Xuanzang walked up to the pig demon that had already been cleaned, and looked at the other side's small movements of shrugging his head and shoulders with cold eyes: "Stand up straight!"

Zhu Gangli straightened his waist by reflex, and stood on the top of the mountain with his nine-tooth nail rake in one hand, more nervous than when he just became an immortal and went to the Nantian Gate.

Xuanzang walked around him a few times, making sure that he didn't have any smell on him, and then continued: "If you want to enter my door, you have to break up with the lady of the Gao family, and you have to get rid of five meat and three hates, and get rid of evil spirits." Anyway, would you like to?"

"May I wish, Master, I have already accepted the precepts of the Bodhisattva. In my father-in-law's house, I am a vegetarian and never eat meat."

For the sake of his sincerity, Xuanzang reluctantly nodded and accepted him temporarily.

"This is your senior brother, Wukong. Since you want to go to the west with us, the demon name you used before can no longer be used. I will give you a new name. Your senior brother is called Wukong, and from now on you will be called Wu Neng."

"Thank you, Master! By the way, Master! Wu Neng will listen to you from now on!"

Zhu Ganglu, whose name was changed to Wu Neng, knelt down on his knees, kowtowed his head, and proudly stood in front of Wu Kong, carrying his rake on his back, and whispered to his ears: "Master looks cold, and he is quite easy to talk to."

Wukong was also surprised by Xuanzang's good attitude today, the three came down from Fuling Mountain, and the white dragon horse was still gnawing grass by the stream far away, waiting for them to come back.

Xuanzang returned to the farmhouse where he stayed yesterday, washed his face and changed into clean clothes, opened the diary, wrote something to the other party without saying a word, and then closed it.

Wu Neng, who just became an apprentice, actively put all the luggage in the house neatly into the box, and then picked it up with a pole.

He was eight feet tall, two full heads taller than Xuanzang, carrying the two suitcases on the shoulder pole, standing outside the door with ease and waiting for someone.

Wukong squatted on the bamboo fence, caught a glimpse of him out of the corner of his eye, and felt that what Chen Wei said was right.

This pig is indeed very suitable for carrying luggage. With his joining, the white dragon horse can run faster.

After the three of them tidied up, Mr. Gao had heard the news, put on new clothes early in the morning, and ordered someone to prepare an incense table and rice dumpling banquet to reward the eminent monks of the Tang Dynasty.

Gao Taigong was at the banquet again, and after learning that the monster son-in-law was going to the west with the eminent monk of the Tang Dynasty to learn Buddhist scriptures, he happily prepared a lot of money for them. After being rejected, he gave Wu Neng, who has now changed his name, a pair of new shoes , a new coat, and watched them leave without looking back, and then asked people to close the door.

Chen Wei woke up while eating dinner. The person who opened his eyes looked at the campfire in front of him, yawned and looked around.

A pig and a monkey sat on his left and right respectively, and the white dragon horse lay behind him to shield him from the wind.

Wukong, who was baking pancakes, turned his head first, took a look at him, and took the initiative to help him bring the luggage over and hand it to him.

"Where are we?" Chen Wei took the luggage over and opened the diary without forgetting to ask.

"Already beyond the border of Nawusi Tibet, Wu Neng said that there is Mount Futu in front of us."

While listening to his speech, Chen Wei looked down at the contents of the diary.

There is only one sentence on it.

Xuanzang wrote: "You have something to hide from me."

Chen Wei turned to the next page, which was empty.

This person only wrote him this sentence from the beginning to the end.

The person holding the diary suddenly felt guilty, poked the monkey beside him with his index finger, held the diary and handed it under his eyelids: "My lord, do you think he means to be angry?"

Wukong scanned the line with his eyeballs that had been refined by the alchemy furnace, and nodded firmly and firmly: "That's right, it's exactly what you think."

After finishing speaking, he told him about the man waking up in the morning, especially after the other party woke up, he directly accepted Wu Neng as an apprentice without saying a word, and then got up and took them away from Gao Lao Village. Nothing else was mentioned, and the atmosphere was quiet and gloomy throughout.

After listening to the description of the great sage, Chen Wei covered his head with some headaches and thought, how can this be coaxed.

The next day Xuanzang woke up on his horseback again. The man sitting on the horseback looked at the surrounding green pines and green peaches, green willows and red cherry blossoms, and felt that the clothes in front of him were bulging a bit abnormally.

He reached out and touched it, felt the texture of the book, and pulled it out to find that it was his diary.

Inside, Chen Wei wrote on the latest page: "Wu Neng was given to us as apprentices by the Bodhisattva. I assure you, we will not take in casual apprentices in the future."

The man on horseback closed the diary calmly, put it back in the luggage behind him, and walked among the mountains and rivers. There are all kinds of weeds, green water flowing down the stream, and auspicious clouds on the cliffs. Xuanzang saw an incense tree in front of him. Under the tree, there were elk offering flowers on the left and mountain monkeys offering peaches on the right. On the top of the tree, there were green luan, colorful phoenix singing, and black crane and golden pheasant dancing.

Xuanzang looked at the peaceful beauty of this place, pulled the reins, stopped on the half-mountain road and looked at that place: "Wukong, go up and have a look."

"Master, that's the place of Zen Master Wuchao."

Wu Neng squeezed over with his luggage. The ugly proboscis on his big face was gone, but the big ears were still there. He looked like a fat middle-aged man.

"Zen Master Wuchao has a little bit of Taoism. Before the Bodhisattva came to persuade me to save me, he wanted to persuade me to practice with him. In the end, Laozhu was still with Second Sister Egg. How could he think of such a thing."

