Time has passed in a blink of an eye. Genichiro Sanada and Kunimitsu Tezuka have been living in Dema Town for almost half a month. The house of Granny Ade’s house is half built. I heard from the old man Gu Ren that the general frame of the house will soon be it will be done.

During the day, Sanada and Tezuka would go to Granny Ade’s house to help, and Granny Ade would provide them with two meals and occasionally send them some dried meat. At night, they would return to the house of their second family. Ningbu would bring the children over to play with Sanada, probably because he got along with the children a lot, and Sanada actually learned a few words of the local dialect.

The two seem to be getting more and more familiar with the life here. According to Sanada, when they first came to the plateau, they would still be uncomfortable due to altitude sickness. Now, apart from occasionally teaching the children how to play tennis, Sanada and Tezuka will also be at the door every day. Playing tennis on the simple court, Ningbu was very pleasantly surprised when he knew that Tezuka could play tennis. Sometimes when Sanada was unwilling to teach him how to play tennis, he would pester Tezuka for guidance.

One day in July, Sanada and Tezuka finished their meal in the morning and were about to go to Granny Ade’s house when they saw that Ningbu had already brought Raba and Sam over. Tezuka saw that they were all wearing bright traditional clothes. , and asked, "Is today a special day?"

Raba shook his head and said solemnly: "Today is the birthday of the Bodhisattva. The house of Granny Ade's house is closed. They all went to pray for blessings. Granny Ade asked us to take you along."

Tezuka Kunimitsu heard that even the house was temporarily closed because of participating in the blessing event. He knew that this event was very important to the local people. He turned his head and looked at Sanada; "They are all going to participate in the blessing event, do you want to go together?"

Genichiro Sanada had no objection, for him, as long as he was with Tezuka, it didn't matter where he went.

Seeing that Sanada agreed, Tezuka rubbed Laba's hair and said, "Thank you for inviting us, we are very willing to participate."

The temple where I participated in the blessing was about an hour away from Tsering’s house. When the children arrived with Sanada and Tezuka, they could hear the sound of chanting from the temple after a long distance. That temple is typical It is a Tibetan-style building, and when you enter it, you can see people piously kneeling in front of the Bodhisattva statue and chanting sutras. Seeing the scene in front of them, Sanada and Tezuka also kneel quietly behind.

The whole chanting ceremony lasted for a long time. After it was over, Ningbu said to Sanada and Tezuka: "The Living Buddha will give a lecture later, are you going to listen to it?"

Although I know that this living Buddha is respected by people, the children prefer to have fun compared to those half-understood scriptures, especially since they met these two people, they have learned a lot of new things, so the children are very willing to be with Tezuka and the others. Ningbu said, "There is a fairy tree in the temple, and now it grows a lot of fairy fruits. Let me show you."

Seeing the eager eyes of the children, Tezuka Kunimitsu couldn't bear to refuse for a while, but for some reason, now he wanted to meet the living Buddha even more, and he said to Sanada: "You and Ningbu and the others are going to visit the temple. Mother-in-law is going to listen to the teaching of the Living Buddha."

Genichiro Sanada was a little puzzled. He didn't remember that Tezuka was interested in religion, so he asked directly: "Can you understand the teachings of the Living Buddha?"

Tezuka ignored Sanada, and went directly to the inner hall with Granny Ade and his party.

Tezuka was a little surprised when he saw the living Buddha. He thought the living Buddha was very old, but he didn't expect that he was only in his 40s and [-]s. He also looked very gentle, which was completely different from what he imagined.

Seeing him looking directly at the Living Buddha, Granny Ade next to him glared at him and said in dialect: "You can't look at the Living Buddha so rudely."

Although Tezuka couldn't understand Granny Ade's words, he could probably guess what she meant. He knelt down silently, and according to Granny Ade's intention, he bowed his head to listen to the living Buddha's lecture.

When the living Buddha was speaking, the entire inner hall was silent, maybe it was Tezuka’s illusion. Even though he could not understand the content of the living Buddha’s teaching, the deep voice of the living Buddha made him feel very peaceful. Yupei, closed her eyes and listened to the long Sanskrit sound silently.

After the Living Buddha preached, everyone bowed down in front of the Living Buddha to receive blessings. Tezuka thought he was not as pious as them, so he stood alone in the distance and waited for Sanada. After a while, Sanada brought Ningbu and the others back. Seeing the blessing from the Living Buddha, the eyes of the children lit up, and their faces were full of longing. Tezuka said to them; "Hurry up and accept the blessing from the Living Buddha."

Seeing the children running over happily, Tezuka Kunimitsu couldn't help showing a softness on his face, Sanada felt Tezuka's good mood, he looked at Tezuka and asked, "Did anything happy happen today? "

Tezuka didn't answer his question, but instead asked, "Xianichiro, are you happy?"

Sanada was stunned for a moment. In his impression, Tezuka would never ask such emotional questions. He paused, looked deeply into Tezuka's eyes, and then said seriously: "With you, I feel very happy every day. satisfy."

