexstrasza later discovered the shrunken bodies of two proto-dragons! One of the bodies was that of Malygos' old friend Tyrese! A thin and terrified purple proto-dragon insisted that Galakrond had drained the life force from the two bodies, which coincided with the theory that Malygos had explained to the two sisters.

So, they decided to take Malygos to see the purple dragon. However, when Malygos arrived at the scene, something unexpected happened: these originally lifeless corpses actually launched a ferocious attack like undead!

Ysera later joined the Proto-Dragon Legion led by Talonixa, which was specifically designed to fight against Galakrond. However, Ysera was different from other dragons. She hated violence and spread her unique philosophy - they could coexist peacefully with Galakrond.

This incredible view made Ysera's friends feel helpless and frustrated, because in their opinion, this was nothing but a pipe dream. Making peace with a brutal and ruthless monster like Galakrond was simply a fantasy!

However, Ysera's ideals of peace were supported by Koroth. Koroth used his influence to create many opportunities for Ysera to communicate with other proto-dragons so that she could explain her plans in detail. At first, Malygos seemed to stand on Ysera's side and expressed his support for her, but later he learned that Koroth did this just to distract everyone so that he could secretly follow Galakrond.

After witnessing the betrayal of Koros being devoured by Galakrond, Malygos returned to the dragons with a broken heart. However, what awaited him was a heated debate. Ysera and Talonixa were debating the fate of the proto-dragons whose behavior changed after being bitten.

Alexstrasza sided with Talonixa, who argued that drastic action must be taken to ensure the safety of the entire race, and Ysera, who advocated sparing the dragons' lives and believing they could be saved.

After a heated discussion, Talonixia seemed to finally agree with Ysera's point of view, but at the same time she also issued a shocking order: for the safety of all dragons, isolate the bitten dragons. Ysera silently watched these former companions being imprisoned in a canyon, her heart full of contradictions and pain.

He used a zombie dragon to successfully attract the attention of Ysera and Talonixia, buying precious time for the other dragons.

After Malygos left to find Ysera and Alexstrasza, Galakrond finally began a fierce duel with the future Aspects. However, in the midst of the fierce battle, Tyr swung his powerful hammer and hit Galakrond hard, knocking him to the ground and driving him away.

Galakrond was planning to kill the undead proto-dragons, but his plan was disrupted by Ysera. While Tyr was talking to Malygos, Ysera released the undead proto-dragon in an attempt to awaken its lost mind. Unfortunately, it did not go as planned, and if Malygos had not intervened in time, Ysera would have lost his life.

After successfully destroying the terrifying undead beast, Malygos briefly fell into a strong desire for flesh and blood. However, Ysera's presence restored his sanity, and he was then treated by Tyr. Tyr was determined to eradicate the scourge of Galakrond, and this time, he chose to stand on the side of the proto-dragon. He lifted his cloak to reveal a war hammer shining with cold light.

Finally, Tyr took out a mysterious octagonal artifact that shone with dazzling light. He handed this treasure emitting mysterious power to the three ancestral dragons and said, "I am ensuring the safety of the future." It seemed that this artifact carried some kind of vital mission and would have a profound impact on the future.

Ysera then saw Galakrond returning from the cave, chasing after Neltharion and Nozdormu. Malygos and Tyr arrived at the cave entrance and witnessed the fight, and Tyr was pleased with the cooperation between the proto-dragons. Alexstrasza, Malygos, and a fully armed Tyr also joined the fight. Tyr, who knocked Galakrond unconscious with his hammer, ordered the proto-dragons to evacuate first, while he stayed behind to cover their retreat.

After an unknown amount of time, Tyr found the five proto-dragons and said that Galakrond was sleeping in a mountain in the north, and now was a good time to attack. He asked them to have a good meal before taking action, and before leaving, he placed an artifact in front of Nozdormu and Neltharion. After that, Tyr disappeared in the blink of an eye.

Near Galakrond's resting place, Tyr and the proto-dragons finally met, but Kalecgos mentioned in a vision that this place was still a long way from Galakrond's tomb. At this time, the other dragons except Ysera could not wait to attack Galakrond. However, Galakrond at this moment became larger and more mutated than before.

In the fierce battle, the artifact on Tyr's belt emitted a brighter and brighter light. However, just as the two sides were fighting fiercely, Galakrond suddenly became so huge without warning that Tyr's hammer could not cause any damage to it. After being attacked by two zombie dragons, Alexstrasza and the other dragons found that they could not find the place where Tyr was placed, and they believed that something had taken the guardian away.

After recovering, Ysera and the other dragons decided to fight Galakrond to the death. Ysera and the other dragons were shocked to find that Galakrond was consuming zombie dragons to satisfy his appetite, and they would soon fight the beast. Ysera worked with Nozdormu, Malygos and Neltharion to force a huge rock down Galakrond's throat, finally killing him.

However, the fallen guardian Loken provoked a brutal winter war. When the winter army was fighting fiercely with the earth elementals, Tyr and his brave and fearless companions quickly came to reinforce the trapped Titan creations. Tyr led the most courageous earth elementals to resist the fierce attack of the winter army.

After seeing that it was difficult to defeat Winter with only his own strength and the strength of his companions, Tyr resolutely decided to send an emergency call for help to the five guardian dragons. The tragic scene of the ruthless slaughter of many Titan creations had already filled the noble dragons with righteous indignation. Ysera and Nozdormu shrouded the Winterskorn army in a sweet mist, causing the Titan creations to fall into a deep sleep, and then imprisoned these incapacitated creatures in the tomb cities in northern Kalimdor. Instead of sleeping peacefully in the Emerald Dream, they will spend thousands of years in a state of sleep without time or consciousness.

Ysera, Malygos, and Nozdormu reluctantly agreed to leave their lair to fight Deathwing at Krasus' request. Due to the power they had been given by the Demon Soul, they were no match for the black dragonflight - until the mage Rhonin took the Demon Soul from Nekros and destroyed it, returning their power to them ten thousand years ago. With their powers restored, a freed Alexstrasza joined the fight, and Deathwing was forced to retreat.

After the defeat of the Lich King, the situation in the Emerald Dream became increasingly dire, as the cunning Nightmare Lord began his master plan to conquer Azeroth. Although Lethon attempted to kidnap her, Ysera was able to escape, and she led the green dragonflight, ancients, and druids against the Nightmare. Later, as Thura prepared to free Malfurion, Ysera led her dragons to a tree, where Malfurion was trapped. The Archdruid was freed, but Ysera's consort Eranikus was bound by the Nightmare, and she rushed to help him. However, the trapped consort was actually Lethon in disguise, and Ysera was trapped in the Nightmare. The Nightmare in the Emerald Dream deteriorated further, and it was enough to completely consume the Emerald Dream and Azeroth.

For much of the rest of the crisis, the Aspect was imprisoned in the Eye of Ysera, aiding Malfurion in stopping the Nightmare alongside Lukan Foxblood. Ysera's consort Eranikus rescued her once again.
