[hp] That Slytherin I've seen

Chapter 55 The Finale

"Sugar! Harry!"

Penelope held a box full of Floo powder and asked the two children to grab some Floo powder. "Come on, we're going home."

Today is Christmas, and Severus has already gone back to prepare ahead of time. Penelope specially asked the house elves from Hogwarts to make some dishes. After all, the house elves are better at cooking than any of them. many!

There were already three men busy in the house, and Sirius was decorating the Christmas tree, humming Christmas carols while hanging the lights on the tree, "I think there is still a star missing here."

He thought for a moment, then with a wave of his wand, he brought Penelope's Christmas wreath over the door to the top of the tree.

Penelope led the children out of the fireplace, Sugar greeted Sirius and Lupine cheerfully, and finally threw himself into Severus' arms and spat him some saliva.

"Mom! Can I wear the new dress Sirius bought me now?"

"Okay, you go to the bedroom to change."

Penelope replied as she put the packaged food on the plate, and she handed the turkey to Severus, "This one needs to be roasted a little longer."

Severus put the turkey on the plate, arranged the fresh vegetables skillfully, and separated the pudding and cake into different plates.

Harry was arranging presents with Lupin, most of those gifts were for Harry and Sugar, and boxes, big and small, surrounded the Christmas tree.

After changing into a new dress, Sugar walked around the living room triumphantly. She tilted her head and asked, "Do I look good?"

The next moment she was hugged by Sirius and turned around, he praised: "You are the most beautiful in the world, my little princess."

"Sirius, I must remind you that her last name is Snape."

An open kitchen, Severus emphasized aloud.

Lupine also rolled up his sleeves and joined the kitchen, but his clumsiness was completely disgusted by Severus, "That bowl is for Sugar to drink oatmeal."

"That's Harry's, don't you see the lion on it?"

"I don't think pudding needs such a big plate."

Penelope also changed into her dress, a red dress with a Christmas vibe.

When all the dishes were ready, Sirius moved the plates to the table with his wand, while Penelope filled the wine glasses for everyone, and when the New Year's bell struck, the glasses touched together.

"Merry Christmas!"

"Mom, can I open the presents?"

Sugar looked at the gift box under Christmas, and poked the cake on the plate absent-mindedly.

Penelope helped her wipe the cream off her mouth: "Go, but only your own!"

Sugar nodded, slid off his chair, and walked briskly towards the Christmas tree.

"Aunt Pepe, I'm going too!"

Saying so, Harry also ran towards the Christmas tree.

The actions of the two children made Penelope a little curious about her gift. She pulled La Severus's robe and asked him, "What did you prepare for me? Could it be a potion?"

"Of course not." Severus forked a piece of chicken into his mouth, "You can look forward to it."

Penelope didn't want to look forward to it, she made a face at Severus and simply went to the Christmas tree too.

Sugar was unpacking the gift Severus had given her, and she opened the heavy box expectantly, and saw a potions book as thick as a brick.

Sugar: "...Can I pretend I didn't see it?"

Harry smiled gloatingly, "No, Sugar."

Sugar made a bitter face instantly, "I'd better take apart the one Sirius gave me first... I think my mother might give me a history book."

Harry was also opening presents, but he was clearly calm when he saw the potions book, which was thicker than Sugar's.

Penelope also picked out a long and narrow box, which was the same as gift boxes in previous years, usually containing potions with various functions.

She rolled her eyes, unwrapped it without any expectation, and opened the box.

"necklace!?"

"Ah."

Severus walked behind her at some point, picked up the necklace and helped her put it on, "I saw it at the exchange meeting in the United States last time."

Penelope turned around and looked up, "Professor Snape knows how to go out now, remember to buy a gift for his wife?"

"Actually, there are children." Severus looked at Harry and Sugar, "but their gift is the potion book."

Penelope grinned gloatingly, and she wrapped her arms around Severus' neck, leaning forward to give him a kiss.

"Your Christmas present."

"I thought my Christmas present was in the bedroom?"

"Oh, Xiao Pei, maybe you still remember that there are two singles here?"

Sirius exaggeratedly said, he swung the goblet, and returned to the Gryffindor grass that fascinated thousands of girls.

Lupine smiled. "One, to be precise."

Sirius turned around in surprise, "You betrayed our organization?"

