Hogwarts: Slytherin Kiss

Chapter 147 O. W. L.

Slytherin's fifth grade students were the first to be called into the examination room. The auditorium was rearranged and replaced by many single desks.

There is a considerable distance between the front, back, left and right of each table.

Indra's seat was at the first table in the middle row, very close to the faculty desk, which was not a good location.

Senna sat at the fifth table on the far left against the wall, Chuckles sat at the penultimate table in the middle column, and Draco sat in the middle of the column to Indra's right.

Professor McGonagall was standing above. After she announced the start of the exam, Indra quickly opened her test paper, read the questions carefully, and then answered.

After Indra finished answering all the questions carefully, there was still more than half an hour left, so she carefully checked it three times.

Make sure there are no omissions or sloppiness.

When the time was up, everyone's test papers automatically flew up and landed on the desk of the head teacher.

Indra stood up and turned to face the side and back of the auditorium. Draco was walking over quickly, with a smile on his face and bright eyes, "How did you do in the exam?"

Indra raised his eyebrows and said quite proudly, "It's... not bad."

"I only wrote three of the hiccup-breaking spells! Three! But I know there must be more than three! I just forgot for a moment, I obviously saw it last night..."

Senna straightened her two curly blond hair and said with a sad face.

Indra patted her back to comfort her, "Don't think about it after passing the exam. Just prepare for the practical exam in the afternoon."

Chucks muttered to himself as he tried hard to think of the questions he could get points for.

Several people walked out of the door together and came to the foyer. The morning's theory test ended just like that, and many students still looked confused.

In the afternoon, they had another practical exam on magic. Everyone was waiting in the small room where the first-year students were placed, and they were called to the auditorium in alphabetical order.

Indra, Draco, Senna and Ernie were called in together by Professor Flitwick because their last names all started with M.

The four people walked towards different examiners respectively. It seemed to be a one-on-one examination.

Draco came to an old lady with a hunched back, Professor Marchbaan.

Hermione had just left Professor Tofti hand in hand, and Indra walked over.

"Is that Indra Mondsese?" Professor Tofodi adjusted his pince-nez and looked up from his notes.

"Yes." Indra nodded, holding the wand in his hand against the inside of his arm with the tip of the wand pointing upward.

This is a convenient and elegant gesture.

"Okay, it seems that you are not nervous at all, which is good. Then, take this feather first and change it to the color you like."

Professor Tofty said in an old and trembling voice.

Indra twirled the wand in her hand and took it away. The black feather floated from the table in front of Professor Tofodi, hanging lightly and quickly in the air a little further away.

Its pitch-black color faded away as if evaporated, revealing gray lines, and then the gray gradually faded into snow-white.

This change is like the feather becoming alive and moulting.

Professor Tofty couldn't help but praise softly, holding on to the frame of his pince-nez, staring intently at the swan feathers that were black just a few seconds ago.

"Your spells are very good, and you have your own talent and understanding! Then, let's try the growth spell again..."

Professor Tofty happily pointed to a birdcage on his desk. Inside was a blue-green parrot with two yellow halos on its cheeks, and a tuft of dull feathers on its head, which was only a little bigger.

Indra politely made the parrot grow to the size of an adult's hand this time, because she guessed that Professor Tofodi probably wanted to see the stability and accuracy of her spell again.

Not far away, Draco was taking a test from Professor March.

He had made a goblet float steadily and motionless, as if it was frozen in the air.

In the third grade, he once forced himself to use a levitation spell to transport a basket of meat from Hagrid's hut to the Forbidden Forest and gave it to Buckbeak.

"Not bad, very skilled." Professor Marchban nodded, seeing that Draco did it very lightly and with ease.

"Show another growth spell."

Professor Marchban pushed a transparent glass tank next to him, and inside was a small tadpole.

Draco quickly turned the tadpole into a green frog with black stripes, blinking his big eyes and croaking twice.

This child of the Malfoy family is obviously doing very well in school, Professor Marchiban thought to himself.

Lucius Malfoy tried to invite her to dinner before, but the old lady sneered with disdain and ignored him.

The test on Tuesday was Transfiguration. As usual, Indra answered all the questions on the test paper and passed all the practical exams. The salamander in front of her suddenly disappeared without a trace, and the little turtle turned into a delicate tassel. green cushions, guinea pigs turned into guinea fowl.

But Ernie didn't know what was going on, maybe he was too nervous, and he mistakenly turned the salamander into a limp, unknown creature, squirming on Professor Marchban's desk.

The mantis Senna transformed from a handkerchief was missing several legs.

On the third day, there was an exam in the herbal medicine class. Indra calmed the daffodils, then fed the Chinese biting cabbage and picked some of its leaves, and finally piled fire dragon dung on the fanged geranium.

Both she and Draco could do nothing wrong.

On Thursday, the fifth-year students finally began to take the Defense Against the Dark Arts test. Umbridge had been standing on the edge of the marble steps at the door of the auditorium, watching here coldly.

Of all the questions that appeared in the theoretical exam, only how to identify the vampire Indra had no practical experience.

However, it was enough that they had a professor who looked like a werewolf, and they could no longer ask for a vampire as a professor.

In the afternoon practical exam, Indra demonstrated all the defensive spells perfectly, and cast the Patronus Charm as a bonus when Professor Marchban asked if there were any additional spells she was willing to demonstrate.

On Friday she went to Draco to translate runes, and the theory exams in the morning were to translate a two-foot-long article and write a rune essay. In the afternoon's practical exam, Indra and Draco were paired up and had oral conversations with each other about how wizards could apply runes.

On the weekend, students who had been taking exams for five consecutive days had a chance to breathe.

The sky rarely sheds warm sunshine, and the castle is enveloped in a bright and soft light.

Indra, Draco, Senna, and Chucks came to the black lake and sat leisurely under the beech tree, chatting about summer vacation arrangements.
