The middle-aged woman looked at Dorai, thinking, this little fellow is quite the actor; does he really not know who I am?

She narrowed her eyes and said, "I am Margot, a seventh-level wizard from the Alexander family. I'm here today for one thing only!"

Dorai raised an eyebrow and asked, "Oh? What is it?"

Margot didn't directly confront him aggressively but began to narrate in a calm tone, "You wouldn't have forgotten so quickly about the incident a few days ago when Wizard Dorai bullied the weak and trampled on the faces of my family members, would you?"

Dorai laughed, seemingly unconcerned.

"I don't really remember. Some memories are best discarded; there's nothing to reminisce about. But now that you mention it, I do recall. Your Alexander people are truly amusing. Despite being pathetically weak, an imperial princess and a seventh-level wizard dared to provoke me. It's fortunate it was me; anyone else would have been reduced to cold ashes. I didn't kill them; shouldn't you be thanking me?"

Margot's face instantly turned ashen. Provoking a seventh-level wizard, even if unknowingly, was as Dorai said.

A seventh-level wizard was comparable to a legion. Within this imperial capital, who would dare provoke a seventh-level? That would be akin to seeking death with no one to stand up for you.

Margot calmed herself and said, "Wizard Dorai seems to have misunderstood. My family members were initially unaware. Your Excellency suppressed them directly without a word, not even giving them a chance. Was this not somewhat biased?"

Dorai narrowed his eyes, looking at her intently, and said, word by word, "You should be grateful they're still alive."

Margot sensed the killing intent in Dorai's eyes, and her heart couldn't help but tremble.

This one was no pushover. To escape the Northern Kingdom and advance to the seventh level in such a short time, he certainly had some tricks up his sleeve.

Margot knew that speaking further would only humiliate herself.

She slowly said, "Your Excellency is, after all, only one person. I hope you will conduct yourself with more discretion in the future."

Dorai curled his lips, "Come on, if I can't beat them, can't I outrun them?"

Margot snorted coldly and turned to leave.

Puyous sighed beside him, "Dorai, why bother? The Alexander family has two eighth-level wizards in the empire. Even if they can't directly intervene, they can still apply some pressure."

Dorai looked at Puyous and smiled faintly, "I'm already at the seventh level, so don't worry about such things. Even if I can't beat a seventh-level, I can still outrun them. I've recently cultivated some delicious treats; come on, let's go up and have some."

He walked down and pulled Puyous upstairs.

Puyous had no choice but to follow. He then realized that Dorai's strength was astonishing, completely unlike a wizard. Good heavens, this fellow also cultivated as a warrior.

Thinking of this fellow's abnormal mental power division ability, he could understand. This fellow cultivated several meditation techniques; cultivating as a warrior didn't seem difficult.

Upon entering Babel Tower, Puyous noticed new changes inside. The surrounding arrangements still continued the previous setup, but seemed more mysterious. In his perception, everything around had become very blurred, as if many layers of protection had been added.

Considering he was with Chairman Vasily, Old Devil, and those three alchemy fanatics, Uesber, all the time, it would be difficult not to improve.

He didn't know that Dorai was preparing to upgrade Babel Tower to the eighth level. He walked and observed. The surroundings seemed to have changed, yet nothing had changed.

Arriving in the living room, which was empty, Dorai waved his hand, and a fruit platter flew over from a distance. A small mechanical puppet walked out from the side, holding several fruits.

"Lord Puyous, come and try these. I recently succeeded in cultivating them; I call them Lapis Fruits."

Dorai had an entire laboratory for cultivating various plants. There were many flowers, grasses, and trees inside. His clones would check on them from time to time, making it very convenient to taste something fresh.

He had originally planned to cultivate medicinal herbs, but by accident, it had become a vegetable garden.

Puyous looked at the fruit in his hand.

It was similar to an apple, but shaped like lapis lazuli, crystal clear, and exuded a fragrant aroma with a high energy density.

Good heavens, just this fruit alone could sell for several thousand gold coins.

He picked it up, smelled it, and then took a bite.

Chewing it twice in his mouth and swallowing it, Puyous had an ecstatic look on his face.

"It's quite delicious. If I stay here for a while, I'm afraid I won't want to leave. Are there more of these? I'd like to take some back."

Dorai's face stiffened, "There's only one tree, and it only bore eight fruits. Maybe next year; there's not much chance this year."

Puyous's eyes lit up, "Looks like I came at just the right time."

Dorai laughed heartily.

Just then, Elrea walked in from outside.

Elrea was dressed very formally this time, in genuine court attire, completely covered from head to toe.

Seeing Puyous, she bowed slightly, "Greetings, Lord Puyous."

Puyous raised an eyebrow. This was the imperial princess Elrea, recently introduced by the empire. This appearance, this temperament, was indeed extraordinary. No wonder they introduced her after the failure with Daphne. But now, were they preparing to give her to Dorai?

The Glory Empire was determined to win over Dorai. He just didn't know if the Rhine family would agree.

Puyous bowed slightly and said, "Greetings, Princess Elrea. Is Your Highness here to...?"

Elrea smiled slightly, "I am now Wizard Dorai's student, formally learning the Storm Meditation Technique from him. I'm currently in the mastery stage; it's estimated that I'll be able to disperse my original meditation technique in a month."

Puyous was stunned, shocked by her great courage.

He gave a thumbs up and said, "Impressive. If I had met Dorai at the fifth level, I wouldn't have had this courage."

Elrea smiled slightly, "I'm still young, and I can still afford to change. Wizard Dorai's place is very peaceful, which is very helpful for cultivation."

Puyous's mouth twitched. Such a large wizard tower, with only him alone, how could it not be peaceful?

Puyous exchanged a few polite words, ate some other fruits, and then took his leave.

As soon as Puyous left, Dorai received a message from Daphne. He looked at Elrea and said, "Let's go to your backyard. The materials have arrived; I'm going to drive the wizard tower over."

Elrea was somewhat surprised, "Has the Imperial Mage Corps negotiated everything?"

Dorai nodded, "Your sister will be waiting at the entrance in a moment; she has the token."

There was another set of magic arrays in the palace, which was very powerful and could also cover the entire city. It was also different from the Glory Wizard Alliance's. The imperial capital of the Glory Empire was guarded by two sets of magic arrays, so it was basically impossible for this city to be breached.

The Glory Wizard Alliance was responsible for entering the Glory Empire, while the Imperial Mage Corps was responsible for entering the imperial palace. With the ninth-level Ancient Ancestor Shallow Moon there, no one dared to be presumptuous.

The two then left the wizard tower. Dorai shrunk the wizard tower and hung it on his waist. Amidst the envious and jealous gazes of the surrounding people, the two leisurely left the tower complex.

Behind the wizard tower complex, Old Wood stood on top of a wizard tower, looking at the departing Dorai, his expression speechless. He pondered slightly. The Imperial Mage Corps didn't build their own wizard tower but let Dorai build one. Could there be some other reason?
