Chapter 3 The Weird Child

Mrs. Han has four children.

The eldest son, Han Sen, eats, drinks, prostitutes, and gambles, and is a well-known prodigal son in Songcheng. There is a daughter Han Meng who was born to his regular wife.second daughter

Han Qin is married to the Liu family in Liucheng; the third daughter, Han Se, is still unmarried; the youngest son, Han Ning, is 20 years old this year and has just returned from studying in the UK.

An Yu has also circled around Mrs. Han these few days. He is young, but he is very good at observing words and expressions. In just a few days, he already knows that the old lady is the master of this huge Han family, but there are already several people around in front of the old lady. He was a child, and he couldn't squeeze in, so he stayed on the outside, biting his fingers, thinking of a way with his little head.

Outside the hall is a courtyard with winding cobblestone paths and a secluded garden. This garden is probably abandoned, overgrown with weeds, and there is a kitten lying on the low wall.

"There's a pond here, it's quite dangerous, young master, you better not go in it." The gardener hired by the Han family passed by with a red bucket, and reminded kindly.

An Chen didn't answer with a small face, just waiting for the gardener to go away.

As soon as the gardener was gone, he pushed open the fence and entered.

Almost no one came to this place, but he didn't expect that as soon as he entered, he saw his fourth uncle, Han Ning, sitting under the peach tree by the small pond, holding a cup of tea, leisurely basking in the sun.

An Chen turned his head and was about to leave, but Han Ning smiled behind his back and said, "Don't run away, come here and bask in the sun!"

An Chen squeezed the small drawing book tightly, looked at him for a while, then walked to his side and sat cross-legged on the ground.

Opposite the small pond is a low wall, and the kitten is still there.

An Chen lowered his head, and took out a short pencil. There was only a small piece of this pencil left, and his two fingers could hardly hold it anymore. However, An Chen held it carefully and buried his head in the small drawing I drew it on the book...

Just when the drawing was about to be finished, the cat jumped off the low wall and ran away. An Chen pursed his lips and held the small pencil unhappily, not knowing how to draw anymore.

Han Ning sat quietly at the side, seeing the child hanging his head in depression, he laughed and said, "The cat is raised by Uncle Lin, and it is always here. You can still draw it when you come back tomorrow."

An Chen raised his head and only looked at him.

He didn't speak, and Han Ning was not angry, and smiled again: "Ah Chen's painting is really good."

An Chen squeezed the pencil tightly, but still didn't make a sound.

Han Ning thought for a while, and asked him deliberately: "Chen can only draw cats?"

An Chen endured it, and finally couldn't help looking up, angrily: "I can draw a lot! Cats! Dogs! Houses! I can do it!"

Seeing his serious rebuttal, Han Ning rolled his eyes with a smile.

"Oh," he elongated his tone, "Who taught Ah Chen how to draw?"

"No one taught me, I can draw by myself!"

"That's amazing," Han Ning smiled, "Can you ask Ah Chen to draw a puppy for Uncle Fourth?"

An Chen was startled, pursed his lips, did not speak, and lowered his head to draw in the small drawing book.

Han Ning saw that he was painting seriously, so he didn't bother him anymore.

At this time in the early spring, the sun was quite warm. After drinking another cup of tea, I felt a little sleepy, so I propped my head on one hand and closed my eyes to rest.

Until a gust of cold wind blew, Han Ning suddenly woke up.

This time, it was evening.

Han Ning turned his head and saw that An Chen was already lying on the ground, with a focused and serious expression, and was still drawing.

When Butler Lin was looking for the two of them for dinner, An Chen reluctantly got up from the ground, carried the small drawing book into the hall, and solemnly handed the small drawing book to Han Ning.

The little picture book was pinched and crumpled, but when I opened it page by page, there were seven or eight puppies drawn in it, some were basking in the sun, some were lying on the ground, some were sticking out their tongues, and Those who are gnawing on the bones have different expressions and twists and turns. Although the painting is a bit immature, it can be seen that every stroke is done with care.

Han Ning flipped through it, surprised, then rubbed his hair with a smile, and bent down: "The fourth uncle painted by Chen likes it very much, can this small painting be given to the fourth uncle?"

An Chen pursed his lips, still with an indifferent and calm expression on his face, and nodded slightly.

