Hogwarts: Slytherin Kiss
Chapter 1 Hogwarts Commissioner
A basketball-sized tawny owl flew over a certain neighborhood in London. If anyone looked carefully, they would find a pale yellow envelope in its sharp and smooth black beak. The owl swooped down, quickly passed by the mailbox outside the door of a house, accurately delivered the letter in its mouth into the slender entrance of the mailbox, cooed twice and then disappeared.
A girl in a white dress was holding a bucket-shaped rattan basket covered with oilcloth and walking briskly in the direction of her home. Her young and tender face is snow-white, and her cheeks look as soft as clouds. She has a pair of beautiful light brown eyes. There are two black and soft braids on the back of her snow-white neck, and her hair looks like the belly of a brush filled with ink. The tail is slightly raised, with a light yellow transparent silk ribbon tied on it that gently moves with the breeze and pace.
Indra bought milk and a few eggs from Ms. Lucy's grocery store on the corner. When she walked to the door, she suddenly remembered something and went back to check the mailbox. Grandma asked her to check the mailbox when she came back to see if there was a reply from any middle school. If everything went smoothly in a few months, she would continue to attend middle school in London.
There was a newspaper and two envelopes of different styles lying in the mailbox. Indra took them out together, walked in the door and shouted, "Grandma! There is a letter!"
Grandma was probably tending her vegetable garden in the backyard. Indra was attracted by one of the letters because it felt very different and heavy, not like paper but like the leather of some kind of animal.
There was a beautiful string of English words written on the back in green ink, signed by Miss Indra, and there was an address on it that was as detailed as the location of her bedroom!
There was a dark purple seal on the front, and four animals formed a shield. There seemed to be a snake, a lion, and an eagle, and she didn't know what the remaining one was.
Indra immediately opened it. Inside were two folded pages of letter paper, which read:
Dear Miss Indra Mendesse:
We are honored to inform you that you have been admitted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find the required textbooks and instruments in the list on the attached page. A special representative from our school will visit you in two days and help you purchase the items you need.
……
……
Indra looked at it again in surprise to make sure that was what he meant, and then turned to the second page of the item list. A series of magical book titles and item names that she had never heard of were listed on it. What wizard robes, safety and defensive gloves, "Spell Standards", "Magic Pictures and Magic Prescriptions"...
She opened another letter, and the content inside seemed very normal and true, and she also received admission. By some strange coincidence, Indra wanted to hide the letter, but ultimately did not.
Grandma was very happy that she had passed the application to the private middle school, but looking at her granddaughter's worried face, she touched her head and said very kindly, "We'll talk about it in two days."
During these two days, Indra was always thinking about this matter. Will someone really come? Can the special commissioner of the magic school really know magic?
Indra fell asleep very late the night before, and was still asleep when the doorbell rang that morning. She heard her grandma calling her to get up downstairs. After feeling sleepy, she immediately rolled out of bed, put on her slippers and ran downstairs with her thick, curly black hair. At first glance, she saw a man wearing purple retro velvet sitting in the living room. The woman in a long robe and her hair tied up in a high bun slowed down in order to take a better look at her.
At this time, the woman also turned her head and smiled slightly at Indra. Her upright face had a strange magical power. When Indra walked down, she found a tall round-bottomed pointed hat beside her.
"Hello, Miss Indra, I am Babling, the special commissioner of Hogwarts. Your grandma has agreed for you to go to the magic school. Are you willing?"
Ms. Babuling looked at the little girl who had just woken up in front of her, looking like a beautiful medium-long-haired kitten.
In fact, when Ms. Babling came in, she thought she had to rely on her years of experience as a special commissioner to get this old Muggle woman to agree to her granddaughter going to a magic school. Unexpectedly, she went straight to the point and asked her to perform magic and then asked the school. The living conditions directly agreed.
Indra looked at her grandma with surprise, rushed over and hugged her, "I do!"
"Hogwarts recruits new students every year. In addition to wizarding families, there are also people who do not know magic but can become wizards. Special correspondents are the staff responsible for communicating and helping targeted new students from ordinary families to enroll smoothly... …”
Ms. Babuling briefly introduced some matters to Indra, and finally agreed to meet her at the train station tomorrow and take her to buy school supplies.
Early the next morning, Indra, accompanied by her grandma, arrived at the train station and saw Ms. Babuling at the agreed place.
Today she was wearing a more regular black cloak without a pointed hat, but she was still very conspicuous. Next to her stood a girl with thick brown hair. There were light freckles on the cheeks on both sides of the bridge of her nose, and she was slightly exposed under her upper lip. Two snow-white front teeth like little rabbits.
The whole person looked very energetic and energetic, with bright eyes.
Indra first said hello to Ms. Babuling, and then turned to a girl of similar age to her. Her eyes had been looking at Indra unabashedly. Before Indra could speak first, she said enthusiastically, "Hello. , my name is Hermione Granger, and like you, I am also going to buy supplies for the new semester."
Indra smiled friendly at her and said, "Hello, my name is Indra Mondsese."
The two shook hands, and Indra told her grandma to go back without waiting for her. Then she and Hermione followed Ms. Barbling out of the train station and walked through the commercial streets. The two little girls' eyes were wandering around. Look, trying to find a place that looks like it sells what they need, but unfortunately, it's business as usual here, and ordinary can no longer be ordinary.
Finally, Ms. Barbling stopped at a small bar that could be said to be dirty and messy, and said to the two of them, "This is it, the Leaky Cauldron."
This bar didn't have a decent sign with its name on it, and it looked like it was an illegal bar that secretly sold alcohol to minors. Indra and Hermione looked at each other, both feeling a little weird.
