[HP Sirius] Sweet Potions

Chapter 016 The Badge of Hell

"Leave him alone, he's just an idiot." Sirius said to Ursa with a smile.

Ersha felt extremely embarrassed. Of course, she understood the meaning of James' behavior just now.

At this moment, she suddenly found that Sirius was staring at a point deep in the Forbidden Forest.

"What are you looking at?" Ursa asked, looking down at the dense Forbidden Forest.

Sirius made a silent gesture suddenly. He began to descend, and finally landed on the branch of a huge locust tree.

"See that over there?" he whispered in Ersa's ear.

Ursa's eyes widened, suddenly seeing what Sirius wanted her to see.

"Oh." She exclaimed softly.

A snow-white creature with elegant posture is walking in the depths of the forest. It didn't seem to notice the existence of Ursa and Sirius.

"Unicorns," Erza whispered hoarsely.

She could barely take her eyes off the beautiful creature. She has been to many remote forests, but she has never seen a unicorn. It is said that only pure places with a long history and full of magic can have such creatures.

She couldn't help but climbed down from the branch and jumped briskly to the ground.

"What - wait!" Sirius hurriedly jumped down from the tree.

He saw Ersa staring at the unicorn fascinatedly, and then slowly approached it.

"Be careful." Sirius reminded.

Ursa nodded slightly, and then approached the unicorn cautiously with the lightest steps possible.

At this time, it suddenly sensed the existence of Ersha, raised its beautiful head high, and watched Ersha quietly with a pair of jewel-like eyes.

"It's okay, I won't hurt you." Ersha murmured.

She came to the unicorn and slowly extended her hand to the unicorn.

The unicorn did not hide, but lowered its head silently, as if inviting her to touch him.

Ursa's hand rested lightly on its spiral horns. The warm and smooth touch came from her palm, and she couldn't help holding her breath.

Suddenly, the unicorn took a breath of hot air from its nose, and stepped back half a step vigilantly.

"It looks like it doesn't like me." Sirius who walked behind Ersa said with a chuckle.

"Unicorns don't like boys." Ursa said softly with a smile, then reached out and gently stroked the unicorn's head, "Don't be afraid, he is my friend, he will not hurt you."

"Sexist," Sirius muttered under his breath, but he took a step back tactfully.

At this time, Ersha suddenly noticed that there was something stuck in the back of the unicorn.

"What's this?" she frowned.

"It looks like a thorn." Sirius whispered in her ear, "No, wait...that looks like an arrow?"

Yes, it was indeed an arrow, but it was a half-broken arrow.

Erza gasped. She recognized that the arrow was exactly the same as the one that had stabbed her that day.

Subconsciously, she reached out to touch the arrow. The unicorn immediately uttered a cry of pain, and stomped restlessly with its four hooves.

"Don't be afraid," she said quickly, "I just want to help you."

She looked carefully at the unicorn's wound, and found that the arrow didn't go deep, but what worried her most was the poison on the arrow.Perhaps it was because of the unicorn's amazing resistance that the poison didn't take effect immediately - but it was just a matter of time.

Ursa took out a bottle of potion from her coat pocket and sprinkled it near the unicorn's wound.

Sirius looked at her actions with a little surprise, "You don't always have potions on you, do you?"

Erza nodded slightly, "I'm used to this." She suddenly turned to Sirius, "Help me, Mr. Black."

"help you with what?"

"Help me pull out that arrow." Ursa said, "I will appease it and divert its attention. You can take the opportunity to pull out that arrow. Remember to move quickly."

Sirius took a deep breath, "Okay. Just do it."

Ursa stroked the unicorn's head and whispered softly, "Look at me...it's okay, you'll get better soon."

Sirius deliberately circled around and approached the unicorn on tiptoe.

At this time, the unicorn suddenly let out a muffled snort, and its body shook a few times as if it suddenly lost its center of gravity.

"The poison is on," said Ursa softly. "We must hurry."

Probably due to the onset of toxicity, the unicorn didn't notice Sirius' approach.

"...That's it." Sirius muttered in a very soft voice, "Now I'm going to help you get the arrow out...you better not try to kick me, baby."

Then he and Erza exchanged a hasty look.

Ursa gently stroked the unicorn's mane, then nodded slightly.

A few seconds later, with a loud whine, Sirius finally managed to pull the arrow out.

Fortunately, Ersa's potion worked, and the unicorn's blood did not gush out as expected, but slowly seeped out a little and then stopped immediately.

The frightened unicorn snorted, turned and ran away.

"Not even a word of thanks?" Sirius murmured half-jokingly at the back of the unicorn, holding up the arrow he had just pulled out.

"I think it's going to be all right." Ursa said very softly.

After the back of the unicorn completely disappeared, Sirius and Ursa looked at each other for a few seconds.

"What now?" Sirius said with a grin. "I guess you don't want to walk back on foot."

Since what happened last time, Ursa certainly refused to take the risk of walking in the Forbidden Forest on foot, so she had to sit on Sirius' broom again.

They skimmed smoothly over the Forbidden Forest, and finally returned to the clearing by the lake.

