From Beauxbatons to Hogwarts

Chapter 49 Panther Knight Calvin

Draco was mesmerized by this beautiful yet miserable creature and unconsciously took a step closer to it.

Suddenly there was a sliding sound, and a bush at the edge of the clearing was shaking. Then, a hooded figure emerged from the shadows, crawling slowly on the ground like an approaching beast. The cloaked figure came to the unicorn, lowered his head, pointed at the wound on the side of the body, and began to drink its blood.

Draco immediately froze in place, unable to move his legs or make a sound due to his overwhelming fear.He was scared and angry, and he didn't understand why someone would hurt such a beautiful creature.

Suddenly three red lights shot from Draco's back towards the hooded man. The hooded man stood up and jumped, then rolled to avoid two of the red lights. The third one could not be avoided no matter what.

The hooded man waved his wand and a black barrier was erected in front of him. No, a second and third barrier also appeared immediately. Draco could see it clearly.

The red light streaked across the dark forbidden forest and collided with the first barrier. The black shield exploded instantly, and then the second barrier also shattered. The remains of the spell explosion even ignited the surrounding trees.

The hooded man was also stunned. He didn't expect that his first two iron armor spells that were fused with black magic failed to block the opponent's stun spell, so he had to continuously strengthen the third remaining iron armor spell.

As he continued to strengthen, the third Iron Armor Curse finally took effect. The Stunning Curse continued to burn on it, and finally died together with the Iron Armor Curse.

Draco finally got rid of the control of fear, turned around stiffly, and saw three Professor Capet holding wands and firing spells.

"Three, how come there are three professors?"

Before Draco could figure this out in his little mind, he heard a Professor Capet say: "Stay here and don't move. Send the signal and wait for Hagrid to come to you. Don't touch the unicorn."

The hooded man glanced at Harry and Draco, waved his wand, and two black wolves exuding corpse odor rushed towards the two young wizards.

Draco hurriedly ran behind Professor Capet, but Harry felt a sharp pain in his head and the scar seemed to be on fire, and fell to his knees with a plop.

Calvin took out a roll of drawing paper from his sleeve and unfolded it. A creature with six legs and big golden eyes, like a leopard, appeared next to him.

"Kuroo, protect these two little wizards."

The cat and leopard meowed, then jumped up and pounced on the two corpse wolves.

The three Calvins attacked the hooded man again, with various attack spells piercing the air and making sharp whistling sounds.

The hooded man kept casting defensive spells and barely blocked Calvin's attack, but he didn't fight back.During Calvin's breaks in attacks, he often attacked Harry and Draco, and there were some spells that Cat Leopard couldn't deal with. This forced Calvin to be distracted and keep an eye on the little wizard.

In the end, the hooded man failed to block a thick bolt of lightning released by the three Calvins, and was knocked away far away.

He got up in embarrassment, wiped a handful of unicorn blood from his chest and put it into his mouth. Then he glanced at Calvin fearfully, turned into a black mist, and flew deep into the Forbidden Forest.

Calvin snapped his fingers, and the clone disappeared. Blacktail jumped in front of him, meekly leaned down, and let Calvin ride on top.

Black Tail chased the black fog like an arrow, knocking down a large number of trees, and finally walked side by side with the hooded man in the forbidden forest as sticky as ink.

Calvin kept firing magic spells at the hooded man. However, Calvin's magic spell could not cause harm to the black mist that the hooded man turned into, but only kept breaking up his black mist.

Finally, the hooded man soared into the sky and disappeared into the night like an old cloak.

Calvin wanted to release the thunderbirds and continue the pursuit, but he heard Draco behind him crying at the top of his lungs: "Is there anyone there? Professor Capet, Hagrid! Come and save us, Potter has fainted."

Calvin glanced reluctantly in the direction where the hooded man was escaping in the sky, and then asked Kuroo to turn around and return to the clearing where he just started. He must ensure the safety of students.

Calvin quickly returned to the clearing, and Kuroo obediently slipped into the painting.By the moonlight, Calvin saw three centaurs pointing bows and arrows at Harry and Draco, while Draco was kneeling on the ground, holding the fainted Harry, shaking all over, as if to prove to the centaurs that he was not in danger.

"Centaurs," Calvin pushed aside the branches, walked to the other side of the clearing, and said to the three centaurs.

The three centaurs heard the movement and glanced at him, and two of them pointed their arrows at Calvin.

"Professor Capet! Potter fainted for some reason. Just when I wanted to see what happened to him, three monsters came and pointed arrows at me." Draco gasped and said excitedly.

"Baby, we are not monsters, we are centaurs!" the leader of the centaurs shouted.

Calvin reached out to tell Draco to calm down and reached into his sleeve to search for something.

Seeing this, the two centaurs drew their bowstrings.

Fortunately, Calvin quickly found what he was looking for and took out a shining silver arrow from his sleeve.

After the two centaurs saw it, they quickly put down their bows and arrows, except for the leader who still pointed the arrow at Draco.

"Bane, those are Chiron's arrows, they are not enemies."

"Firenze, I don't believe it. Why do humans possess the Centaur's Chiron's Arrow?" Bain said stubbornly.

"The centaurs tribe in Greece gave it to me as a symbol of friendship with the centaurs." Calvin explained.

"Show me!" Bain demanded forcefully.

Calvin didn't like this stubborn centaur. He was in a bad mood tonight. He failed to catch the hooded man. Harry fainted inexplicably, and was then pointed with arrows by three centaurs.

"I don't have to prove it to you." Calvin said coldly.

"Bain, have you forgotten the teachings of your ancestors? He who holds Chiron's arrow must be a friend." Another centaur yelled at Bain.

"I have not forgotten, Ronan." Baine finally put down his bow and arrow.

At this time, Hagrid finally arrived with Ron and Neville.

"Calvin, are you okay? Merlin's beard!" Hagrid saw Harry who fainted and hurriedly knelt down next to him, "What's wrong with Harry?"

"Hagrid, you're here. You shouldn't have come to the depths of the Forbidden Forest. This is our centaurs' territory." Bain said arrogantly.

"That's enough, Bain. Hagrid is our friend." Firenze accused Bain.

Hagrid stood up from the ground, pointed at the dead unicorn and said, "Let's find the murderer of the unicorn."

Bain frowned and said, "You humans don't need to interfere in this matter. We centaurs will protect the peace of the Forbidden Forest."

"That's enough, Bain. This is already the third unicorn killed, and we didn't even see the murderer's back. Or did the planet not reveal this secret to you? I must resist the one lurking in our forest. Dude, Bane. Yes, I will side with humanity if necessary."
