"It seems Iron Titan is still lacking. Prepare the ropes," General Ross instructed the soldiers beside him. Upon receiving the order, the soldiers spoke into the walkie-talkie, and two vehicles roared out from the surrounding bushes. Between the two vehicles was a long, thin rope, as fine as hair and almost invisible.

Hulk forcefully lifted the Iron Titan piloted by Blonsky and hurled it away, watching the massive metal body roll several times on the ground. Just as he was about to press the attack, the two vehicles pulled apart, making the rope taut, and began circling Hulk. Hulk felt his feet get tangled, then he stumbled. The thin rope bound his legs together and, with the vehicles pulling outward, began to constrict around his thigh muscles.

Hulk angrily struggled a few times, but the slender rope, seemingly easy to break, was surprisingly resilient. Despite his strength, he only managed to hurt his hands and the rope remained intact.

"Prepare the sonic cannons."

Seeing the rope tightening around Hulk without breaking, General Ross smiled with satisfaction and reached for the walkie-talkie in the hand of a nearby soldier to issue the next command.

This was, of course, no ordinary rope. Although not the expensive nano-rope made of carbon nanotubes used to build space elevators, it was a special rope with hardness, toughness, and lightness far exceeding other steels. Made by Hebron Industries, it was expensive, but General Ross was willing to pay the price.

General Ross's core tactic now was to control Hulk's range of motion. If he could control his movements and had the materials to bind him temporarily, that would be even better. He had prepared multiple plans for this, and Hebron Industries' ropes and technological products played a significant role.

Two more vehicles roared out from the surrounding trees and bushes, with horn-like metal structures on their bodies. The two vehicles stopped at suitable locations, and the sonic cannons, as General Ross called them, activated, spreading visible waves of transparent sound towards Hulk's location.

This weapon was similar to a high-intensity sound weapon. The high-energy sound beam it emitted could make creatures dizzy and unable to move, but it would not cause irreversible damage to the human body.

Of course, a sonic weapon of this power would be unbearable for ordinary people, especially when used against someone like Hulk.

Hulk, locked onto by the intersecting sound waves, immediately covered his head. The power surging within his body began to recede. He could previously struggle to pull at the ropesηΌ η»•η€ηš„η»³η΄’, but now he could only kneel on the ground.

"Liquid nitrogen rounds."

Seeing the situation gradually moving in the direction he had envisioned, General Ross, experiencing the possibility of capturing Hulk for the first time, smiled even wider. His wish seemed finally within reach today.

Blonsky, receiving General Ross's order, controlled the Iron Titan and activated its weapon system. A panel on its arm unfolded, revealing a metal warhead the thickness of a baby's arm. Under Blonsky's control, it struck Hulk, who was still trying to struggle. A large amount of cold air suddenly erupted, and after a burst of cold mist, a small iceberg appeared before everyone. Inside the ice, Hulk's ferocious and angry expression was lifelike, but soon became blurred in the cold mist.

"Is that it? Is it over?"

Blonsky, seeing Hulk encased in ice, was somewhat incredulous. Or rather, he still wanted the violent battle from before. This kind of battle that ended just as his excitement peaked left him with an unsatisfied feeling. But at the same time, he also realized Hulk's strength and abnormality even more. After all, if anyone else dared to pull on those ropes like that, their hands and thighs would probably be cut off directly.

The defensive power of that layer of skin was simply unbelievable and unreasonable! Throughout the entire battle, apart from his metal fists causing Hulk to spit out a mouthful of saliva mixed with blood, other weapons, whether guns or anything else, couldn't even break the skin. And even more powerful weapons, even the General wouldn't dare to use them here.

Besides, General Ross's mission from beginning to end was to capture him alive.

"I don't know," General Ross's voice came from the walkie-talkie.

"Helicopters, prepare the slings."

To avoid any unforeseen circumstances, General Ross immediately called out on the walkie-talkie after confirming that Hulk was indeed controlled. He didn't know when Hulk could break out of the ice, but he had to take him to his territory and lock him up as quickly as possible. In that prison he had built for him for so long.

"Dad, you can't do this! Let him go!"

Bruce Banner's girlfriend, General Ross's daughter Betty Ross, finally broke free from a soldier holding her and ran quickly to her father, grabbing his shoulders and pleading urgently.

"You know that's impossible, Betty." General Ross looked at his daughter's tear-filled eyes and pleading face, stiffly pushed her to the side of the soldiers, and ordered, "Hold her until she calms down."

"You're a monster!" Betty Ross, being pulled backward by a soldier grabbing her arm, still didn't forget to turn her head and roar at her father.

"I don't care what image I have in your eyes." General Ross's face darkened, but then he shrugged indifferently, he could already hear the noise of the helicopter propellers. Soon, he would achieve his long-cherished wish.

However, accidents always happen when you think you have everything under control.

Perhaps the thick ice layer weakened the power of the sonic cannons, or perhaps Hulk, who had not lost consciousness in the ice, saw the slender figure being pulled backward, but whether it was the former or the latter, he only felt the anger in his heart growing stronger and stronger. Under the incredulous gaze of General Ross and everyone else, cracks began to appear in the ice layer.

The crystal-clear ice mist and ice crystal fragments flew out as the ice shattered, and then there were the tow trucks connected to the ropes, being swung by Hulk as chain hammers. The metal car bodies, used as hammerheads, directly smashed into the two sonic cannon vehicles, instantly turning them into scrap metal.

Then Blonsky, seeing that the situation was not good and wanting to get up, was directly wrapped around by the tow trucks that were pulled back and thrown around him. The slender ropes directly wrapped around the Iron Titan twice due to inertia, and finally, under the heavy hammer of the tow trucks that lost inertia, with a loud bang, it fell straight to the ground.

Blonsky, unable to break free from the two ropes wrapped around him even with the full power of the Iron Titan, involuntarily spat out a mouthful of saliva and opened the hatch to jump out directly.

"Looks like it failed again."

Looking at Hulk, who was swinging and waving the two tow trucks and an Iron Titan as weapons, trying to break through the encirclement, General Ross's face was quite ugly. This was the closest he had ever come to success.
