It was another sunny afternoon, and we were still scheduled to meet in front of the museum.

I leaned against the tree trunk at the corner, feeling erratic. He came from behind and suddenly whispered "Hi" in my ear, which startled me.

"What are you thinking?" he asked.

"I miss you." I said something insincerely, in a very frivolous tone.

"Let's go." He couldn't stop the joy on his face.

"Aren't you riding a motorcycle this time? Where are we going?" I followed him and asked as we walked.

"Go to train station."

"Train station?" I was a little puzzled.

We bought two tickets to T City at the train station.

We're going to take a two-hour train ride to a small city that's completely new to me to spend the night.I was so excited, I had the feeling of elopement, fidgeting like a child while waiting for the train.

On the long railway line, he and I sat opposite each other in the carriage. I looked out the window at the bare fields and the gray river, knowing that this was an adventure. I didn’t care who he was or whether the future was dangerous.

As soon as we got off the train, he held my hand. Now we don’t have to be afraid of anything. This is a completely strange city, strange people, strange accents, and strange air. No one knows us or cares about us. I also have a sense of freedom from being on a date.

He hailed a taxi, found a small hotel and booked a double room.

It was getting dark, so we left the hotel and went to have dinner first.

City T is a newly built small city with wide and straight roads, but there are very few pedestrians.

After dinner we watched a movie. It's a comedy, and he kept pinching my hand in the theater, making me laugh all the time, but it's actually quite boring.

After leaving the theater, there were almost no people on the road.We walked back to the hotel hand in hand.

The whole street was illuminated by street lamps into orange, which merged with the moonlight in the night sky.Thinking about what was about to happen tonight made me a little nervous.

He locked the door behind him, turned and walked towards me.

Facing his hot eyes, I suddenly couldn't help laughing foolishly. He approached me tenderly and gently unbuttoned my coat.I stopped laughing and let him undress me like opening a beautiful present.

I lay bare in front of him.

He took off his black trench coat.Seeing that his sweater and shirt were all black, I smiled and asked, "You don't even have black underwear, do you?"

He also smiled, nodded, and threw off the black shirt and trousers, leaving only a body wrapped in black.

"Why do you wear black from the inside out?" I asked strangely.

"Because I hate black," he replied.

I don't understand what he said.

"Help me take off these blacks." He came over and threw himself into my arms.

I stroked his hair and felt a shudder as his completely naked skin pressed against my chest.

Under the dim light in the bedroom, he closed his eyes and smiled slightly, and I saw a baby-like beautiful and pure face without any trace of age.Kissing the corners of his lips and cheeks, I found myself falling in love with him.

He was very impulsive, frantically smelling the fresh and wild breath of my body, I was panting, burning violently under his leadership, and my limbs lost consciousness.

When everything calmed down, he lay beside me, looking at me.

I felt so tired, numb to the point of death, I was in tears.

He wiped away my tears and asked me what was wrong.

"It's nothing, I've always been like this." I forced a smile and lied.

"Do you remember the boy you like?" He said, holding my hand.

"No." I shook my head.

"Actually, falling in love with someone is not a happy thing, being loved by someone is happiness." He rubbed my face and said, "When I was your age, it was ridiculous..."

He traced my eyebrows with his hands.I slowly regained my energy, looked at his face that looked so immature now, and said, "You always say I'm beautiful, tell me about the most beautiful one you've ever seen?"

"The most beautiful..." He lowered his head and thought for a while, then said, "That person is about the same height as you, a little thinner than you, with a pair of blue eyes..."

"Blue eyes? Are you a foreigner?"

He nodded: "Have you never met a foreigner?"

"No. I can't catch up with your absurdity yet." I smiled.

"This was all when I was young, before I got married, and I never came out after I got married, until I happened to pass by the park that day, just wanted to turn around and leave, but I ran into you."

"So, we are destined enough." I paused, and then asked, "Isn't sister-in-law pretty?"

"It's not pretty," he said.

"That must be very virtuous?"

"Oh, she's still a nice person, but..."

"It seems you don't love her at all."

"Don't talk about it, I actually only have some fun when I'm with my child every day. I only live for that little life... But now I have you, you know, I haven't experienced this feeling for a long time."

I was silent for a while, feeling sad for him.

"Why, unhappy again?" He asked me.

I hugged his arm and felt like crying again.

"Do you believe in karmic reincarnation in previous lives?" I asked.

"I believe it, but I can't believe it." He said.

"If two men can get married in the next life, and I will be your groom, would you like it?" I continued to ask.

"If it's true, I want to die immediately, so I can go to reincarnation soon." His expression was very serious.

"Yeah, this kind of thing is just thinking about it. It's not easy to see each other in this life, why do you need more?" I said softly.

He is no longer free, and I look at him, thinking absently, knowing that our love, which has just begun tonight, is almost over.

He fell asleep, hugged me tightly, and snored lightly.I didn't mind at all, turned my head to face him, his face was very close to me, heavy breathing was blowing on the tip of my nose, it was a little itchy, I slowly moved his hand away, out of his embrace, and continued to watch with him.

After a while, I got up and looked at my watch, it was already midnight.

He turned over and groped with his hand beside the pillow, as if he was looking for me, so I quickly reached out to hold it.He stroked my hand, and soon snorted again.

The heating in the room was very hot, and I was sweating all over, so I lifted the quilt a little. His chest was exposed outside the quilt, I gently moved my face closer and leaned against his chest. His chest was thick and warm, I closed my eyes and listened to his heartbeat, my consciousness gradually blurred.

I have been sleeping restlessly, and I can feel him every time he turns over. Then I woke up in a burst of excitement and felt his fingertips running on my body. I turned my head and was pressed by his lips.

"Sorry for waking you up," he said.

I shook my head, but before I fully regained consciousness, under his caress, I muttered, "What time is it?"

"Five o'clock." He whispered in my ear.

In yet another agitation, I fully woke up, rolled over and kissed him.

The sky outside the window was a little bright, and we lay flat together, holding hands and looking at the ceiling.

"It's time to get up." His voice was full of reluctance.

"Are you going first or am I going first?" I asked.

"Let's do it together." He smiled.

"Okay, I'll count one, two, three. One, two, three!"

The two jumped out of bed.

Before walking out of the room, he kissed me repeatedly, reluctantly.

We had breakfast at the fast food restaurant outside the hotel. We talked a lot less along the way, and his brows and eyes were full of gloom, as if he was suffering from being imprisoned in the black again.

On the train home, I kept looking out the window and he kept looking at me.I was tormented by this dull feeling, and I was determined not to let this relationship continue.None of us can save anyone, and there will be no result after all.

"I really want to hug you again." We returned to the gate of the museum, he said, there was still residual happiness in the gloom on his face.

"Let's save it for next time." I smiled at him tenderly, thinking to myself that next time maybe there will really be only the next life.

"You're sure to call me?" he asked again.

"Okay, sure." I nodded, but didn't say what I promised him.

Saying goodbye to each other with a smile, I turned and walked away.

The sun was still bright, and the warmth made me flustered. After walking for a while, I stopped and looked back, he was still watching me off, his depression made me even more flustered.I stopped looking back, picked up my pace, and finally turned into a run.

The author has something to say:

Sunny afternoon, long railway lines,

The pavement under the street lamp, the theater at night.

Under the faint light of the black and white TV, his face lost the trace of time.
