Hogwarts: I am the White Demon King
#91 - Chapter 91 Professor Swan, You Should Become a Contractor
In just one day, Sebastian had prepared all the materials.
Early Sunday morning, he returned to Hogwarts and gave the Philosopher's Stone back to Dumbledore.
After breakfast, the students were surprised to find the heads of the four houses neatly lined up in front of the Great Hall, and then walking towards the Quidditch pitch with their Muggle Studies professor.
What's going on?
There weren't any Quidditch matches now, so why were the professors all heading in that direction?
Out of curiosity, everyone followed behind the professors, ready to find out what was happening.
There was a large open space between the Quidditch pitch and the school's castle, and after the professors' discussion, the dueling arena was chosen to be built here.
As soon as the group arrived, Sebastian opened his Undetectable Extension Charm bag.
A wide variety of building materials flew out of it one after another, and soon the ground was piled high with various stone bricks, wood, and steel beams.
"My God, what's going on?"
"It looks like they're building a house, what do you think they're building here?"
"It could be an animal pen; after all, the Herbology greenhouse has increased so much, it makes sense to raise some magical creatures here."
"Wouldn't that increase a lot of work-study positions? That's great, I happen to be quite good at magical creature care."
The young wizards discussed among themselves, all curious about what the professors were going to build here.
When Fred and George saw the crowds gathering here, they immediately realized it was an excellent business opportunity. They smiled at each other, understanding each other's intentions, and quickly squeezed to the front of the crowd to start taking bets.
Amidst the young wizards' discussions, Sebastian stretched out his wand and waved it gently, and the ground slowly sank downwards, forming a solid foundation.
Immediately afterwards, the mountain of materials seemed to be lifted by invisible hands, and they all floated into the air.
Accompanying Sebastian's wand movements, the building materials, like obedient orchestra members, precisely and elegantly completed their respective tasks.
Stone bricks began to pile up into towering walls, wood intertwined into complex structures, and steel beams danced in the air, eventually fixing firmly onto the walls.
Gradually, windows and door frames took shape, and the building, which covered an area larger than the Quidditch pitch, became complete.
Its appearance was simple and grand, full of medieval style, perfectly blending with the overall architectural style of Hogwarts.
"This... this is simply a miracle!"
"Pinch me quickly, I always suspect I haven't woken up and am seeing hallucinations!"
"If Professor Swan were a contractor, he would definitely earn millions a year!"
Listening to the young wizards' discussions, Sebastian looked at the dueling arena in front of him with satisfaction.
Not bad!
From now on, the young wizards finally had a professional spell practice field.
After all, learning spells is the first step, and practicing spells is the second step.
Furthermore, even if a single spell is mastered, how to use it in a duel is another scenario.
In short, learning a spell and using that spell to fight are two completely different things.
Just like in Muggle games, everyone uses the same characters and the same skills, but some people can reach the rank of King, while others can only stay in Bronze.
Sebastian once again took out a large number of alchemical tools and placed them on the ground.
First, he took out a boulder and a notice board from them, placing them on either side of the dueling arena's gate.
"Attention everyone," Sebastian said, pointing to the boulder, "This boulder is an alchemical item, and you can use it to test your magic value. The instructions are on the back of it."
He then pointed to the notice board, "The notice board contains a detailed introduction to this building, as well as the requirements for the newly added work-study positions. Please read them yourselves."
Then he turned to the professors, smiling and inviting, "Please, professors, help decorate a bit."
"Professor Sprout, please plant evergreen magical plants around the outside of the venue to make it more beautiful."
As soon as the professors entered the venue, the young wizards swarmed over.
Harry squeezed into the crowd, laboriously reading the words on the notice board, trying to figure out all the information.
"Dueling Arena, open all day starting tomorrow, welcome every young wizard to come and practice spells and dueling!"
Harry suddenly understood that this was the venue that the professors had specially prepared for everyone to practice spells and dueling.
He looked up at the magnificent dueling arena, a very happy smile on his face.
Since coming to Hogwarts, he had always disliked the inconvenience of practicing spells here.
There weren't even any basic alchemical dummies.
Because of this, he had been melancholy for a long time.
Harry touched the photo hidden in his chest.
Great, Mom doesn't have to worry about my studies anymore.
"Dueling Club, every Friday night at 8 o'clock, held here on time."
Hermione looked at the words above with some excitement, "That's great, next Friday Professor Flitwick will be the speaker, and the theme is multi-spell combination usage."
"Ron, look, brand new work-study positions, didn't you want to apply for a position? Take a look at the job requirements."
Ron was a little excited. He was still using Charlie's old wand, so he especially wanted to apply for a student job at the school.
It was a pity that he had failed to apply for positions in either Herbology or Potions.
These brand-new positions were golden Galleons in his eyes, and he really wanted to improve.
"Work-study position recruitment," Ron read carefully, "Recruiting several dueling hosts, responsible for refereeing during daily arena sparring, ensuring safety, and interpreting the rules, open to sixth and seventh-year students only."
"Recruiting several venue order maintenance personnel, mainly responsible for ensuring order during daily training and maintaining the equipment and facilities in the venue, this position is open to all students."
"You can apply for the second position, Ron," Hermione's voice rang out again.
Ron nodded repeatedly, "Great, when it's my turn to maintain order, I can go and make trouble for Malfoy, so he can't train in peace."
"Ron!" Hermione raised her voice, "That's irresponsible, you absolutely can't do that!"
Hearing Hermione's words, Ron rolled his eyes speechlessly.
Here we go again!
This girl is so annoying.
Not only does she like to act as a teacher, but she also especially loves to lecture!
Speechless...
The young wizards in front of the notice board chattered about the newly released news.
At the same time, bursts of exclamations kept coming from the boulder side, constantly attracting everyone's attention like a tide.
Harry was attracted by the commotion at the boulder and turned to Ron and Hermione, "Let's go take a look at the boulder over there."
The three walked towards the boulder, finding that the crowd there was even larger than at the notice board, surrounded by three layers inside and three layers outside, and from the innermost part, there were occasional exclamations, which seemed particularly mysterious and attractive.
From everyone's discussion, Harry and the others learned the function of this boulder.
Young wizards can attack this boulder with their most powerful spells.
After the spell lands, a value will be displayed below the boulder, as well as a rating of the young wizard's magic power.
As soon as this novel gadget appeared, everyone wanted to see what their strength was.
It was not easy for Harry to get his turn.
He took a deep breath, raised his wand and aimed it at the boulder, and in an instant, a dazzling red light hit it.
"Wizard Apprentice, Stage Two!"
