Paper Cranes-Chapter 10

Saturday morning.

Snape packed his things as before, and was about to go to Hogsmeade with Lily, but he saw Lucius standing aside, then raised his hand and threw him a ball of paper.

Snape grabbed the ball of paper from the air, and opened it very slowly, which read: Find me at the Pig's Head Bar at 2:00 this afternoon

Snape rolled the paper ball up again, straightened his robes, and walked out of the drawing room, dropping the paper ball into the fire on the way, and seeing it consumed by flames.

Five minutes later, he had arrived at the gate of the castle. Lily was standing there, holding a pack of Sour Popping Candy in her hand.She tossed a piece of candy into her mouth and waved to Snape, "Hi...Sev...you're here..."

Then he took out another piece and handed it to Snape: "Um... do you want one?"

"Okay." Snape smiled and took the candy: "Let's go, eat as you go."

They entered Hogsmeade.

"I'm going to buy a quill, wait until I'm all right," Snape said.

At 1:50, he came to Hogsmeade again, quietly waiting for Lucius at the door of the Pig's Head pub.

Five minutes later, Voldemort spoke: "We are very pleased to see that some of the Slytherins of Hogwarts have joined us as Death Eaters...you come out."

Lucius and a few other Slytherins walked out of the circle, and Snape was stunned for a second before walking out too.

"Lucius, you don't need it, go back." Voldemort waved his hand.

Lucius went back.Snape and the other Slytherins formed a semicircle around Voldemort.

Voldemort gave a strange laugh, and said, "Hmm...I think...you know what's going to happen..." Then he walked up to a Slytherin, took his left arm, and stamped him Dark Mark...

Snape's heart clenched tightly. He watched Voldemort's Dark Mark printed one by one, and listened to his cold and strange smile...

Voldemort had already walked in front of Snape, his red eyes fixed on Snape: "It's your turn..."

Snape pursed his lips. If he got the Dark Mark, what would happen to Lily?She is resolutely opposed to black magic, and she will definitely not allow herself to become a Death Eater. Moreover, she is a Muggle-born, so she will definitely be in danger in this "pure blood supremacy" group.
