We take this mind seriously, you know, and then hold on to it, surround it, and be attached to it. How can we not suffer from anxiety disorders? , What about depression? If your attitude towards life is not as good as a tree, you will never be able to let go of your ego. Therefore, we must return to our bright literature, that is, return to Luo Xiaofei’s thoughts.
