The Crescent of the Sultan
Chapter 77 Remarks on the launch
To be honest, this is my first time writing a book, signing a contract, and putting it on the shelves, so I don’t know what to say. You can just take a look.
In fact, I started writing this novel purely because I read too much foreign history. It turned out that no one had ever written about the Ottoman Empire, so I came up with this idea.
I didn't actually think about signing a contract at the time, because it was my first time writing a book, and my skills were not very good. My grasp of the plot, character creation, and writing style were honestly blind.
Moreover, foreign history is inherently a niche subject, and the Ottoman Empire is even more of a niche within a niche.
So I thought at first that not many people would read it, but the fact is that there are actually quite a few book friends. It took about a month after the book was published. After four rounds of recommendations, I already had 7,000 collections.
I would like to express my special thanks to my editing staff, who literally grabbed me out of the water.
At the same time, I am very grateful to all the book friends who are interested in this book and can tolerate the author's rough writing style and some poisonous points.
Book friends have also recommended many foreign historical texts to me, such as "Holy Roman Empire" and "British Civil Servants".
I have read all of these books, and I remember that as a reader, I felt a sense of emptiness every time I finished reading them.
I was thinking in my heart why this author is more like this, he is simply a piece of trash.
It wasn't until I wrote my own book that I realized that this was indeed a bit difficult.
Because my coding speed is not very fast, it usually takes three and a half hours to write two chapters, so I rarely add updates.
But this time it just happened to be on the shelves. How should I say? According to the historical collection ratio, generally speaking, there will be a thousand orders.
But I don’t have such a lofty goal. I would be thankful if I could get 800 for my first order.
If I can get a thousand orders, I will add three more chapters.
Rules for subsequent updates: After exceeding 1,000, an additional chapter will be added for every 100 more initial orders.
At the same time, I would like to thank Drunken Sword Immortal for the 5,000 reward, and I will add another chapter.
As for additional updates, I will spend a day coding tomorrow. If there are additional updates and I haven’t finished them, I will make them up later.
Last but not least, see you at 12 o'clock tomorrow. It may be delayed by a few minutes.
If you have extra monthly tickets, you can use them here if you recommend them. Thank you for your support.
