If you are not sick, how can you know the value of health? If you are not separated by love, how can you look good? The blessing of staying together? Just because we know that we will die one day, we know the value of life. "There is no need to abandon suffering. Cultivating the Tao does not allow you to finally abandon suffering. Everything is going well, always accompanied by each other, so that we understand the truth that blessings and misfortunes depend on them, and misfortunes and blessings depend on them."

Lu Zhongming calmly replied: "At the beginning of a person, it was like being in the long desert night. I practiced all my life just to germinate from suffering and find light. Where there is light, there is shadow. Just like you hold a lamp to illuminate the night, no matter what Wherever the lamp is placed, there will always be a dark shadow. This is the suffering and the darkness of the human heart. The cycle of yin and yang is endless. Peel it off and achieve the state of desirelessness?"
