Wizard and Siren

Chapter 8 Punishment

Tom was running in the woods. He estimated that he had run far away from the Black Lake, so he stopped slowly.

"There is no way to escape, you little bastard," Korko quickly caught up with him, "Please beg for mercy, if you beg for mercy, I will spare you!"

He turned around and stared straight at Korko, his expression seemed completely different from the bewildered one before.Tom walked towards Korko step by step, and the latter suddenly felt a great pressure.

"Let's have a chat, Senior Borinkeroff." A red light flashed in Tom's eyes.

Korko felt his armpits and back were soaked with sweat, especially when Tom said his name, feeling the wick of a viper brushing his ankles.

He said nothing, just gripped his wand tightly. However, in the depths of this dense forest occupied by darkness, this move only revealed the timidity in his heart.

"You've been targeting me since last semester." Tom stopped in front of him. "Let me think about it. Rumors, homework changes, and a few little jinxes in my room...I didn't miss it." What? It's a pity that it didn't work."

"I can't understand what you are saying." Korkao was a little flustered.

"It doesn't matter if you don't understand. Anyway, I don't expect to prove anything from you. But it's not fair to just play with you all the time. I want to get my happiness back!"

Tom suddenly cast a curse with sharp eyes, and Colcot suddenly felt a sharp pain in his right knee, as if he had been stung by a poisonous scorpion, forcing him to kneel down.

"You bastard—" He wanted to cast a spell to fight back, but the same feeling came from his right arm, and he screamed and fell to the ground.

"Professor Slughorn finally chose me to make the potion, which aggravated your jealousy, and finally forced you to jump over the wall." Tom stepped on Korko's head, "What a ridiculous jealousy !"

"You must be cheating! Tom! I obviously...I obviously put..."

"Obviously what?" Tom sneered and knelt down next to Korko, "You destroyed my materials, so you know I can't be in the potions class, well, what did I say... oh, in potions The classroom cut mackerel eyes for a week. But my work still won you, and you must be wondering why."

"You must have played something! There must be something on the other side of the Black Lake! The necklace I picked up on the shore is the evidence! I will tell the principal! You will be expelled!..." Korko said with great difficulty , because the leather shoes on his head added a little more force.

"Think what you want, dear senior. As I said, it doesn't matter whether you understand or not. But it's not me who is leaving school, but you." Tom pretended to be thinking, "I want to try it first. What is the taste of a spell? You don't get that kind of opportunity in the classroom."

"No, how dare you—" Korko's eyes widened in horror.Tom was nothing but a fool who used his face to please women, and only his stupid sister would take it.He wanted to resist, but the curse in his legs and arms made him completely incapable of resisting.

At this moment, Tom Riddle, who was two grades younger than him, was giving him an unprecedented sense of despair with indescribable strength and cruelty.

"Then first—"

Korko saw a frightening red light appear on the tip of Tom's wand.

"Drill the heart and gouge out the bone!"

Isabella collapsed on the shore exhausted.

She didn't know how long she struggled, but she still couldn't move half a meter away from the black lake.

She was now desperate to know what had become of Tom, and whether the dangerous man had hurt him.She was so worried and frightened that she couldn't help crawling to the bank at the thought of losing him.

A few scales were scattered in the water, her hands were covered with mud, and there were several abrasions on her arms.

But all this became insignificant when Tom staggered out of the woods.

"It's all right, Isabella." Tom held her gently in his arms. "I drove that man away. He can never hurt you again."

"You're hurt," Isa said weakly.

"Don't worry about it." He chanted the spell, a soft light flashed, and those bruises and abrasions slowly disappeared.

She was lying in Tom's arms, her eyes were sad, like a mist, "Salazar is gone. I'm afraid you will leave me in the end."

Isa suddenly grabbed Tom's arm tightly, and opened her clear blue eyes, "Tom, I don't want... I don't want you to be hurt again... When necessary, the siren's tears, my tears, can be Heal all wounds..."

"But I never want you to cry." Tom patted Isabella on the back, gently comforting her still in shock.
