Xing Jiuan took a banana.

These had been washed by the man when she first came in, but she did not eat them.

“You’re beating around the bush. Who knows when your little secrets will be exposed?

“It’s too dangerous.”

“I don’t think so. I’m sad to hear you say that.”

“Then continue to be sad. I’m leaving. It’s time to go home and eat.”

Xing Jiuan stood up and did not react to the man’s feigned sadness.

The man held his chest. “Shouldn’t you comfort me?”

Xing Jiuan thought that everyone was looking for her to comfort them. It was as if she really knew how to comfort people.

“No.” Xing Jiuan was cold.

“I’m leaving. Bye.”

“Wait, I’ll send you off.” The man hurriedly stood up and followed her out.

As he watched Xing Jiuan leave, the man stood there for a while longer.

Actually, he had liked Xing Jiuan before.

He had liked her very, very much as a woman.