"Ah Chen gave such a good gift to Fourth Uncle, so Fourth Uncle should also give it to Ah Chen," Han Ning said, taking a piece of jade from his neck and putting it in An Chen's hands, "Does Ah Chen like this?" ?”

This piece of warm jade on the palm of the hand is emerald green, warm and feels very good.It is said that Mrs. Han personally went to a famous temple to ask for consecration, and the jade she gave was naturally very valuable.

Seeing this scene, Mrs. Han frowned, but she didn't say anything when she saw her youngest son smiling.

The fourth son of the Han family behaved gracefully and politely, and always had a smile on his face no matter what time it was.

No one can hate this person, even the usually strict Mrs. Han, when she saw her youngest son, she loved and doted on her youngest son since she was a child, not to mention hitting him, and she didn't even say a harsh word.

Mrs. Han was nearly 40 years old, and she gave birth to this little son at the risk of an advanced mother. Naturally, she was doted on in every possible way. With such a star-like growth, it is strange that this little son of the Han family has not developed an arrogant and domineering character.

On the contrary, Auntie Liu, a servant of the Han family, saw the dirty dirt on An Chen's clothes, and immediately frowned: "Oh, where did Young Master Chen go to play? Isn't it too dirty?"

The children of the Han family are all well-dressed, and they don't touch any dust. They don't play on the mud floor like An Chen.

"It's really not educated at all!" Mrs. Han's face darkened.

Han Ning smiled and shook his head gently: "Mom, he's just a child!"

"What's wrong with the kid? You were never as dirty as him when you were a kid!"

Han Ning smiled softly, and stopped arguing with his mother, but turned his head and asked Mrs. Liu to take him to take a bath.

When An Chen came out of the shower, An Yu had already finished his meal and was sitting in front of the small desk, playing with the piece of warm jade.

With a cold face, An Chen stretched out his hand to grab it.Who knew that An Yu had sharp eyes, jumped off the chair and ran.

An Chen stared at him without speaking.

An Yu was a little apprehensive, past experience told him that this was a sign of getting angry. But An Yu rolled his eyes, thinking that this is the Han family, he became proud again: "Don't hit me, if you hit me, I will sue grandma and tell grandma to beat you!"

"give me."

An Yu stuck out her tongue: "If you don't give it, you won't give it!" He said, and snorted, "Fourth Uncle is too partial, why did you send me instead of you?"

An Chen kicked over the small stool next to him, An Yu screamed strangely, and immediately wanted to run out of the room.An Chen rushed over immediately, grabbed his hair and punched him.

An Yu screamed in pain, and the two fought hard on the ground.

Mrs. Liu was still wondering that An Chen hadn't showered and eaten after so long, but when she went upstairs to take a look, she said "Ouch" again: "These two little ancestors, I have never seen brothers who are so good at fighting." ..."

He quickly called a few maids to come up and pull the two apart.

This commotion alarmed Mrs. Han in the hall.

Seeing the old lady coming, An Yu cried even more sadly. With tears on her face and red nose, she immediately crawled over and hugged Mrs. Han's leg, and called out pitifully, "Grandma..."

Madam Han's heart softened immediately, seeing the child's pitiful appearance, she touched his head: "What's wrong?"

An Yu was sobbing, without looking back, she pointed her little hand back: "He! He hit me! He pinched me, it hurts so much!"

Madam Han raised her head and saw An Chen standing by the door with an indifferent expression on her face.

"Why did you beat your brother?" Mrs. Han frowned. This child has not been close to her since she entered the Han family, so she naturally couldn't get close to this grandson either.

Seeing that An Chen didn't answer, An Yu's small face pressed against the old lady's leg, and immediately began to complain: "Grandma, the piece of jade that fourth uncle gave him is so beautiful, I'll take it to have a look, and he hit me, pinch me..."

"Ouch," Mrs. Liu heard, looked at An Chen and said, "You're my brother, brother should let..."

Before he finished speaking, An Chen turned his head and left.

"Hey!" Mrs. Liu was so angry that she couldn't continue.

Mrs. Han was too lazy to mess with these children's business, and soon went downstairs to rest.

Seeing that Mrs. Han left just like that, An Yu was not reconciled, but she had no choice but to lie back on her little bed, pull the quilt over her face, and fell asleep sadly while being angry.
