All citizens rejoice. On the first day after Ru and Fran officially belonged to Baynard, people felt the difference. Food and clothes are being distributed for free to families that lack them. "Hah! Why should I help you? Should it not be more advantageous to my empire if you go to all-out war with the Maginev Empire?!" said Emperor Uslou.

Roy smiled when he heard the emperor.
