HP Cronos

Chapter 17 Bella Crist

That night, Nora couldn't sleep.

She pictured those images over and over again, imagining the Ministry of Magic turned into a bloody slaughterhouse, with green and red Killing Curses flying around, and Muggle-born wizards fleeing in all directions.

She pictured the body of a kindly witch hanging over the gate, eyes wide open.

People's eyes were red with excitement. And Lord Voldemort watched all this with satisfaction. Finally, he left gracefully, the black robe rolling behind him.Several loyal Death Eaters followed him, behind them was the messy Ministry of Magic.

Nora had never seen that scene, but it played back vividly in her mind over and over again, becoming clearer and clearer each time. She saw the smile on Riddle's mouth, a cruel, cold smile.

She felt an unprecedented panic.

After tossing and turning for a long time, Nora took Riddle's diary out of her pocket.

What should I write?Nora thought for a while with her quill, and wrote: Good evening.

No one pays attention to her.

Still angry?

Well I sincerely apologize.

Tom?Tom tom tom?

Neat and beautiful fonts emerged: Shut up.

When he was angry, he was still the same, not Awada, not quiet without anger, but shut up coldly.Nora felt a little more at ease.

Let's talk, Tom.

If, I said, if you fell in love with a certain girl, would you be willing to give up your plan for her?Don't become Voldemort, don't make Horcruxes.Wouldn't it be good to change careers to study the Sorcerer's Stone and become a powerful white wizard?

The answer is very concise and clear.

No.

Nora stared blankly at the two beautiful cursive letters for a long time, then curled her lips and threw the diary back into her pocket.

Ha, the expected answer. She thought, holding her chin, facing a large pile of scattered parts in front of her, and scratching her hair even more messily because of the sudden boredom.

Nothing will change.said a small voice.Nothing will change.

On this day, when Nora packed a bunch of food and returned to the corridor on the eighth floor, she ran into Malfoy again. His expression was awkward and stiff.

"If you want to know what happened when you became a ghost, I can tell you," he said abruptly.

Nora wondered why his attitude had changed so drastically.

"See you at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade this weekend," he said.Without giving her a chance to answer, she just walked away.

Hogsmeade village was full of people, and the Three Broomsticks was always doing business. Under the watchful eyes of everyone, what could he do?

Hermione didn't realize it until later.Harry was talking to them about Horcruxes then.

"I remember!" said Hermione excitedly. "She said 'Gassar'!"

"what?"

"When I was talking to Nora Gray about Voldemort, she said, how could anyone like a 'basilisk.' But, when I was reading, Tom Riddle wasn't what he looked like - she didn't see him at all. With the current Voldemort, how would he know what he looks like?"

"Maybe she overheard it when someone talked about it?" Ron said disapprovingly, even forgetting that they were still fighting.

"In Hogwarts, how many people know what he looks like? Even we only know it from Harry's description, don't we?" Hermione retorted.

Ron rubbed his nose.

"She must know something." Harry stood up excitedly after hearing this information, "Maybe, she will know about Horcruxes."

"She's practicing Occlumency . . . it's likely Dumbledore himself who taught her," said Hermione. "If she really knew about Horcruxes, Dumbledore must have known too."

"Maybe Dumbledore trusts her, so he won't pry into her memory. He always thinks of the best in people..."

"But if Dumbledore really thought she didn't know anything, would he teach her Occlumency himself? There must be some very important secret in her mind." Hermione said, "I think it should be related to Voldemort's There's another secret involved."

"Anyway, we'll have to ask her," said Harry. "Tomorrow, tomorrow we'll go."

The next day was the weekend, and Harry couldn't find the dot marking Nora Gray on the Marauder's map.

"Perhaps she went out, to Hogsmeade."

They searched around Hogsmeade, but they didn't hear that anyone had seen her. They went back to the castle disappointed.

However, Nora Gray has not been seen since.Three days later, they finally concluded—she was missing.

Some said they had seen her in the Three Broomsticks that afternoon, looking like she was waiting for someone, but had gone off after drinking a beer by herself. She was also claimed to have been seen a little later in the corridors of Hogwarts, looking distraught.

The truth is, in case Malfoy really had some bad intentions, Nora stayed up all night to finish her new outfit.

"You're done!" she said. Then she fell headfirst on the table and slept until the next afternoon, when she remembered her date with Malfoy and rushed to the Three Broomsticks.

Nora carried the diary and Ravenclaw's diadem with her, feeling sorry for Dumbledore.

Compared with before, it looks much colder here.Students in twos and threes gather here to drink butterbeer and meet their lovers.Nora saw that the red-haired girl who had asked her was sitting with a boy.

Nora suddenly felt confident. At least that Malfoy didn't dare to mess around in full view.

She ordered a beer and sat alone. There were whispers around, to the effect: "She is the ghost student who came back from the dead."

