HP: Embrace the Darkness

Chapter 454 “Sneak Attack”

"Tsk, tsk, tsk - no eyes to see, no eyes to see."

Miss Medusa swung her tail and covered one of her eyes and Morpidot's. She used her remaining eye to peek at the two people who were sitting and squatting.

"Our dean is really becoming more and more gentle. He actually didn't kick that bastard Ass out."

Morpido was struggling under Miss Medusa's tail, and he struggled even harder when he heard these words.

"Master is not a bastard."

"Okay, okay, if you say no, it's not."

Miss Medusa calmly dealt with Morpido, her eyes never leaving the sofa.

Aces was quiet for too long, and Snape changed his caress to patting him, and sneered in a low voice: "It seems that our alchemy professor is going to become a cry bag in his own mouth."

"The crybaby is Draco."

Artes rubbed his face against Snape's leg in dissatisfaction and retorted in a muffled voice.

"is it?"

Snape drawled out his words slowly.

"Since it's not the case, then raise your head, otherwise I'm afraid it will be difficult for me to believe... that you are not crying."

Artes pretended not to move, and where Snape couldn't see him, he slightly raised the corners of his lips.

Snape raised his eyebrows, increased his strength on his hand, and hit Artes on the head.

"I remember you weren't so silent when you beat that stupid dog. Now! Keep your head up and don't push yourself too far."

Aces remained motionless on Snape's lap, seemingly determined to keep it going.

Snape narrowed his eyes, reached out and grabbed the back of Ass's neck, and lifted it up forcefully.

"I told you, don't push yourself too far - you!"

Unexpectedly, as soon as he lifted the person halfway, the back of his neck was pressed down by a sudden force.

He leaned forward uncontrollably.

Aces raised his head with a smile in his eyes, used some force on his hands to control the speed, avoided the lips that were so close, and placed a gentle kiss on his chin.

A quick kiss, and the lips almost brushed together when they left. The vague feeling made Snape have the illusion that he was kissing Artes.

"Sifu, this is called... getting... an inch... into... a foot."

Asseth put away the culprit's hand, licked his lips, narrowed his peach blossom eyes, and smiled gently and harmlessly.

"What you just did was called cheating at best."

"Merlin's big pants!! Is Asseth so brave? Isn't he afraid that the dean will throw him out?"

Miss Medusa's eyes were shining, and while her tail was tapping excitedly, her eyes refused to leave the sofa, not letting go of any detail.

She almost knocked Mompido off the door, and he was fixating himself on the door in a hurry.

"Be gentle, be gentle, the door is going to break!"

Snape was stunned on the sofa. After a brief period of astonishment, his cheeks began to change colors, from red to black to red, and finally to a mixture of red and black, which was extremely complex.

Aces stared intently, his scorching eyes starting to get hot almost wherever they landed.

The tips of the Potions Master's ears were almost red under his gaze, and the flames of anger burned in his eyes. The cold swishing eye knife penetrated through the anger and coldness, and stabbed out fiercely.

"Get...out...out!"

He said three words one at a time.

Asseth stood up gracefully, but did not leave. He just stood there with his hands down and his head lowered, pretending to be pitiful.

Snape shouted angrily.

"Do you need me to ask you out personally?!"

Artes looked at Snape, his eyebrows lowered and his eyes looked very well-behaved, "No, I just want to say that I want to go to St. Mungo's. Can Sev accompany me?"

Snape almost laughed angrily at this shameless bastard, "You want me to accompany you to St. Mungo's?"

Aces nodded obediently.

Snape actually laughed this time.

"It's really interesting. Why does our bold and bumbling Alchemy Professor need me, a little Potions Professor, to accompany him to St. Mungo's to see a student? Has he not grown the organs to walk?"

Knowing that he had surpassed Snape's limit, Aces behaved exceptionally well, accepting all Snape's attacks with guns and sticks, and greeted them with a smile.

"If Sif is willing to accompany me, then it's okay if I don't have legs, or I just treat them as a decoration and don't use them."

"I...won't...go!" Snape gritted his teeth, "I guess you don't want me to throw you out?"

"Of course I don't want to, okay, I'll go myself."

Aces turned around and left the cellar three times in one step.

Snape was sitting on the sofa with his back to the cellar door, taking advantage of the fact that Artes couldn't see him. He no longer maintained the fake anger on his brows, instead he was hiding a well-hidden worry.

Just like Asseth discovered that he was in a heavy mood and cared about the Dark Mark, he tried every means to make him happy and alleviate his displeasure.

He also discovered that Asses was deeply depressed.

It's just that he has never been able to be as...shameless as Asseth.

After exiting the cellar door, Asseth's expression quickly faded, leaving only a slight curve in the corners of his lips.

"No need to hide, come out."

Rowena comes out of the corner.

"Did he cause trouble? You look angry."

Asses also knew who he was in Rowena's words. He was nothing more than the troublemaker Haierbo.

Aces shook his head and denied it.

"Not because of him."

Aces walked over to Rowena.

Both of them were covered with a transparent film, blocking other people's sight.

Hearing this, Rowena understood, "Because... uh, that child? Did you have a fight?"

"We won't quarrel. I was just worried about something, but Haierbo did cause trouble. It's not an ordinary thing."

Asseth took out a piece of parchment from the alchemy ring, and on it was the information given by Joel.

"The two places were already in a civil war. He used to stir up troubles, and the fighting between the two sides escalated. He also dragged a group of peacekeeping teams to their deaths, causing hundreds of thousands of deaths directly and indirectly."

Rowena took the data and scanned the shocking numbers on it, with some unbearable expression in his eyes.

"He's still so evil."

"evil?"

Artes burst into laughter and couldn't help but joke: "If Haierbo is not evil, then his evil Haierbo can change his name. Well... he should still be around there now. Do you want to go together?"

"Have you forgotten? I am also a professor now." Rowena reluctantly took out his class schedule, "Let's see when we are free and go see him together."

"also."

A quill appeared out of thin air in Asseth's hand, compared Rowena's class time with the schedule in his memory, and then drew a circle on the schedule.

"The day after tomorrow afternoon."

Rowena was amazed by what Asseth could do out of thin air. It's not that she can't do it now, but she couldn't do it when she was Ass's age.

"I really wish you were a student of Ravenclaw, but it's a pity that Salazar was so lucky that he got an excellent Potions Master and you got one as a gift."

Rowena, who is known for his wisdom, felt sincerely.

Because Rowena briefly praised Snape, Artes' polite smile deepened unconsciously.

"He's really good."

He scattered the quill in his hand and continued casually. "Professor McGonagall also said this. She hopes that I will be a Gryffindor student."

Just as the two of them reached the fork, Asses stopped and said goodbye to Rowena.

"See you later. I'm going to see Cedric. I don't know what he wants from me."
