HP Thirty-Five Owls

Chapter 10 1956.4.18

Dear Gellert:

Looks like I've upset you again.I can only ask your forgiveness, I really didn't mean to do that.

The UK is still calm and well-greened.The old headmaster, Dippet, has announced his retirement, and I'll be taking his place - a pretty good job compared to all the stuff our ministers keep pestering me with.I think we'll have to find a new Transfiguration teacher soon.I've watched some really good Quidditch matches over the past few years, including one that ended with a marriage proposal. And even Muggles are doing well.

I guess if I ask you how you're doing, you'll probably just laugh at me.

Can we communicate like this forever?I did something wrong before, I apologize, let's get back in touch...

Hope you at least enjoyed Gertrude's book.

best regards

Albus Dumbledore

The author has something to say:

It turns out that every time Gellert receives a book, he will reply late.

Is it a coincidence?