Nora drank the whole glass of beer before waiting for the platinum-haired kid.Her heart was filled with the anger of being let go.

So, is he just playing with her?

Nora thought angrily, and decided to go to the bathroom first.

When she stepped into the toilet, a white light flashed in front of her, and she lost her memory of what happened afterwards.

When Nora woke up, she found herself unable to move and dizzy.

After thinking for 5 minutes, she suddenly realized that she must have been under the Imperius Curse. Her last memory is in the bathroom of the Three Broomsticks.

She must be out of her mind to choose to believe in a Malfoy. It is all caused by the hazy memories and feelings of Nora in this world.

I hope she hasn't done anything outrageous in the meantime.

She looked up and looked around, and found that it was a dark and closed space, and she might be locked in some kind of cabinet.

A light suddenly appeared in front of his eyes—the cabinet door was opened. She saw a group of men in black standing in front of her, none of whom looked like good people.

"It's her." With a slippery tone, the boss of Bojin Blog said, "The Duke of Darkness wants...something."

Nora, who has become a commodity, can't even speak up to defend herself.

"Very well, the Dark Lord will remember that," said one Death Eater haughtily. "Voldemort was never mean to his friends."

Bojin Blog bowed deeply and stepped back.

"Is she Nora Gray? The one the master wants?" said a shrill voice.

Nora saw a dark, broad-jawed woman. She was looking at her like a rival in love.

I didn't expect that even if Tom Riddle turned into that face, someone would be so devoted to him.

With a flick of her wand, the woman finally opened her mouth. She gasped for breath.

"Dumbledore's people may know something more." The woman said gloomily, "Drilling..."

"That's enough, Bellacrist." A man interrupted her, "She's the one the Dark Lord wants, don't touch her."

Nora, who passed the Cruciatus Curse, had cold sweat on her hands, and she saw a familiar face in the crowd—Draco Malfoy, wearing a black cloak, his face was as pale as a drowning man, and his face was intertwined. with fear and guilt. When he met Nora's gaze, he lowered his head in panic.

"It's time to go." Someone said, "Let's go."

Most of them headed for a large cabinet in the corner. Malfoy was motionless, and a man pointed his wand at him: "Are your feet nailed, Mr. Malfoy."

"My mission is done," said Malfoy. "The Dark Lord said I would just bring her to him."

"Are you afraid of casting evil spells on your former classmates? Your cowardly appearance is exactly the same as your father." Someone laughed.

A blush crept across Malfoy's pale face, but he remained motionless.

"My mission has been completed." He emphasized, "Do you want the Dark Lord to have nothing to say?"

The effect of moving Voldemort out is outstanding. The man just gave him a savage look, and put away his wand.

Where are they going?thought Nora. Then she saw them go into the closet one by one, and each time it was opened the occupants disappeared.

What is that cabinet? She must have seen it, somewhere.Nora thought hard. But she couldn't catch clues in the messy memory.

"It's time for us to go too, Nora Gray." Bellacriste literally gnashed her teeth as she pronounced her name, and with a rough flick of her wand, Nora levitated, hitting her head on the top of the cabinet, her eyes bulging. Star, she tried not to cry out.Bella held her like this and went into the fireplace with her.

Nora was first thrown into a cell-like place. It seems that the dark lord has a lot of things to do, and he doesn't have time to see her for the time being. This somewhat relieved her.

There are several cells here.A haggard old man was imprisoned next door to Nora, and it seemed that he had been tortured inhumanly during these days.It took Nora a moment to recognize him.

"Mr. Ollivander?" she whispered his name.

Ollivander, who was curled up in a corner, opened his eyes slightly.

"Oh," he said, "Nora Gray, eleven inches, willow, dragon's nerves. But I hear . . . you're dead . . . "

Nora twitched her lips.He pretended to be relaxed and said: "I was dead, but now I am alive."

Ollivander looked puzzled, but he didn't have the strength to find out right now.

"They also caught people before...but they were all taken away...those people tortured me and used the Cruciatus Curse..." He suddenly remembered something and said, "Listen to me, boy, don't care about them later Whatever you say, don't refuse. No matter what, survive first."

"I know," said Nora, "I'm not going to die."

She touched the contents of her pockets, the wand, the diadem, the diary, the resurrection stone ring, and her improved version of the magic weapon (she hadn't thought of a better name yet). This somewhat gave her some confidence.

It was ironic to say that it was obviously a gift with ill intentions, but when she held the resurrection stone ring, there was a kind of warm feeling in her heart.May Merlin forgive her, she was only 17 years old, and she liked such a boy.

And Hogwarts, although Dumbledore is here, will any students be injured?

Nora leaned against the cold wall, gathering strength, and tried to get those messy things out of her mind.

Do things that will inevitably happen in the future count as things that have already happened? No one can answer this question instead of her, because this is a question without a standard answer.