Such an answer is the highest compliment for a lover. The corners of Tezuka Kunimitsu's lips rose slightly, and his eyes were tender.

After the blessing activities in the temple were over, Sanada and Tezuka greeted Granny Ade and prepared to go back. Unexpectedly, when they arrived at the gate of the temple, a young monk ran over to stop them and spoke in unproficient Mandarin. Said: "The Living Buddha would like to invite you to have a cup of tea."

Tezuka was a little surprised. He didn't know when the Living Buddha noticed him. He pushed his glasses and asked, "I don't know if the Living Buddha said anything about it."

The little monk shook his head, Tezuka and Sanada looked at each other, and were about to go into the inner hall to meet the Living Buddha, but the little monk stopped them again, and said to Tezuka with a embarrassed face: "The Living Buddha said that he saw you alone. Woolen cloth."

Tezuka turned his head and said to Sanada, "You wait for me outside first."

Genichiro Sanada was full of displeasure, and said, "Is there something so mysterious that even I can't listen to it?"

Tezuka Kunimitsu said lightly: "Even if you follow along, it's useless, anyway, you don't understand."

Sanada was almost choked by Tezuka's words. He stared at Tezuka, unable to speak for a while, and secretly thought in his heart, it seems that it is necessary to learn the language of this country.

When Sanada came back to his senses, Tezuka had followed the little monk into the inner hall. Although Sanada was dissatisfied, he had to wait outside.

Tezuka entered the inner hall, which was probably the Living Buddha's living room. The room was cleaned up very cleanly. After the young monk brought him in, he left first.

The living Buddha in the room looked up at him, smiled slightly, and said to him, "Sit down, the buttered tea has just been made."

Tezuka thanked him, sat down in front of him, and asked, "I don't know what the Living Buddha wants from me?"

The Living Buddha smiled again. He looked at Tezuka and said, "I accidentally saw you far away, so I want to invite you to have a cup of tea."

After finishing speaking, he handed the tea bowl in his hand to Tezuka, lit another incense stick, sat opposite Tezuka, and concentrated on drinking butter tea.

Tezuka looked at the peaceful monk in front of him, he didn't know if he invited him here, if he really just invited him to have a cup of tea, but the living Buddha didn't say anything, so Tezuka didn't speak, he pushed He glanced at his glasses, and took a sip of the bowl of buttered tea.

The smell of buttered tea filled the whole room, and the tea bowl was about to bottom out. Tezuka raised his head, recalling the jade pendant with two dragons, and said to the living Buddha in front of him, "I heard that the living Buddha is knowledgeable about the past and the present, and I would like to ask you to identify something. "

After finishing speaking, he handed the Shuanglong jade pendant to the living Buddha, and said: "I got this jade pendant by chance a few years ago. The seller said that the original dragon and phoenix jade pendant was carved into a double dragon jade pendant because of a mistake made by an ancient craftsman. I just don’t know why, but I always think there seems to be another story.”

The living Buddha took the jade pendant, and he looked at it carefully for a moment with the light from the window. His originally gentle face gradually became serious. When Tezuka saw it, he stretched out his index finger and pushed up his glasses, and asked calmly: " Living Buddha, I don't know what is the origin of this jade pendant?"

The living Buddha looked at the jade pendant that had been divided into two pieces on his palm, and said, "This jade pendant is an ominous thing, but I don't know how it fell into your hands."

Tezuka frowned, this jade pendant meant a lot to him, but now it was said to be ominous, he was naturally a little unhappy. The Living Buddha looked at Tezuka, thought for a long time, and told him the story of the jade pendant. He said: "In ancient times, the dragon Kunze and Mengxi guarded the Xianghe River. These two dragons were brothers born from the same egg. But they fell in love with each other and gave birth to a dragon son. Because the two of them violated human relations, they were directly beaten back to their original forms by the goddess and locked in Gouge Mountain."

Tezuka Kunimitsu knew it. Simply put, it was the story of two male dragons giving birth against the sky and then being punished. It's just why those two dragons appeared on this jade pendant again, and how did the Living Buddha in front of him determine that these two dragons were Kunze and Mengxi?

The Living Buddha muttered a few words, and said: "This jade pendant should not have been carved in the first place, it is better to discard it as soon as possible."

Tezuka Kunimitsu silently put away his jade pendant, and said: "Thank you Living Buddha, but I have worn this jade pendant for many years, and nothing has happened to it. It seems that it has nothing to do with Shenlong."

Seeing that he didn't believe it, the Living Buddha sighed lightly and said nothing.

Tezuka drank all the buttered tea and said to the living Buddha, "The living Buddha's buttered tea is very mellow, I should go."

The Living Buddha sent him to the door, and he said to Tezuka: "If one day, you don't want this jade pendant, please send him to me."

Tezuka looked at the Living Buddha, this jade pendant is such an important thing to him, why would he not want it?

After saying goodbye to the Living Buddha, Tezuka left the inner courtyard of the temple, but when he went out, Sanada was nowhere to be seen.

The author has something to say: Don’t take the story of Shenlong seriously~
