Female titans in the literature world were a rare existence. In literature history, there have only been four females to be crowned with the “mister” title! Every single one of them was known to be legendary and honorable!

Today, only one of the four was still alive. That was Ruan Ling!

To be named a female scholar with profundity and virtue, the female author only had to have some achievement.

To be titled “mister”, meant they had extremely high academic and artistic attainment. Coupled with that, they had a limitless amount of divine qualities and social influence! They were truly people to be respected!

Ruan Ling was someone like that. She was a UCC literature professor who retired many years ago.

Her fame was well known throughout the nation. Her published work and awarded accolades were countless.

She had once declined the position of being the UCC Dean. Instead, she donated her life savings to UCC and 11 other universities, not-for-profit organizations, and funded over 100 students in poverty. She, herself, chose to live a life of frugality.

The influential figures in the nation have given her three medals of honor. They’ve also named her the most social conscious female in literature!

Mr. Ruan Ling. The title itself weighed thousands of pounds!

She was without a doubt, number one in contemporary literature! A real powerhouse in the literature world!

This highly respected female titan normally lived outside of the spotlight and rarely showed up to things. Even for donations, she usually asked her children to do it on her behalf. At most, people get to see her during TV Interviews.

She was suddenly here in front of everyone, in public! Why wouldn’t everyone be excited?

Many people had forgotten they were in the middle of a meet and greet. The media, of course, had pointed their cameras at Ruan Ling.

Cheng Suyun only walked up to her after a long moment of shock, “Mr… Mr. Ruan Ling, what brings you here today?”

Ruan Ling eyed the table behind her and glanced at the very collected Qiao Qing. Respect flashed across her eyes, “I’m here to attend a kid’s meet and greet.”

Her words made everyone inhale sharply. Mr. Ruan Ling was here to personally attend a new author’s meet and greet?!

Cheng Suyun was surprised as well.

Guo Yunxia rushed over and asked, “Mr. Ruan Ling, you’re here for Shiqiong’s meet and greet as well?”

Ruan Ling asked, “Who’s Shiqiong?”

“Ah…”

“Hahahaha…”

“Hahaha, I’m dying!”

All the fans and the media began to laugh hard. Yi Shiqiong felt like she had been harshly slapped in the face.

As everyone laughed, Ruan Ling walked up to Qiao Qing, “Girl, how come you didn’t tell me you were having a meet and greet?”

Her words once again made everyone gasp.

Upstairs, Jun Yexuan and Qi Yusen exchanged glances and all appeared shocked.

Mu Jinghang’s eyeballs almost popped out, “Isn’t Qingqing a little too beast? Even Mr. Ruan Ling is willing to come out for her?”

Downstairs, Luo Chen was rocking back and forth from laughter, “My god, what a slap in the face! When it comes to influence and taste, who’s better than Mr. Ruan Ling? So it looks like she’s here for Qingqing and she doesn’t even know who Yi Shiqiong is!”

Qiao Qing’s fans grew proud as well.

“Exactly! With Mr. Ruan Ling here, what good is a literature professor from UCC?! Is Mr. Ruan Ling worse at interpreting literature than her?!”

“I questioned my own taste for a bit back then. But now that I’ve thought about it, I’ve lived half a century and have read countless books. I am able to judge the good from the poor.”

“She kept going on and on about the literature world. What about literature? Can she represent the literature world or represent everyone who’s educated?”

“Just how much money was she paid to twist the truth this much?”