"Actually, we don't have any organization." Lupine raised his eyebrows. "We are members of the Order of the Phoenix. We were just together."

"Congratulations." Penelope clinked glasses with him.

Sirius was muttering in a low voice: "I also want to see if there are any single young women in the Order of the Phoenix..."

After Christmas, life returned to its usual calm. Sugar no longer followed Penelope and Severus to Hogwarts. She also started going to school, but it was a Muggle school.

And during the holidays, she also enjoyed the treatment that Harry and Draco used to have: Severus Snape, the contemporary master of potions, personally enlightened her on potions.

Severus felt that his daughter should have inherited his talent.

Sugar didn't disappoint him, after all she'd been reciting Severus' herbal songs since she was a child.

Penelope said it was amazing. She bit a lollipop and watched her daughter look at Severus with admiration, and couldn't help shaking her head, "It seems that my daughter is still up to you."

"Your personality is up to you." Severus took time out of his busy schedule to answer her.

Although Penelope didn't want to admit it, Sugar's learning ability was much better than hers, especially in potions.

Harry's third year finally had nothing messed up, the aura of the savior on him slowly faded, and he began to enjoy campus life like an ordinary student.

Penelope also bumped into him kissing Hermione in the hallway.

Penelope shook her head, she and Severus had never held hands in third year! The speed of young people is fast...

The love between Lupine and Tonks also came naturally. They got married in the summer and specially invited Sugar to be their flower girl.

Harry has also been to Godric's Hollow. He put a bouquet of flowers on his parents' grave and told about him over the years, but he didn't cry, which disappointed Penelope.

She was still waiting for Harry to act like a spoiled child to her!

In the fourth year, Dumbledore announced the resumption of the Triwizard Tournament, and in this year, Penelope also took over the position of head of Hufflepuff from Professor Sprite.

The way Durmstrang and Beauxbaton's students entered the arena was shocking. At least Penelope saw that Harry almost choked on juice when Beauxbaton entered the arena, which made Hermione couldn't help pinching hit him.

On the eve of registration for the Triwizard Tournament, Penelope specifically asked Harry to give up some unrealistic ideas: such as using an aging agent to put his name in it.

But Harry obviously calmed down a lot. He said, "Aunt Pepe, I'm not a first-year kid anymore."

Penelope: "You're a fourth-grade brat now."

Harry: "..."

The participants of the Triwizard Tournament were quickly selected, and the one for Hogwarts was Penelope's favorite Hufflepuff prefect—Cedric.

On the eve of the Triwizard Tournament, Hogwarts also held a dance. Penelope prepared a black dress with gold embroidery for Harry. After all, Harry has learned from Severus now, and the clothes Almost all black.

And Sugar is also clamoring to go, her reason is: I will definitely see a lot of handsome men and women today!

Penelope couldn't help wondering who Sugar's face control was following. She tugged on La Severus's sleeve and asked him, "Did you like me because I was good-looking?"

"..." Severus found that Penelope always liked to ask him childish questions, but he was patient enough to answer them: "Part of the reason is, but..."

Penelope didn't listen to the words that followed. She hugged her chest and shook her head: "I didn't expect it, Severus! I was only five years old! You actually coveted my beauty!"

Severus: "…"

What else could he say, he could only hold Penelope in his arms, so that she could not say more amazing things by the way.

The dance began. First, there were three students who represented the college in the Triwizard Tournament. Penelope held her chin and couldn't help but exclaimed, "It's nice to be young."

Severus shot her a sideways look: "You're young, too."

Harry's partner was Hermione, they looked like a perfect match, and Draco...

and many more!

Penelope pointed to the pink figure and asked, "How did Draco dance with Sugar?"

Severus frowned, he watched his daughter and Draco holding hands and turning around on the dance floor, as if to cater to the little girl, Draco did not use the traditional dance steps, but bent down and hugged Sugar and turned around lock up.

Penelope thought about it very openly, after all, Sugar liked Draco's face very much since he was a child, maybe one day he saw the one he liked more and ran away.

She shook Severus' arm, "Come dance with me."

She wore a long black dress specially today, just to match Severus' robe.

Severus hesitated for a moment, but stood up and walked in front of her, bent down, and stretched out his hand to her: "Mrs. Snape, may I invite you to a dance?"

Penelope put her hand on Severus's and curled her mouth: "It's an honor."
