He speaks with a kind tone as he looks at Fraus. The impulsivity of Fraus makes him feel good about himself as he is too direct when it comes to important matters.

For Fraus, not joining any kind of organization is a simple choice in his mind.

He has plans to build his organization and create a big governmental system for himself.

There were no reasons for connecting his power to another organization.

It would hinder his motivation and put him in a comfort zone.

He is inside a comfort zone where he does not need to protect himself that much anymore and everything will come into his hands without him needing to do much of anything.

His progress would be fast, but he would not have fun. The basic mental understanding of Fraus is that he is having fun with everything he is doing. If he is not having fun, he will have no reason to do something.

The fact that he seeks freedom comes from that in reality, as it can be only expected to have fun if he has the freedom of his behavior and actions.
