Inside a large conference room on the thirteenth floor of Wizard Tower Number One, the magical lights shone brightly. All wizards of level four or higher from Waltz City were present. Besides the level four wizards from the Glory Wizard Alliance, there were also level four wizards from other factions, families, and organizations—nearly every level four wizard they could contact was there.
