A little badger from Hogwarts
Chapter 13 On the train
"Hart, can you believe it, we actually saw Harry Potter!"
The train started, and the Weasley twins jumped out of nowhere, yelling.
"I'm sick!"
Hart casually took the pillow and threw it at these two annoying guys.
George and Fred twisted slightly, avoiding the pillows, and deliberately pressed hard against Hart and Cedric.
"Can't you two be more serious?" Hart elbowed George while Cedric took out his wand.
"Okay, you two should be serious and stop making trouble."
Hart shouted with a straight face, and the twins stopped pushing forward.
"You have something to say!" Hart knocked on the table.
The twins smiled and said, "We saw Harry Potter!"
Cedric also straightened up: "Tell me more!"
Hart's expression didn't change much.
The twins felt disappointed and asked, "That's Harry Potter, why didn't you react at all?"
"How do you want me to react?" Hart replied helplessly: "I have been helping the professors teach new students this summer. I have taken him all over Diagon Alley, and there is nothing new for him."
"Really? Tell us what's special about him." Cedric and the twins surrounded Hart, with stars in their eyes.
Hart waved his hands like flies, shooing away the three big faces in front of him, and said casually: "An eleven-year-old child, what special thing do you expect from him? Innate supernatural power? Three eyes?"
"Forehead!"
The three of them were stopped by Hart's question. He thought about it for a long time without thinking of anything, and finally silently accepted the statement that Harry Potter was still an ordinary child.
However, the legendary savior turned out to be just an ordinary child. Cedry and the twins were a little disappointed, feeling very uncomfortable as the legend was shattered.
Hart noticed that their mood was not quite right, and immediately changed the subject and said: "Did you learn some new magic during the summer vacation? I have already finished reading the Advanced Transformation Guide."
Under normal circumstances, Hart would not show off his strength, but in order to cheer up these three guys, he said this specifically.
"what?"
"There's nothing wrong with my ears, right?"
Hart's self-destruction indeed caused the three of them to explode on the spot.
"You have just entered third grade, why are you starting to study sixth grade classes?"
"There is no way, why am I gifted?" Hart said deliberately.
Cedric and the twins raised their middle fingers and said, "Go to hell!"
Cedric, who is better at studying, is still studying his third grade courses, not to mention the twins who are worse at it. Most of their homework from last year was copied.
And Hart has already begun to learn the advanced transformation guide, which is really irritating.
This time it was Hart's turn to laugh. He said, "Then you can't see this day. My life is in danger!"
Next, the four people began to talk about what they had encountered during the summer vacation, but most of the time the twins talked about who they had played a trick on and what prank props they had developed.
When it came to Quidditch, they became excited again, dancing and explaining the results of this year's Quidditch World Series that they heard on the radio.
Finally, they both said at the same time: "It's a pity that the brooms we have at home are too old, otherwise we could hold our own small competition."
Most young wizards are very passionate about Quidditch, and this kind of direct confrontation can arouse people's most instinctive impulses.
But Hart had no interest in this, so he just smiled and responded to the two of them.
While they were chatting happily, the door of the carriage was knocked open, and then a brown-haired girl with large front teeth opened the door with a somewhat submissive fat boy.
"Hello, have you seen a toad?"
It was the girl who spoke, her tone was quite polite, and she was a little distant from strangers.
But after scanning the people in the carriage, she suddenly became surprised again and shouted: "Hart, it's you!"
"Hermione, what are you doing?" Hart followed the professors and took all the little wizards from ordinary people to visit Diagon Alley, including Hermione.
To be honest, Hart was quite impressed by this little girl, not because of her somewhat familiar face, but because this girl had too many problems and was chirping like a little bird.
"By the way, this is Neville." Hermione pushed the boy behind her to the front: "His pet toad Leif was lost. We are asking from carriage to carriage."
"Neville Longbottom?!"
Cedric seemed to suddenly remember something and stretched out his hand to Neville: "My father told me about you. He and your parents were classmates."
The boy who was afraid of strangers shook Cedric's hand blankly, and his lips moved a few times, wanting to say something, but in the end he made no sound.
This shocked Neville so much that he lowered his head and stopped looking at the crowd.
The boy's sudden depression made everyone a little confused.
Hart said out loud at this time: "It's a waste of time for you to look for toads in one carriage. I have a faster way."
"what way?"
Hart stood up and came to Neville. The boy subconsciously tensed up and remained motionless.
"Don't be afraid, I won't eat you." Hart put his hand on the boy's shoulder.
Feeling the warmth on his shoulders, Neville relaxed a little.
"Neville, do you have anything of Leif's on you?" Hart said softly, while his eyes swept across Neville's body.
Neville shook his head, "Leif is just a toad, what can he leave behind?"
"Well, that's not necessarily the case."
Hart waved his wand and chanted a spell to Neville: "Separate quickly!"
The mucus on Leif's body flew out under the influence of magic.
"Trace the source!"
When the spell sounded, the mucus flew out instantly like an arrow.
Before anyone could react, Hart clapped his hands and said, "What are you still doing stupidly? Follow that ball of slime and you can find that toad!"
Upon being reminded like this, Hermione rushed out first, followed by Hart and Neville who was belatedly following him.
After two carriages, a toad was lying on the window sill, looking out through the glass window.
"Leif!" Neville yelled in a tearful tone, reaching out to catch the toad.
I don't know if it was an illusion, but Hart saw a hint of helplessness in Leif's toad eyes.
"Okay, keep an eye on your pets from now on and don't lose them again."
Hart gave a few more instructions and returned to the carriage.
But Hermione and Neville followed.
"Do you have anything else to do?" Hart asked.
Hermione replied: "I want to ask you some questions about Hogwarts."
Neville scratched his head and said sheepishly: "Hermione followed her. I didn't react, so I followed her."
This answer surprised everyone.
But Hart didn't let them leave. The four of them were chatting, and the six of them were chatting. There was no difference.
