Batman is here, but my dad isn't.

As the owner of Wayne Manor, my dad did something like this...

"Forgive Master Bruce for his rudeness, Mr. Batman." Alfred nodded to Batman, "I have persuaded him."

The latter sentence was addressed to me, and Alfred evidently saw my thoughts, and he shared my opinion.

It's a bit impolite for the host to run out when he knows that there are guests coming, but when I think of my dad's reputation outside, I feel a little normal.

Batman also nodded to Alfred, expressing that he didn't mind.

How do you feel that Batman is a taciturn character?

I observed Batman openly, from the unknown instrument at his feet to the uniform on his body, to his height—is he taller than my dad?

Or maybe it's the pointy ears on Batman's helmet that visually trick me.

But the tabloids say that Batman is more than two meters tall, has a rough and hoarse voice, has fists the size of sandbags, and has fierce eyes that can stop children from crying at night.

Although it looks a little taller than my dad now, it is a little shorter than I imagined.

"This is an instrument for detecting unknown energy." Batman took out something that looked a bit like a metal detector, and when the instrument swept over me, there was a "beep beep" sound.

"So does this mean that there is unknown energy?" I asked, pointing to the instrument that was flashing red lights and making sounds.

He nodded, then motioned for me to stand up straight with my arms outstretched.

I just watched him scan my body with what looked like a metal detector.

Just, how should I put it.

Dream back to the college entrance examination and enter the examination room.

It can't be said that they are irrelevant, only that they are exactly the same.

Candidate Yi Ruth, invigilator Batman.

Maybe I'll have to show Batman an admission ticket or something that can be used as identification to prove that I'm Yi Ruth herself.

Well, I really don't blame my imagination - it's really similar.

I turned around in response to Batman's detection, and then he turned back with his hands on my shoulders.

Yi Ruth salted fish turned around and failed.

Batman parked the instrument on my head, right in front of the eyes.

The instruments play a little louder here than elsewhere.

"Does this mean that my eyes have a lot of unknown energy?" I didn't move, and asked obediently.

"Have you ever been exposed to anything unusual?" Batman didn't answer me, he asked a question I thought he already knew.

Just kidding, did my dad call Batman over and tell him nothing?

"Maybe, um... the mirror?" I said weakly.

"I didn't feel anything the first time I touched it the second time, and then I felt a coolness coming from the mirror when I touched it again." I honestly confessed, "The coolness spread to the whole body, I shivered, and then I saw that ...uh, the ghost with the puppet."

I tilted my head back a little, staring at the exposed part of Batman's helmet.

Out of the corner of my eye, I seemed to see something approaching rapidly.

Before I could raise my voice, Batman turned his head vigilantly.

He scanned his surroundings, and the detector in his hand screamed frantically.

And from my point of view...

He and the ghost were almost face to face.

It is the level that will scare ordinary people to death.

Batman acted like he could see the thing, and he took a step back and came over to me.

"What did you see?" from Batman is nothing like a question.

"I saw what I just told you." I paused, and then added: "Just now I was kissing you face to face."

Batman was silent for a moment, probably thinking, I saw his mouth pursed.

Then he took out from his belt a small glass bottle containing some transparent liquid in a way that I couldn't understand.

"Where is it?" Batman asked.

"One meter away from one o'clock." I said.

He decisively opened the bottle cap and poured the liquid inside to that place.

The puppet in the old woman's hand let out a scream, and they disappeared in place.

A small plume of black smoke rose from where they disappeared.

"This is... holy water?" I looked at the empty glass bottle in Batman's hand and guessed.

He nodded and put away the bottle in his hand.

"Involving spiritual power, I will find someone to deal with it." He said, "There is obviously something wrong with your mirror, and I need to test it."

I nodded, Batman's request is reasonable, there is nothing to refuse, but—"Is it tested here? Or do you want to take it away?"

"There's no full inspection here," he said.

The implication is to take it away.

"It's okay to take it away, but this mirror is an antique and quite expensive." I blinked, "In exchange, can you help me find out where the car I lost this morning is?"

"Report."

"I reported it to the police, but they don't seem to be very efficient in finding things. You have more channels, right?" I am obsessed with this car that I lost.

If Batman doesn't say yes... well I can't do anything.

Fortunately, he agreed.

I gave him the license plate number of the missing vehicle and went upstairs to give him the gift box with the mirror.

He took the testing instrument and scanned the gift box, and as expected, a beep sounded.

"The function of the energy in your body is unknown and the harm is unknown. For the time being, it can be determined that it is of the same origin as this mirror. I will ask Wayne to prepare holy water for you. I will notify Wayne of the result of the inspection."

Inexplicably, I heard something like an old father's exhortation from Batman's throat cancer voice.

Help, it really is too much pressure, right?

-

Batman took the mirror to the watchtower, and today's watchtower schedule is Wonder Woman, Flash and Cyborg on duty.

"B? Why are you here?" Superman, who shouldn't be here, walked towards him.

"I was on shift with Flash, and he said he wanted to be on duty with Lantern." Before Batman could ask, he explained.

"I'm looking for Wonder Woman," Batman said.

"Bruce? Are you looking for me?" Wonder Woman, who was cueed by Batman, passed by and heard.

"Yes." He passed the box in his hand, "There is something here, it has a strange energy, and someone saw a ghost after touching it."

Wonder Woman took the gift box and felt it: "I seem to feel the power from the underworld."

She opened the box and placed the mirror face down inside.

"It does have the breath of the other shore." She picked up the mirror and turned the front of the mirror around.

"Huh?" Wonder Woman looked at the mirror in surprise: "It can't reflect my figure, which is really interesting."

"What?" Superman poked his head over to look. "It's showing me...?"

"I'm not sure what its power is, I can only say that I don't feel any danger from it." She put the mirror back into the box, "Constantine is familiar with these, you can ask him."

"But he doesn't know where he has been recently, and it may be a bit difficult to contact him." Wonder Woman said.

"I'll contact Zatanna," Batman said.

"It's a mirror that can communicate yin and yang." Zatanna said in the video, "The mysterious power from the east can only be reflected on the dead or those who have been infected with the breath of death. Superman is the latter."

"One more thing." Batman paused, "Two uninvited guests came to Wayne Manor, and Louise can see it because of this mirror."

"Understood." Zatanna showed a smile: "I happened to be near Gotham recently, and I will use teleportation magic to take a look tonight."

"By the way, I miss Alfred's Cookies."