Zen Master Wuchao, who was practicing cross-legged on the tree nest, heard someone talking under his feet, and opened his eyes to look down.

Seeing the Buddha's light radiating from below, Zen Master Wuchao was surprised and took a closer look at the person in the center of the Buddha's light.

"Eh? This isn't the Zhu Gang mane on Mount Fuling. How did you get here? Where did this holy monk come from?"

Seeing Zhu Gangman standing among the crowd, Zen Master Wuchao jumped down from the tree as if he had found a topic all of a sudden, and walked up to the three of them briskly.

A slender and thin face looked at the three people in front of him, at the monkey with hair on its head for a while, and at the pig ganglua who had turned into a human.

Finally, he carefully looked at the man covered with Buddha's light sitting on the white horse in the middle, and put his palms together in worship: "Old Zen Master Wuchao, I don't know where the holy monk came from, and where is he going?"

Xuanzang got off his horse and clasped his hands together, "Come from the Tang Dynasty and go to the west."

"Good! Good!"

Zen Master Wuchao was overjoyed and invited them to take a rest under the tree where he practiced.

When Xuanzang walked under the tree, the psychic mountain monkeys and elk all moved their heads curiously. Smelling the Buddha's light scattered around the monk, they couldn't help getting closer.

Zen Master Wuchao sat on the ground casually. After seeing this scene, he stroked the beard on his chin, "The holy monk is going to the Western Paradise, and the journey is far away. The old Taoist here has a volume of multi-heart sutra. I wonder if the holy monk is willing to learn it?"

"What's the use of learning?"

Faced with the practice of the Heart Sutra that everyone wants, the monk who is in a bad mood is particularly indifferent.

Being humiliated by others, Zen Master Wuchao was not angry, and pointed at the monkey that was about to climb up on his head with a smile; "The Buddha's light on the holy monk will attract many demons, even if it is an animal with enlightened wisdom , will also be affected, as long as you follow me to learn this many heart sutras, if you encounter demonic obstacles, but recite this sutra, there will be no harm."

Zen Master Wuchao said again: "The old Taoist has practiced for 300 years, and this is the tenth time he has seen such a Buddha's light on a mortal. He also taught the first nine monks this set of Heart Sutras. It doesn't matter if the holy monks don't want to."

As he said this, Xuanzang raised his eyes and looked at the old Taoist in front of him: "Then how are the nine monks in front doing after learning this set of Heart Sutras?"

"I don't know. It's been a long time. You may die or you may become a Buddha. The old Taoist only knows that the nine monks passed by me. During the thousand and three hundred years, no one has ever turned back."

When Xuanzang heard about it, he got up and walked to his suitcase. After searching for a while, he found several peony seeds bought in Chang'an City.

Bring the intact peony seed to Zen Master Wuchao, and offer it with both hands: "I didn't bring any valuables with me when I went out. This is the peony seed, the national flower of my Tang Dynasty. If the Zen master doesn't dislike it, how about using this for the Heart Sutra?" ?”

"Okay, okay, come here with your ear, and I will dictate this Sutra to you."

The first time Zen Master Wuchao received a gift from a monk, he called him aside and taught him the 270-character Maha Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra.

Xuanzang only heard the beginning, and he felt familiar. He also saw the Sanskrit version of this Heart Sutra in the Sutra Pavilion in Huasheng Temple.

The Sanskrit text used an ancient version, and he asked all over Chang'an City, but no one could translate it. He could only barely translate the first few sentences in Huasheng Temple for three years, but he did not expect to receive the complete Heart Sutra here.

For a moment, he put away his indifferent attitude just now, wrote down all the contents of the Heart Sutra respectfully, and apologized for his attitude just now.

"Remember the road is not difficult, thousands of mountains and thousands of waters are deep, carefully black pine forests, demon foxes often block the road, elves are all over the country, demons dominate the mountain villa, lions and elephants are kings, tigers and leopards are kings, you wild boar carry the burden, The old stone monkey is full of anger, and it will eventually come to an end."

Xuanzang looked at the Zen master who was about to go away on the cloud, he held the jumping monkey with each hand, and the wild boar rolled up his sleeves to fight.

"Don't move, you will be beaten and killed in just a few words, don't be so childish all day long."

The monkey that has already pulled out the Ruyi golden cudgel from its ear is poking the big tree where the old Zen master practiced with the growing golden cudgel, ready to poke a hole for him.

"This old man, call my grandson an old stone monkey! I don't know what changed him." Wukong was caught by the back of the neck, so he could only stand still and poke the tree hard with a stick.

"That's right! He even called me a wild boar for carrying the burden!"

Wu Neng was also very angry, waving his nine-foot nail rake to catch up and show the old Taoist a little bit of strength.

"Are you not a stone, or are you not a wild boar? Both are telling the truth."

Xuanzang let go of his hand, and with a cold sentence, the two apprentices gritted their teeth and looked at him with unfriendly eyes.

The monk, who has never been a kind person, calmly took out an unused magic spell from his luggage, looked at the bald pig head of the second apprentice, with a calm expression; "Wukong, tell your junior brother what it feels like to wear the magic spell."

When Chen Wei woke up, he found that the surrounding atmosphere seemed to be very quiet.

The ignorant human on the horse's back bent down, hugged the white dragon horse's neck, and reached out to pat the monkey walking with a stick on its side.

"Wukong, where are we?"

The monkey on the way didn't lift his head, and firmly removed the palm on top of his head, his tone was steady and unwavering: "I don't know, I'm not a compass, I'm not a fairy, I'm just an old stone monkey, how can I understand these things. "
