As for the experiment department, the responsible work is to conduct various tests on samples from the prototypes produced, and only those that pass the tests can be sold.

The tests here include high temperature test, low temperature test, pressure test, electrostatic test, etc. It is said that the company's experimental department is the most complete in the industry.Otherwise, how can I say that it is second to none in the industry, the quality must be guaranteed!

In the experimental department, the workers are faced with finished prototypes, so the workers here do not need to wear static suits, but they still have to wear static shoes.

According to the classification of test items, different items are separated in different rooms.

For example, both the high temperature test and the low temperature test are carried out in a large room, which contains several large machines with adjustable high and low temperature, and a batch of prototypes are placed in each machine.The simulated prototype works in extreme environments such as high and low temperatures to see if it can operate normally.

Stress testing is to simulate the system load that the car machine can withstand during actual use. Generally, it is to run the test software for a long time or with a large load to simulate the performance, reliability, and stability of the machine under test.It is divided into hardware stress test and software stress test, and these two are also divided into different rooms.

The hardware test is to simulate some operations on the hardware in the actual use process, such as the physical buttons on the car machine, and use a specific test instrument to simulate repeated pressing of a button. The test requirement can reach tens of thousands of times.

There are many software tests, because there are many types of software, and the test standards for each software are different, so a large part of it is manually tested by the staff.In a room, the testers conduct tests according to the software testing requirements, such as the test of the navigation map software in the car, the test of the service integrated into the car and so on.

The electrostatic test is also in an independent room, in which various instruments are used to simulate whether the prototype can operate normally under different electrostatic environments.

There are also some aging tests, impact tests and so on.

This □□T patch was also introduced by a teacher in the training class before. It is a kind of surface assembly technology, which is the assembly of some electronic components. However, it is basically realized by some large machines. Watching various types of large machines running non-stop here is more interesting than watching manual work.

These machines are in operation 24 hours a day, so the staff here work in shifts, and the working time is naturally different from the company's normal work and rest time.
