Zheng Jie glared at Zhang Yuze, annoyed by his words, but she couldn't do anything about his thick-skinned demeanor. For some reason, she couldn't bring herself to be truly angry when she saw his playful, smiling face. Still, seeing how shameless he was, she couldn't help but throw a punch at him. Zhang Yuze simply smiled, swiftly grabbed her hand, and pulled her into his embrace. Zheng Jie exclaimed in surprise as she was pulled into his arms.

"What's this? Have you missed your husband so much that you're throwing yourself into my arms after just a few days apart?" Zhang Yuze asked, grinning at Zheng Jie.

"You… Who's throwing themselves into your arms? You're shameless!" Zheng Jie retorted, displeased with Zhang Yuze's brazen behavior.

"Hey, this is a public place! No PDA allowed! You two should be mindful of the occasion," a voice filled with jealousy suddenly interrupted.

Zhang Yuze turned to see that it was Wu Xinyu. He couldn't help but feel a chill and said with a smile, "Don't talk nonsense. Instructor Zheng Jie and I are just exchanging pleasantries."

With that, Zhang Yuze quickly released Zheng Jie. Zheng Jie was no longer the stern instructor she usually was; her face was flushed, and she stomped her foot at Zhang Yuze before turning and leaving.

Zhang Yuze chuckled dryly, watching Wu Xinyu gaze at him thoughtfully. He felt strange and scratched his head, asking somewhat sheepishly, "What's wrong? Am I too handsome?"

Wu Xinyu snorted coldly at Zhang Yuze, saying disdainfully, "You've been quite the popular man lately! First it was Lu Yao, then Gu Yufei, and now Senior Zheng Jie. Are you planning to conquer all the beauties of Xiamen University?"

Hearing Wu Xinyu's words, Zhang Yuze's face turned slightly embarrassed. He said, "Look at what you're saying! Am I really that bad in your eyes?"
