Thousands of mountains are always pits

Chapter 16 Writers and Characters

The author wrote a sad story.

In the story, the city is dilapidated, the prosperity and decline are gone, the queen falls from the high seat, and the mud rises from the dust.

Those who have everything lose everything, and those who have nothing have nothing to say.

At the moment of ending the story, the author cried.

No reason, no symptoms.

She didn't know why she was crying, just as she didn't know why she had written such a sad story out of a cheerful outline.

Manuscript paper is scattered like petals, and the author sees a piece of ink in the endless blank space.

Ink is a name.

Queen's name.

According to the setting, the queen can find the one she loves in the end, and her lover sits in a high position, overlooking all living beings with her.

The characters in the story are not just characters, they have their own vivid lives.

A writer is just a recorder.

So the writer understands that, as a recorder and a bystander, she does not want to see the Queen have such an ending.

If the previous direction is followed, the queen will always stay in the world inside the paper and will never belong to her.

Like Pygmalion, she fell in love with her characters.

Out of possession, out of jealousy, out of greed, she would rather destroy everything the queen owns than let her own others.

What did she get?

A tragic story, a lonely character.

What did the queen get?

A painful memory, a dark shadow.

The writer stared at the manuscript paper and smiled contentedly.

In the following story, she helps the queen to put the sinners into hell, and she embraces the queen in her lonely arms.

She is the only one who will not betray the queen, she swears, she is loyal, as long as the queen is willing, she can write countless failures of those hostile people.

She allowed the queen to regain the world, she allowed the queen to avenge her hatred, she made the queen hate everything, and she had nothing to love.

Later, the writer finally couldn't bear it, and at the end of the second volume, the Queen saw the truth of the world.

What is the truth?

The truth is, the wheel of fortune rolls on unseen.

Truth is nothingness.

The truth is there.

Then, the queen disappeared from the manuscript paper, and the door of the room created by the writer was quietly pushed open——

"I see you at last, my love."