"Just land here." Ursa said, holding Sirius's skirt tightly.

Sirius replied without hesitation: "Since you said so, it's fine." He intentionally spun half a circle quickly in the air, and then swooped down towards the shore of the lake.

The sudden weightlessness made Ersha's face turn pale for a while, and she even forgot to scream. She instinctively grabbed the broomstick, only to lose control of the broom and throw both of them from the ground a few feet at the same time.

Fortunately, the ground was soft lawn, and Sirius hugged Ersa in time, so neither of them suffered any harm.

Ursa gasped in shock, staring at Sirius reproachfully with cold gray eyes.

"You nearly killed us both!"

But she suddenly noticed that Sirius' expression was a little strange. His cheeks were flushed, his eyes were looking slightly down.

Ersha lowered her head, and she suddenly realized that she was leaning over and riding on the opponent. And her collar was slightly open, and from Sirius' angle, she could just see——

Ursa jumped up from the ground as quickly as a rabbit with its butt stabbed. She lowered her head and stared angrily at him, but her hair involuntarily turned a soft red again.

Sirius raised his hands innocently, cleared his throat, and said in a hoarse voice, "...Sorry, I didn't mean to."

"Don't do that next time," Erza said.

"Hmm... next time?"

Ersha suddenly realized that she had said something wrong, her lips trembled slightly, and she turned her head slightly.

"I mean, don't take others to ride the broom next time, it's too dangerous." She said in a cold tone.

"Well, listen to you, Miss Green." Sirius said with a relaxed tone, "I promise this is the first and last time. There will be no one else."

Sirius got up from the ground, he turned his head to look at Ersa, hesitated for a moment, then pointed to his nose and smiled, "Uh...you know what? Your nose is a bit strange."

Ersha immediately realized what had happened—the shock just now made her face change again. She quickly raised her hand to cover her nose.

—and sure enough, her nose had deformed into a ridiculous round head shape.

"Damn it," she cursed under her breath, but she suddenly realized that it was not polite to say that in front of the students, so she quickly covered her nose and said in a muffled voice: "I should go—see you tomorrow, Mr. Black .”

After muttering this sentence indistinctly, she turned around and ran away quickly.

Before the next day's Quidditch match, Ursa was blocked by the Baker sisters in the restaurant.

"Of course you support Gryffindor, don't you?" they both said in unison.

"Uh..." Ersha hesitated, "Really."

"Wonderful." Lisa grinned, and the two girls forced red-and-gold paint on her face.

"So which player do you support?" Casey said, holding up a box full of badges. very clear--"

"Yes, we have Captain James Potter's badge here, he is the most popular candidate, and of course Jason Akers, he is the best goalkeeper..." Lisa said the names of the players .

Ursa's eyes fell on a badge in the corner of the box. It said "Cirius Black" in pink cursive letters, with a heart drawn beside it.

"Oh, Sirius was a temporary player, not a regular player, so we only made a dozen of his badges," Casey said.

"But they've all been sold out." Lisa said with a look of hope, "He's really popular, isn't he?"

Casey frowned in disgust, "Don't tell me you still have a crush on him. Speaking of which, you didn't keep this badge for yourself, did you?"

"Of course not. I'm just telling the truth." Lisa blushed and argued.Probably to prove that she didn't like Sirius, she picked up the badge and pinned it on Ersa's lapel, and muttered softly, "Here's this for you, this is the last one."

After the Baker sisters left, Ursa hurriedly tried to remove the badge, but at this moment, she suddenly heard a voice saying, "Good morning, Miss Green."

Damn it, why this time?

Ursa took a deep breath, a stiff smile on her face.

"Good morning, Mr. Black."

Sirius walked in front of Ursa, his gaze slipped slightly, and he happened to see the girly pink badge on Ursa's chest.

Ursa subconsciously stretched out her hand to cover the badge, but the damn badge screamed, "I love Gryffindor, and I love Sirius Black even more!"

Sirius hadn't had time to realize what was going on, but Ursa's hair turned bright tomato color at a speed visible to the naked eye.

Several passing students couldn't help staring at the two of them curiously.

...God.Ersha swears this is definitely the most humiliating moment of her life.

"Wow." Sirius said with a sigh, the corners of his mouth were raised high, and he said with a smile, "Thank you for supporting me so much, Miss Green."

Ersha's brain has completely lost the ability to think. At this moment, she only hopes that she will disappear into the air immediately.

"Well, yes...you're welcome," she replied mechanically.

At this moment, the person who rescued Ersha suddenly appeared.

For the first time, Ursa was genuinely happy to see James Potter.Even his messy birdhouse became much more pleasing to the eye.

"So you're here, Padfoot." James said out of breath, putting a hand on Sirius' shoulder, and he turned to look at Ersa, grinning, "Oh! Good morning, Miss Green. Don't mind Shall I borrow him for a while?"

"Of course, please go ahead." Ersha replied quickly.

Before turning to leave, Sirius winked at Ersa and whispered, "Don't worry, I won't let you down." Then he left with a smile on his face.
