A little badger from Hogwarts

Chapter 12 Heading towards Hogwarts

After August, Hart has more time because all the freshmen have been recruited.

He spent the second month of the summer vacation studying.

As soon as the first day of school arrived, he packed his luggage and rushed to the King's Railway Station.

On September 1st, there were quite a lot of people in the train station, most of them students rushing to go to school.

In the turbulent crowd, Hart saw several young wizards, greeted them with a smile, and pointed out the direction of platform nine and three-quarters.

Couldn't someone from the Ministry of Magic put a sign there?

Hart really couldn't understand the meaning of certain traditions in the wizarding world. They had no use except causing trouble for people.

For example, hiding the station entrance on the side of a pillar, which freshman who has never seen magic can think of such a thing.

He didn't feel much in the past two years, but today after giving guidance to five or six new students who were like headless flies, he felt a big headache.

For the sake of your own voice, take care of it!

Hart bought a whiteboard and wrote "Platform nine and three-quarters is here". After thinking for a while, he added "Hart Wulieu".

Then, he waved his wand and chanted a spell, preparing to apply a Muggle Exorcism Charm on the board so that ordinary people in the station would ignore it.

Hart also just learned this advanced spell during the summer vacation. When he used it for the first time, he found that his magic power was not enough to cast the complete spell.

Fortunately, he doesn't need to cover an entire room, just a whiteboard in his hand.

As the spell continued to be repeated, the power of the spell gradually took shape. When Hart was sweating profusely, the entire whiteboard disappeared from the eyes of ordinary people.

"Don't do such a thankless thing again." Hart muttered, waving his right hand, and the whiteboard was nailed right above the entrance.

"Hart? How nice to meet you here?"

A familiar voice suddenly sounded behind him, and Hart was stunned for two seconds before he realized it was Harry.

There was no way, he had seen too many little wizards in the past two months.

He turned around and said, "Harry, if you can't see me at King's Station, you're in the wrong place."

"Um, that's not what I meant." Harry didn't react.

Hart patted him on the shoulder, looked around and said, "Didn't your aunt and her family come to see you off?"

Harry was very angry when he mentioned the Dursleys. He said unkindly: "They have left and are going to cut off my cousin Dudley's tail."

Hart nodded, indicating that he understood.

Frankly speaking, he didn't have much dislike for the Dursleys, so he didn't ask any more questions.

"Let's go, it's time to catch the train."

Hart put his hand on Harry's back and pushed him to run directly to the side of the pillar.

Harry closed his eyes subconsciously, but the pain he imagined did not come.

He quietly opened his eyes and saw that he was standing under a wrought iron archway, where the ticket gate used to be.

A crimson steam locomotive was parked next to a platform packed with passengers. The sign on the train read: Hogwarts Express, eleven o'clock.

Thick smoke from steam locomotives lingered over the chattering crowd, and cats of various colors walked back and forth under people's feet. Amid the hum of the crowd and the noise of hauling heavy luggage, owls hooted in response.

There were already students in the first few carriages. Some of them leaned out of the windows to talk to their families, and some were playing in the seats.

Harry looked at all this, dazzled and looking forward to Hogwarts even more.

Hart suddenly patted him and urged: "Don't be in a daze, you are so fascinated. Don't be in a daze, get in the car quickly!"

"Oh, oh." Harry responded hurriedly, and after realizing it, he asked again: "Hart, how come the changes here are so big."

"This is a variation of the wall leading to Diagon Alley. It's just covered with illusion and has a brick wall as the door. There's nothing surprising!"

Hart answered this question in just a few words.

From the relaxed tone, Harry seemed to hear ridicule at himself. During this month, he also tried to read the Hogwarts textbooks, but it was so difficult that he couldn't even recognize the words.

Now seeing Hart answer such a question so easily, he felt even more inferior.

Hart didn't know that Harry thought so much, because he didn't think about anything.

"Get in the car quickly!"

Hart took out his wand and waved it, and the luggage automatically flew into the empty compartment at the back of the car and was arranged according to his wishes.

Harry looked at this with brilliant eyes, and Hathaway, who was in the cage, tilted his head and made a cooing sound.

Looking at the cute appearance of this snow swan, Hart stretched out his fingers to stroke its feathers.

Hedwig cooed happily as she enjoyed Hart's touch.

Harry was surprised: "Hedwig never lets anyone touch her. It seems like she really likes you, Hart!"

"Maybe I'm more popular with small animals."

Hart put down the birdcage and immediately left the carriage.

He walked forward from the car at the back and met someone greeting him every two steps he took.

He also greeted everyone with a smile and chatted with them about what he had done during the summer vacation.

Until he saw Cedric, Hart breathed a sigh of relief and quickly pulled him into the unoccupied box.

"Let me go, what's wrong with everyone? I'm so enthusiastic all of a sudden, I can't bear it anymore."

Hart sat on a chair and used his hand as a fan to fan himself.

"By the way, congratulations on your election as prefect!"

Hart didn't mention it, but Cedric was still smiling happily. When he mentioned being elected prefect, his face immediately dropped.

"Don't mention it anymore. I am just a decoration as a prefect. Everyone obviously listens to you more and doesn't care about me at all."

Hart suddenly realized, "So this is what you are worried about! It doesn't matter, I will support you when the time comes."

"Are you sure?" Cedric also knew Hart well and knew that he was very stubborn on certain issues and no one could persuade him.

"Hey, I'll listen to what you say makes sense." Hart finally added.

Cedric couldn't help but rolled his eyes: "Whether you said it or not, my words have no weight anyway?"

"Calm down!" Hart quickly advised: "You are my good partner and the prefect of Hufflepuff, so your words have no weight. If anything happens in the future, let's discuss it. That's all right!"

Cedric looked at Hart who was trying to please him, and his anger instantly disappeared.

In his heart, he didn't think there was anything wrong with listening to Hart, but he was just young and didn't want to be lower than others.

Now that Hart is willing to admit his own worth, he is no longer angry.

Cedric regained his serious look and said seriously: "This time you have caused a big trouble again. I said, I have no objection to you dealing with them, but you must pay attention to the impact no matter what!"

Of course Hart was not mistaken, but he still said forcefully: "The people at Flourish and Blotts deserve it. They cheated people out of money without showing any mercy. Why should I show mercy when I cheated them."

What could Cedric say? He could only say: "If it weren't for Hogwarts supporting you, would you be able to stay here well?"

Hart asked: "If it weren't for the support of Hogwarts, do you think I would take such a dangerous action?"

Cedric said he was tired and didn't want to pay attention to this guy at all.

"Woooo!"

The chimney chirped, the wheels began to turn, and the steam locomotive carrying the little wizard started to move towards Hogwarts.
